No I do not want to stand in front of that giant ipad an order my food. I am already standing at the counter waiting for you to do what you are paid to do and serve the customer standing in front of you. To much effort is given to making sure the never ending line of morons with crash helmets picking up food for people sitting at home, over those of us stupid enough to actual call into your Resturant. And when did the egg cup half full of fries become the normal? It’s like KFC don’t actual want customers! Are we an we to much trouble?

Nothing wrong with service or overall cleanliness but forcing people to use the Kiosks is ridiculous, older people can’t use them and KFC self serve is terrible.

The delivery time kept getting put backwards, and there was no way to cancel the order by that point. Food arrived 30 mins late, and all the food was cold. Lesson learned.

The food was very nice but the Supercharger Dip was missing.

Gravy was spilt everywhere, so much so that there wasn’t a drop of gravy in the pot and it dripped through the bag onto the floor as I walked from the front room to the kitchen with the order. It’s a shame because I don’t ever have gravy but gave in to all the hype, I chose mash to go with the gravy, which I wouldn’t usually have. Our order came with 6 pieces of original chicken and all of them were drumsticks, not one single piece of breast. Food was cold……Overall not good at all

Popcorn chicken was missing from my order

I haven’t eaten KFC in 20 years. I decided to have the rice & chicken, barely any chicken! Very small portion and they put ketchup on my rice!!?? For £6 it was not worth it! Will not be returning to KFC!!

very tasty and the best kfc in medway! we live in chatham and always try to get our chicken from strood kfc as its always great quality and they actually have best customer service! we asked for no breast and mainly thigh and that's what they gave us! thank you so much

I ordered kfc as it’s my husband’s birthday, thought it would be a nice treat. The app said our food had been delivered, which it hadn’t.Got a phone call to ask where we were,told the lady she was in the wrong place,she then walked down the road to where I was carrying the food in her arms,which by this point was cold.She then argued that my house should of been where the other flats were.Told her we were even number not an odd number. Unfortunately dinner was ruined, on my husbands birthday.

Delivery driver called my phone and refused to come to the door, I had to go outside in my pjs and he was on the phone for 5 minutes huffing and puffing. Turns out he wanted me to walk all the way down the street. He finally arrived and the bag was ripped with all good exposed. Then when he saw me struggling to grab the food he offered to bring some “into my bedroom”. Made me super uncomfortable, surely when they charge up to £5 for delivery they should come to the door?

tower burger was cold, looked liked it had been thrown together, very poor. chips were dry. not much salad in the fillet burger and quite cold.

The whole eating experience was good. It wasnt too busy and thers was plenty of room to sit down.

Food went straight in bin as freezing cold upon arrival! We got so bored watching the arrival time get greater and greater that we went to bed thinking that it was just not coming at all! Spoke to just eat whom offered £11 compensation on a £27 meal! Blaming traffic at 23:40 on a Saturday night! Weather conditions on a dry night without a cloud in the sky and no wind! Food as well as cold was a portion of ten chips each / dry old stale bun with chicken burgers and freezing! Totally inedible!

The guy behind the till didn't know how it worked, had to keep asking for help. The fries were cold and the chicken stodgy and greasy. The order was wrong too; I asked for no drumsticks and guess what?! 🤬

Usually I like this place. Today im fuming because thought I'll try the kfc app and collect. Ordered a 21 quid meal with chicken pieces, wings etc and a zinger tower supercharger burger meal which turned out to be just a plain chicken burger, no sauce, no cheese, no hashbrown. And to top it off the person who gave me the food was most disengaged, tired and clearly on another planet. Got home Mrs dissapointed with half the burger she wanted and not what I paid for. I have contacted the care team via the app. If gets resolved may review my feedback. The food was ok but when you pay you expect what you ordered. Did someone steal and eat the hashbrown with cheese and sauce ? Dissapointed with the not so supercharged and defo NOT a tower burger. What happened?

The delivery guy left it at the wrong address. I got a call from the occupants from that house my food was delivered to them . Was cold the food.

I order from just eat 3/4 times weekly it's only KFC Strood I have this problem with so please explain who is to blame the courier accepting orders and pretending to be in store waiting for over a hour or staff for allowing just eat couriers to get away with this as ll the Time and sending out cold food

Very cold my food! The first delivery time 13:40- 14:00, but the kfc prepared late and arrive the driver ay 14:30.

This KFC is always popping off, hub spot for all deliveroo and just eat drivers for sure. Must be the most popular fast food in Strood. I did however move the map pin as it was showing it was across the main road, on the same side as McDonald's so I've edited that to show KFC now in the correct position in the corner of the Strood retail park.
