Enjoyed the hot food on a Saturday evening, on the way felt like eating spicy hot chicken pizza, went into the shop placed a order and asked the guy serving if can get it delivered to house instead in a hour, he did just that the pizza was tasty and well cooked and with added olives tasty family enjoyed and the milkshakes, was delicious thanks guys👍 Will recommend eating from here nice flavoured tasty hot food, did as i asked😁👍

The best pizza I’ve ever tasted in UK!

We visited a ghost town and were starving late at night. After trying several “open” pizza places that were actually closed, we found Pizza King (Aldershot), and they saved the day! We ordered two pizzas for takeout, brought them home, and they were hands down the best I’ve ever had from a store. The pizza was so good that even after we were full, we decided to go back again and buy a third one! Despite being about to close, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I’ve seen some bad reviews, but I honestly can’t understand them. The staff was amazing, and the pizza was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Rude male staff after years of being a loyal customer, last night I had the worst service. Male satff was extremely rude.

Placed an order online for delivery. Order never arrived, called Aldershot to ask where order was and they said I had not placed an order and that I must have ordered from someone else. I gave them the order number from the acceptance email I had and they still said they had no order. Went to the shop to show them, they found the order. I found them very disrespectful as there were three men stood in front of me who kept speaking in a different language and I told them I thought it rude and disrespectful that they discuss me and say whatever they were saying in a different language. They kept smiling and laughing at me while I was complaining. I won't be ordering from them again and I will be pursuing a refund which they said they couldn't give me as the issue was with the 3rd party company GRUB24 who take and send the orders to them. While I was there there discussing this with an employee a man appeared from the kitchen who joined in the conversation telling me he was a customer and a friend, to which I asked how come you come from the kitchen? This is my opinion is unhygienic and feel that this should be reported to the food standards people. I would avoid this place for food in future especially with customers walking around the kitchen.

We and my friends ate chicken hot pizza over here, and it was £10 and the topping were a bit different from others and but the cheese was spot on. It came in square shape instead of round, and it was hard communicating with the guy, but it tasted really good

Very poor service, i had ordered on phone call and when i went to collect 30 minutes after they couldn’t even started. Very poor service..non serious…

I ordered from deliveroo. The chicken strips were really good..but...for the first time ever.. I have to say...the pizza was actually disgusting :/ I don't mean kinda bad..I mean actually disgusting :/ didn't taste good at all....the stuffed crust was so so horrible matching the rest of the pizza :/ one star for the really good chicken strips I would like to add that it was dry, pretty sure it didn't have a sauce base. The stuffed crust was so horrible and dry. Never doing again bleh!

Rude Female staff throwing money in your Hand ,very rude and 12 inch pizza is not really 12 inch

I recently visited Pizza king and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff were inattentive and uninterested in providing good service.Overall, the experience was very frustrating and disappointing. Poor service combined with bad food makes this a place I won’t be returning to, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I found a hair on one of the slices of my pizza 🤮 I have been ordering pizza from here quite often for my children unfortunately their quality of the food is decreasing badly, sorry I will never order a takeaway again from here 🤨 I have complained immediately about the hair the guy on phone was telling me are you sure you found a hair on a pizza slice so rude!! verypoor customer service 🤨

Don't buy from them , I'm been buying from them for 2 years same pizza and now the put the price at 14.99 half of that pizza and they said is 12" pizza what they sell before.... They can eat themselves that pizza which i left it in there.. It was ok to put the price up, but don't cut from that pizza.😡😡😡😡

A nice and reasonably priced place with a decent selection of pizzas, Chicken, ice-cream and burgers. Overall I would definitely give this place an 8 out of 10.

Normally order from their website and there are good deals and selection. Pizza are more bread-y but lots of options to change the pizza toppings and crust etc to your liking. Delivery can be slow at times due to busyness.

Rude and insulting Staff. I called as my order had yet to arrive, and I wanted to know where it was. The staff member on the phone was very rude and abrupt to me and tried to tell me that he and the delivery driver had been calling for at least 20 minutes, which was a lie as I hadn't received a single call... When the delivery driver finally arrived, he had a go at me for him not being able to find the address, as if it was my fault that my flat had the entrance it does... I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order, as they seem to have a track record of poor customer service and rudeness. I will not be ordering from them again.

We ordered a 18 inch pizza online as our friend suggested to us that this pizza place was the best pizza they had. The order didn’t turn up on time so my husband called and the guy on the phone was very rude to my husband saying that the restaurant and the guy delivering the pizza has tried to call his number when they haven’t in the slightest. The delivery driver eventually found my husband and I address as we did give clear instructions and they have came to our place before from our friend who stayed with us ordered from here to our address. The delivery driver was also rude towards my husband while the guy on the phone was also shouting at my husband when they clearly were in the wrong. The pizza turned out to be burned and cold. My husband and I wished we saw the reviews for this place first before ordering because this is unacceptable. My advice for anyone who wants to order here… DONT!!!! they are all rude and you’re worth to spend your money elsewhere.

We had a very delicious party in pizza king, very delicious food, especially the Afghan kabob I recommend all friends to try the delicious food. The staff was very friendly.

Pizza king is the best place to eat very yummy, delicious pizza and and very juicy kabob and with outstanding customer service. I recommend everyone to try, I am sure you will the food.

Awful, pizza was square and base was soggy and was ill after eating. Spent evening in the bathroom. This is the first and last time I will order from there.

Ordered a pizza from just eat. Decided a minute later my partner preferred bbq base instead. So a friend phoned who was very polite and asked for it to be changed. They said it was already in the oven. I said it was only 3 minutes from the order so I was thinking its not "fresh" as advertised, as thats extremely quick. The man asked if we wanted BBQ on the pizza so he asked me and my partner before answering the question and then he hung the phone up as my friend was asking which i found extremely rude. When they came to the door his facial expression was in no way polite what so ever. I wont be ordering from them again. They have upset me and both me and my partners friends that came over for the evening. Pizza king, brush up on your customer service because its awful.

Driver was rude, claimed he tried calling when he hadn't. Left food by the door and walked off with no acknowledgment. Pizza turned up and with less toppings than asked for. What I recieved tasted ok at best.

I've been a loyal customer to Pizza King for many years, ordering from several different addresses at least twice a month. Whilst I can't fault their food, their customer service is the worst I've experienced anywhere. On several occasions I've been given a delivery time, the food hasn't arrived on time and I've called back. The guy on the end of the phone couldn't care less, adding to his original as if I misheard him (which I didn't) and even so, the food would still have been late with his new delivery time (clearly maths isn't his strong point) and not even as much as a sorry is given. A few years ago, I said to myself I wouldn't order from here again as they delivered a burnt pizza, 45 mins late and refused to change it for a fresh one. I gave in on that occasion and continued ordering from them, I won't make that mistake again. Word of advice for anyone thinking of ordering from here: give your money to someone else who deserves it.

The delivery man was extremely rude when he called as he couldn't find my address in his satnav (recently moved into a new build) Whilst I was giving directions, the driver basically told me off because he couldn't find my address in the first place! When he finally arrived I suggested he needed some training in some basic customer service...he shouted at me and told me not to bother ordering from pizza king again!!! I have enjoyed their pizzas in the past, but today I have been ill!! So even if I hadn't had the rudeness from the driver last night,I wouldn't have been going back anyway. One word....AVOID!

Order from here for all the family and every single one of us were I'll the next day .

Honestly if I could give no stars I would I use to go here for pizza and it would always be good went last night and have ended up throwing up all morning it was also the wrong chicken I asked for highly disappointed and completely turned of from going here again don't waste your time or money!!

awful. First of all the person on the phone miss understood our order. We ordered a xl pizza but then received a L. We rang them up and told them but they done nothing. The next thing we know we find a short black hair on one of the pizza slices ring them up again was on the phone for around 10mins before we get told that someone has to come round to "inspect" the hair. We then asked for another pizza and they said no. Awful would never order from there again.
