Great news after a revamp and ordering methods changing for the better.

They deserve to close this kfc they not nice the food is horrible and waiting for the food to get it long plus to take my order as wellcbeen waiting there over than 25 minutes to get a burger and chips the worse kfc l been seen

I am totally done with KFC Strood. Yet again another incorrect order when home. Missing food. Every time I go into this place and get take away the order is wrong. Got home and kids (11 year old and 9 year old) food missing. You MUST check your food before leaving. Will NEVER go back. Too many mistakes. Rubbish !!!!!!! Useless.

Last time coming to this store. Horrible, old and burnt hot wings, no seasoning on the chips (costs less than pennies), my zinger was very firm, I don't think it was "technically" raw but was basically that, very unpleasant. Also no salsa on the zinger anymore? Lame. Very depressing place to sit in and eat.

Salad box had just lettuce all sauce spilled out box and chicken burger had no sauce or lettuce

Over an hour late - took most of that time for the tracking to change from “Thank you for your order” with no communication as to why and time kept going up. With at one point delivery was due at 8:50pm for an order that was made at 6:22pm.

Rude staff, food not ready despite their display saying it was. On questioning why KFC are giving wrong information staff claim it's not wrong the food is ready just not finished cooking. If KFC are monitoring the screens by area maybe this branch is trying to game the system. Or maybe they just pressed the wrong button but can't say sorry it's a mistake but have to get rude. By the time the last item was ready packed fries were cold

Stated delivery would be 10-25 minutes, it was not (which was why we picked KFC). Then a notification says 18:05, which it wasn’t. Then continuously time is pushed back, false information when the food is almost an hour delivered from ordering time.

Food was cold and dry. Called the restaurant to cancel as it was taking too long no answer and there was no option to cancel order on here.

I ordered a 4 piece to play the odds as I only eat the breast or side breast so expected 2 edible pieces. Instead I got 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs which were very greasy and under temperature.

I do not know what has happened to this KFC, but last nights take away order will be the last. The chicken tasted awful. It was most likely cooked in well used oil. Sadly had to bin most of the meal.

our original delivery time was 18.05, then it was changed several times and was delivered at 19.30 When it was finally delivered, it was cold and had to be reheated, in the air fryer, to make it hot enough to enjoy

Got marked as delivered when I have got no food not very happy as this happened about a week ago with a different store and have received no refund for either occasion

did take a while to get delivered but that's understandable for a Friday night and over the bridge to chatham. always order from Strood KFC they are the best staff, nothing missing like some fast food places. Chicken nicely cooked and good quality.

Delivery person was amazing very cheerful which makes a change.

could see on the tracker and when he came to the door , driver was doing other deliveries . he also had the cold bottle of drink up against the warm food causing it to be come cold.

Order not delivered. Had a sketchy like phone call to say I had given the wrong address. I clearly had not done so and have an account which logs all the details. The map showed that the courier had not left the premises. Yet he said he had not been able to find my location and returned to KFC. So angry and upset at this story. I am a pensioner with the flu and was desperate to have something to eat as too unwell to cook. Just Eat were able to deliver KFC on Christmas Eve. What a let down.

This is my closest KFC so visit here a fair amount and it amazes me that on occasions it seems to be occupied more as a youth wing than an eat in fast food establishment. Kids upstairs just sitting there eating food they purchased from a newsagents chugging away on vapes, rubbish left on tables. *edit* someone has just come up and cleaned the tables so I retract that.

I love a bit of KFC but be warned....it won't even be close to your delivery slot time and when it does eventually arrive, the chips will have the consistency of a used tea bag. It would be fair to say that KFC Strood have not grasped the Just eat app.

My food was really COLD wasn't enjoyable the courier did say sorry but as I said food was cold waste of my money couldn't eat it.

Not had KFC this year(had rivals) and I know remember why, cold food, half a portion of soggy chips, warm flat drink. Back to morleys or something similar but far better

Food was stone cold, placed the order at 3:45 and it turned up at 5:55! Food was stone cold when arrived too.

I've ordered a bucket for one meal (including a drink) and an extra drink. The extra drink didn't come, so incomplete delivery as usual ( not the first time missing items from my order that i paid for) No more take away from kfc for me!

Delivery driver was very nice and courteous. The app location tried to send him elsewhere but he spoke with me to resolve the issue. Very good and competent driver.

Always check your order before you leave. You can only order on the screens and not by talking to a person which is ridiculous as there are always 2 or 3 people standing around behind the counter.

as usual the food was wrong! how hard is it to pack a bag of food. completely the wrong meal and a crying child now and £15 down the drain! absolute waste of space this place how thick are the staff in this establishment?

When the delivery turned up, having given him a £2 tip on top of the delivery charge and service charge, he sat looking at his phone for 2 minutes while I watch at my door. The food was obviously Luke warm. Not a happy customer!!

I order at 5.30 was given 6.00-6.20 it arrived at 6.55 i live 5-10 minutes from shop, when it arrived there was chicken piece missing the chips were cold, pop corn chicken was rubbery, sweet corn dry, rice was clod and dry, there was 9 legs and 3 brest out of 14 prices this is the second time I have ordered first time was when it first opened so I thought I would give them another chance as they missed two full items missing that time

Not offering table service (table numbers removed so you have to wait for your food) A4 paper signs on kiosks explaining app is down and can't process discounts or offers. No service at the counter despite explicitly explaining struggling with kiosk. No real service at all. Floor grubby, not been swept. Lift broken. No interaction between team and guests. Food cold. Over prepping chip portions. Visit time 2pm on a Tuesday. All round poor KFC.

Didn't put the sauce I paid for in the bag, didn't give me the crushems drink I paid for, staff were rude and very unhelpful, seating area was disgusting not a present place at all and I would be ashamed of this branch if It was my branch.

Best KFC in ages, delivered long before stated and nice and hot, very polite delivery guy, no complaints here, perfect
