KFC Strood - Commercial Road in Medway

Food was soggy where it had sat around for a great length of time. Chips were undercooked and hard.

10 piece variety bucket ordered. 8 legs. 2 thighs. Not a very good variety considering there are 9 pieces to the whole chicken the way they cut the chicken, I believe. What more do I say. If KFC want a pic I can supply.

Order came but the chips were missing, £18 for a zinger meal and 2 pieces of chicken and the chips were missing. How can you send a meal deal order but not put the chips in. KFC you need to give more basic training, I’m not impressed !!

Ordered food stating 15/30mins. It took 1hr 40mins to arrive. It was too late to cancel the order as it was keep saying preparing food and extending the time.

The order was later than originally stated (by 30 minutes) so I messaged the Courier but there was no reply. When it arrived, it was cold so we had to reheat it plus the chip portion with the wings was so small-16 chips in total to be precise. Really disappointing considering how much the meal cost.

All you get when you order a delivery is 4 drumsticks and a couple of thighs

I’m disabled using a mobility scooter and got told after 18 months I’m not allowed to take it into the store as I can walk a short distance and I don’t need it . The arrogance of the staff on the way they treat disabled people is disgraceful to the food service . I suggest keeping away from the Strood restaurant unless the staf gain respect and training on the laws of mobility users . Walked out no food tonight Monday 19th may 2025

Food was very hot and tasty. I picked up, missing chicken balls so had to go back in. Apart from that happy.

Not happy that it took over an hour

Overwhelmingly salty chicken. Couldn’t eat much of it, just tastes like pure salt.

the salads not as good as they were before ,but chicken good quality, hot and didn't have to wait long.

Food kept warm rather than freshly cooked, so chips are not as good as McDonald's. I wish the chicken burgers looked like the ones advertised on TV

again, I feel conned. got a box meal which was supposed to be a boneless piece of chicken, a burger, fries, coleslaw and a coke. the chicken wasn't boneless and as I bought 2, one was a drumstick and the other was a wing.

Fresh fast food. The service is great. I was more weary of the amount of teenagers running around looking to cause some kind of mayhem. Not the fault of KFC. The staff told them to leave. The place was spotless. There was a lady cleaning non stop when I was in. And that showed with the cleanliness.

The food was good, staff and atmosphere was lacking. It was quiet when I went in but the staff still looked miserable and like they didn't want to be there.

The food was awful. Chicken and chips soggy. 1 portion of chips missing from a meal. The portion sizes have diminished by about 50%. The smallest tub of beans!! Very expensive for what it was

We placed at order just over an hour in advance with a delivery time of 5:30pm. After several pushbacks with the estimated delivery time, our food was delivered 40 minutes late at 6:10pm and it was all cold. Our bottle of drink was missing as well.

It shouldn't take nearly 1.5hrs to deliver your food that is 10min away. We ordered 3 piece meal and all pieces were legs, I ordered a supercharger box with 1 piece of chicken and that was a leg. Where is the variety of leg, thigh and breast of chicken? I feel like I've wasted my money. nearly 30 quid. Really disappointed and won't be ordering again.

well if you like having not 100% you ordered your be fine, got Pepsi max instead of 7up( which I hate). BBQ sauce instead of mayo in my wrap, and no sauces in two of the meal boxes for one. it's nothing major but would of been nice to have the correct stuff you order

I am totally done with KFC Strood. Yet again another incorrect order when home. Missing food. Every time I go into this place and get take away the order is wrong. Got home and kids (11 year old and 9 year old) food missing. You MUST check your food before leaving. Will NEVER go back. Too many mistakes. Rubbish !!!!!!! Useless.

Items missing in delivery no chips with meal deals

The delivery driver was brilliant 👏🏽

Order was supposed to arrive between 19:45-20:05. Driver showed up at 20:25 with the complete wrong order. He then left, and came back at 20:45 with the order still completely wrong and stone cold.

Three hours for a delivery that was completely stone cold is not acceptable. Why was I given 3 drumsticks rather than 3 different pieces of chicken. I had a total of 14 chips that were greasy and cold and must were less than 3cm long. The gravy had skin on it. The worst KFC that I have ever had!

The food took an hour and 15 minutes to come and when it arrived most of it was cold. The chips, 2pcs chicken and the burgers were cold. The only thing that was ok was the small tub of gravy.

I ordered my food at 17:20. It arrived at 20:00. Food was cold. Enough said.

Last time coming to this store. Horrible, old and burnt hot wings, no seasoning on the chips (costs less than pennies), my zinger was very firm, I don't think it was "technically" raw but was basically that, very unpleasant. Also no salsa on the zinger anymore? Lame. Very depressing place to sit in and eat.

Over an hour late - took most of that time for the tracking to change from “Thank you for your order” with no communication as to why and time kept going up. With at one point delivery was due at 8:50pm for an order that was made at 6:22pm.

Rude staff, food not ready despite their display saying it was. On questioning why KFC are giving wrong information staff claim it's not wrong the food is ready just not finished cooking. If KFC are monitoring the screens by area maybe this branch is trying to game the system. Or maybe they just pressed the wrong button but can't say sorry it's a mistake but have to get rude. By the time the last item was ready packed fries were cold

Stated delivery would be 10-25 minutes, it was not (which was why we picked KFC). Then a notification says 18:05, which it wasn’t. Then continuously time is pushed back, false information when the food is almost an hour delivered from ordering time.

Food was cold and dry. Called the restaurant to cancel as it was taking too long no answer and there was no option to cancel order on here.

I do not know what has happened to this KFC, but last nights take away order will be the last. The chicken tasted awful. It was most likely cooked in well used oil. Sadly had to bin most of the meal.

our original delivery time was 18.05, then it was changed several times and was delivered at 19.30 When it was finally delivered, it was cold and had to be reheated, in the air fryer, to make it hot enough to enjoy

did take a while to get delivered but that's understandable for a Friday night and over the bridge to chatham. always order from Strood KFC they are the best staff, nothing missing like some fast food places. Chicken nicely cooked and good quality.

Got marked as delivered when I have got no food not very happy as this happened about a week ago with a different store and have received no refund for either occasion

Order not delivered. Had a sketchy like phone call to say I had given the wrong address. I clearly had not done so and have an account which logs all the details. The map showed that the courier had not left the premises. Yet he said he had not been able to find my location and returned to KFC. So angry and upset at this story. I am a pensioner with the flu and was desperate to have something to eat as too unwell to cook. Just Eat were able to deliver KFC on Christmas Eve. What a let down.
