Mini fillets were dry and tasteless, chips were not seasoned

Chips cold the meal I ordered was under achieved the hash brown was so thin I might as well had rice paper the meal was supposed to be very spicy I have had a mild curry that was more spicy than what I was given

Delivery time changed from 20.15 on ordering to 21.00... Chicken was good and chips were tasty. chicken pieces seem to be getting smaller nowadays but overall very nice

Order states "Delivered" but it never arrived, I have cctv on my home which supports no delivery was made. I think the delivery person went to wrong address and handed food id paid for over to a random stranger.

I do get it that is one of the last orders, but the food was made with 0 care my burger looks like it’s been done from last products, not talking about the state of fries, very disappointed.

I ordered Colonel Crowd Pleaser from KFC Gillingham. The chicken smelt terrible and was really salty. The oil smells worn and hasn't been changed in a long time. 17 pounds binned!

Not very warm. One should have been a zinger other a fillet burger but they both tasted the same.

The food came in tiny portions and for what you pay it’s not good value for money. We had about 10 chips in each “regular bag”. The app sent the delivery driver to the wrong place despite putting in the correct address, therefore the food was late and I had to go meet the driver up the road. The food turned up cold because of this. But this wasn’t the drivers fault.

Clean, friendly restaurant, small for a traditional KFC but the same good "junk" food that you can enjoy once in a while:)

I'm staying at an Airbnb & unfortunately there isn't any doorbell. So, I asked KFC too ring me once outside & it worked. Food itself was really delicious, very moreish & certainly the best KFC I've tasted in a long while. Hats off to the chefs. I normally like a little salad when eating meals like this, but I couldn't find anything on the menu that was like a mixed green salad side order. Apart from that, it was a Top Banana experience for me.

The staff in this restaurant are absolutely useless, refuse to take any responsibility and can't stop lying. Half my order was missing when it was delivered. When I called the restaurant, I was told that I couldn't have a refund even though I order through KFC.

Worst delivery, the driver start screaming and swearing at me because he couldn’t find my adress. I had to come out with my kid to pick me my food for him to scream and swear in front of my kid.

Delivery window changed 5 times, order paid for @ 22.05 and delivered 1hr, 10mins later. Very small chicken pieces and burger was cold. It's a pity we cannot upload pics in the review so others can see how paltry this outlet supplies its customers!

Wrong burger sent and unable to eat burger received due to food intolerances. Called Canterbury Street, Gillingham store, where order was sent from, they refused to send correct burger and abruptly hung up on me. Staff very unhelpful and uncaring despite it being their mistake. Will never order from them again!

the food was great however my order said "you qualify for 2 hot wings" so I claimed them and was charged normal price for them and on top of that I didn't get my drink

Waited 90 minutes for this delivery when I rang they didn’t even ask for my order number they just said waiting for a driver. Would not refund me. Kept saying they were losing signal on the phone even though they weren’t. Disgusting service. Can’t believe it says delivery time 30 minutes when they hadn’t even looked at my order in that time!!

I purchased an order online through uber eats and when my order arrived I was missing parts of my order, when I called up kfc I was offered a reference number to go in store and collect or I get a refund from uber eats, when I asked for them to send it out they said no as the uber drivers are not hired by them. I am disappointed that this is down to the kfc employees to make sure they have double checked the orders before they are being sealed up and sent out. If they can not cope with the pressure then they shouldn't commit to uber or just eat.

I placed a very simple and clear order which included 2 x chips or fries which were missing. when we phoned the branch we were told to complain to just eat and the girl on the phone was very dismissive. this order was £28 and was really abysmal I will never order or bother to complain to gillingham KFC or just eat ever again, really poor service level or consideration of why is my order short.

Absolutely disgusting 🫣, after 20 years of eating KFC , this is the time to walk away 😑 Way too much condiments on chips, they don't taste like chips anymore and this is happening in all KFC shops. The meat is burned on the aut sides and the interior is not cooked properly 🙈 I would vote for a closing don't all KFC's and let's get healthier.

Ordered a tropicana, got handed an extra tango, when I handed it back to try to explain, they just drove off. The rest was all there though

I have used this branch for many years and have watched and experienced its downfall of late. Their care for their product is very poor, food arrives cold and thrown in a box with no care. Visiting the establishment you will be seen to only when uber/just eat drivers served 1st regardless of how long you are stood there. Smiles and politeness will not make these things acceptable!

Bad customer service, I followed the advise from JE, rang the branch and he said I can't cancel, drivers already gone, even though no updates were given online. for it then to be another 30mins. food was thrown about, chips arrived out of containers.

3 minutes in the air fryer and it’s as good as eating it in, probably even better 😋
