We stayed at 51 Degrees North for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay; the room was beautiful and very clean . The food at cafe downstairs was delicious. The staff were very friendly.

Dirty and down market... Surprisingly.

Wonderful Sunday lunch here. Bright, clean restaurant with amazing views. Servers were attentive, efficient and friendly. Food was perfect and well-presented. I recommend the roast beef. The roast potatoes were crispy with fluffy middle. My daughter enjoyed the cod. Atmosphere was relaxing - no noisy music or rowdy groups. Very impressed and we look forward to returning before too long.

A warm lunchtime welcome having walked from Rykas. Glad to be offered the table near the log burner. Toasty! Very friendly waitress. Good pint of guest ale from By the Horns. I had the roast duck leg with rich gravy, the kids opted for burgers with chips. One cherry pie, one apple crumble for pudding. Both delicious. Very pleased, will definitely be back!

Why not open for Sunday Lunches like the good old days we used to have there Whilst have had set parties with no problems Sunday Lunches should come back

Lovely little bike shop. Popped in here to buy a few odds n' ends for my bike. Hard working couple in the shop. Scorching hot day but cool inside and purchased a tasty coffee to takeaway.

Having been to this atmospheric pub several times in recent years I can honestly say the food and service has never been better. It represents excellent value for money and the wine list is outstanding with a range that covers every taste and budget in a clear and unpretentious way. The food was that good I felt compelled to go to the kitchen to complement the chefs! This is the best pub in the area whether for lunch, dinner or just a pint...

We had a lovely meal here and the staff were outstanding. Emily, our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a enjoyable time!

Great place for a mid-hike lunch and a beer. Casual dining - hiking boots no problem - nice selection of hot meals, and good beer. Perfect!

Fabulous welcome at this unique Dorking gem. I had a lovely tasty breakfast and can highly recommend this place to recharge on one's journey. Sue is super friendly and engaging and I wish her and the team at Rykas a fabulous 2025. Natasha Herman

Nice place. Food and service good. Surprised there was no French wines though?

Vastly overpriced, no butter, queues to pay, cold food. will not rush back. Much nicer venues around with staff that can be bothered.
