A return visit mid week for a friend’s birthday. Great service, great roast and great value. We will definitely be back!

Ordered a simple breakfast dish with salmon and eggs. The toast was so hard I could not cut it with my knife. Coffee was watery. It felt quite expensive for what we got, probably one of the worst brunches we had in London in the last couple of years.

I met the love of my life today. he had curly hair and muscly stature. He was so handsome and he towered above me. WOW. such dominance. He made me want to go to france! please can somebody find out who he is for me as i was too shy to ask. Amazing food by the way. The best english breakfast ever.

Updated: order yet again was incorrect. How bloody difficult is it to put the correct item in the bag! Don't bother ordering using Just Eat etc you don't get half your order sbd the restaurant doesn't give a toss!

Wetherspoons usually offer good food etc. however I ordered the Breakfast sadly the egg looked poor the sausage seemed on the raw side and other than the beans the breakfast was only warm. No staff to talk to and going to the bar the breakfast would only get colder. Not the usual Wetherspoons experience fortunately.

Have used Norman House for several years never a problem, but tonight ordered vegetarian quorn in black bean sauce, think they’ve changed chefs, hardly any sauce, & NOT Convinced it was quorn 😡

I visited the Reigate Pizza Hut branch on [17-03-25] to avail of the afternoon meal deal, during which I ordered a pizza and garlic bread. While awaiting my order, I observed a staff member **with his hand visibly buried down his trousers, aggressively scratching his crotch** in full view of customers. To my alarm, this same individual proceeded to handle my pizza when it reached the conveyor belt: **he sliced the pizza, garnished it, inserted a white plastic utensil into the food**, and attempted to serve it to me. I immediately refused the order, explicitly stating that I would not accept food handled by someone engaging in such unhygienic practices. Upon returning to request a refund, the employee in question **began shouting at me in a hostile manner**, while other staff dismissively instructed me to “ignore him” and offered to remake the order. Notably, as I observed through the kitchen’s glass door, a staff member **purposefully obstructed the view by covering the window with a Pizza Hut case**—a blatant attempt to conceal further mishandling. This incident reflects **appalling negligence of basic food safety standards** and a complete disregard for customer welfare. I have already reported this to Pizza Hut’s customer service and the local council’s Environmental Health team. I now demand: 1. **Immediate preservation of all CCTV footage** from [17.03.25/time between 15:15 to 15:45] for review by authorities. 2. A written explanation of the disciplinary actions taken against the employee involved. 3. A full refund and compensation for this unacceptable experience. The conduct exhibited here is **utterly disgraceful** and directly contravenes the Food Safety Act 1990. Should Pizza Hut fail to address this with urgency, I will escalate this matter to the Food Standards Agency and pursue further recourse.

My dad & I met some friends here on Sunday. We have been looking forward to having a roast lamb meal & they did not disappoint. From entering the restaurant to leaving, everything was perfect. Staff were attentive & courteous. Bee greeted us with a lovely smile & showed us to our table. The drinks & food were amazing. So tasty, Jason & I chatted as I paid the bill, I wasn’t rushed even though they were very busy. Best roast dinner around! Definitely book. Thank-you to everyone for making it such a special & lovely meal, especially for my dad.

Same as pizza hut don't accept cash, so went to papa John's who do

Had a sausage roll here today for £3.70- whilst it tasted great the service from the older lady here was abrupt and rude. Also I would heavily suggest removing the ‘Ranga Yum Yum’ from your store as this is a very offensive and derogatory term and caused my wife a great deal of upset. Do better!

Come most days in the morning, owners are very friendly and so are the staff loveley coffee ☕️

Food cooked within 15 mins and was nice and hot. Staff friendly enough on the phone and when I went in to collect. Mushroom chow mein was good, it would have been nice if it came in a little sauce instead of dry, but most Chineses round here do their chow mein dry. Maybe the locals prefer this. The tofu & aubergine in black bean sauce was okay; both a little too mushy but I know from experience neither are easy to keep firm. Salt & chili chips were decent although I had to add salt as they needed a little bit more flavour. Not the cheapest, but nothing is ever reasonably priced in Reigate is it? All in all I would definitely use again.
