The food was not cooked well. It tasted raw very bad. Never buying from here again.

Hadn’t been here for years, when it was a bit run down, the owners have done an excellent job.

We've been going here for years and it's always been good food, some times you have to wait a bit as staff changes quite alot we went yesterday and ordered 4 mojitos and they were the worst, just soda water a glass of crushed ice and mint and that's how it tasted, we complained and they took them away and when they came back you could taste the bacardi but no lime or sugar syrup simply the worst cocktail and they put an extra £18 on the bill at the end for the extra bacardi, we won't be going back

Ordered 2 meals last Saturday @4.20 ordered cancelled by them at 4.35. won't be using them again

Always a warm welcome and friendly service. For casual dining, it's hard to beat, and the broad menu has tasty choices for vegans, vegetarians and meat-lovers too. All good!

Stayed here for 2 nights , Booking in was very pleasant along with the booking in staff. We didn't book online for breakfast but paid when we got there..The breakfast was amazing we couldn't complain everything was no trouble for the staff. The only thing was that there was a leakage in the hallway on the second hallway floor but was sorted out within a few hours... We have never stayed at any premier in before but We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Food was soggy where it had sat around for a great length of time. Chips were undercooked and hard.

Love the new menu! Recommended to anyone looking for a new chippy. Always fresh and great quality.

Firstly this restaurant needs lots more staff. My daughters pizza had hardly anything on it! My lasagna came out of the microwave bubbling and piping hot and despite waiting and blowing it I still burnt my mouth. It was all pasta and sauce, I think they forgot to put the mince in! 2nd time of eating there and both times had problems so won’t be going back. The pizza express at the Ashford outlet is brilliant, the food is good and so is the service.

We have used this take away for many years now, quick delivery even when really busy, always arrives hot and freshly cooked. Very good Chinese indeed. Great value for money.
