Everything was excellent with excellent customer service and everyone was helpful

Clean environment and quick service

The staff must be pleasant and welcoming.

I come here quite often but today the customer service was horrible after I'd managed to get my food ordered I sat down to eat it and it was ice cold and soggy won't recommend

Very bad Maneger I went there to eat and I was so press to use the toilet but she refused to let me in 😭

we didnt receive our order last night i hope you didnt take any money out

absolutely awful everything was closed 4 items missing and what we did get was squashed, freezing cold and about 10 indiviual chips in total across 3 meals ordered.

Total time between order and delivery was almost two hours. Chips were cold and overall food quality was disappointing.

I placed a order at around 1740 for delivery for 1910 my order delivery didn't turn up till 2000 hours my wife had to go to work 1940 and she had to leave for work without her lunch not happy

My 13 year old very disappointed. Very proud to order using his brand new card for the first time, food never turned up, restaurant claimed it had, literally stole from a child Edit: wow look what showed up 3 hours after ordering and within twenty minutes of this review

Haven't actually received my food yet so only rating the service. Ordered through just eat at about 6pm. Delivery time keeps getting put back and 4 phone calls to the restaurant have been ignored. Absolute joke! Never ordering from this restaurant again.

Food was not edible due to being keep warm for over an hour. Greasy and soggy

The order was 1hr 25mins late. They keep changing the delivery times in the end I lost count of the changes . Ordered the food at 6.26pm arrived at 7.51pm. The chips were cold and soggy but the chicken was ok.

From time of order to food delivered, over 2 hours. restaurant just kept moving estimated delivery time and ignored 5 phone calls. IF had they answered, I would of cancelled. Awful service

We order a six piece bucket that arrived with no chips!!! Considering the price is £19.99 you’d have thought they’d remember chips

Yet again Canterbury Street KFC are abysmal! They should be making sure the delivery driver gets the corret order because now my son and sister havent got their dinner because the delivery driver decided to give me the wrong food for SOMEOME ELSE

some food was missing, all food was cold and the wrap didn't resemble anything of the sort so just thrown together by someone that didn't care. won't be using KFC again

I have just left this awfull place. I made an order to take out and as they we getting my order ready, they placed the food they was going ro give me in the hidden microwave in a room to the side to re-heat the food. When i asked the girl if she had just done this she said yes and was very clueless as to what the problem was. I asked her if she was paying for fresh and got give old cold re-heated food if that was ok, let alone the food saferty aspect of this and she just shugged and looked like she had no idea what i was saying. When the person in charge came over as i asked for a refund as i refuse to spend my money there for this kind of food she really hesitated giving me my refund offering me 4 times to make fresh food even thoigh the damage had been done. My advise for anyone going here is dont unless u want to be ill or deal with people who have no knowlege of food safety it seems. Id avoid this place like the plague. They need to train thier staff better before they KILL someone...

All the food was cold, app showed driver leaving 40 minutes before food turned in total took 1 hour 40 minutes for the food to turn up, the food was uneatable where it was stone cold

absolutely shocking an hour and 40 mins waiting for delivery of food and turns up cold awful service.

The delivery person poured out all the rice that got stuck in the carrier bag and we couldn't eat it.

it's fine for me but just for everyone to be wary when asking for normal mayo on orders I always seem to get the pepper mayo instead. some people may not like this or be able to eat the pepper mayo.

Food is disgusting. Chips are soggy not properly cooked or have been left out for too long. Chicken not crispy. Burger also disgusting. Worst KFC i have ever ordered and had the misfortune of eating.

Said that driver was on his way then noticed on the map he was off in the opposite direction clearly doing any delivery then he’s location disappeared and then 30 mins later he’s back at the restaurant collecting my food absolute joke when I asked him he response was “traffic” don’t take 45 mins to do a 5 min journey

looked like the lettuce was out of date and didn't smell very good so threw it away also the hot wings weren't very nice either...not a very good meal to be honest so won't be ordering from this KFC again

not happy with the order tonight ,the chips were hard ,and alot of them were too crispy and the fish ....the batter was too greasy and over done ,there was more batter than actual fish

No fries in delivery and when restaurant contacted they expected us to collect it ourselves, not very helpful.

Order states "Delivered" but it never arrived, I have cctv on my home which supports no delivery was made. I think the delivery person went to wrong address and handed food id paid for over to a random stranger.

I do get it that is one of the last orders, but the food was made with 0 care my burger looks like it’s been done from last products, not talking about the state of fries, very disappointed.

I ordered Colonel Crowd Pleaser from KFC Gillingham. The chicken smelt terrible and was really salty. The oil smells worn and hasn't been changed in a long time. 17 pounds binned!

Once again we have missing items. Thought we would give them one more try at Gillingham but yet again missing a fillet tower burger and a mini fillet burger.

The food came in tiny portions and for what you pay it’s not good value for money. We had about 10 chips in each “regular bag”. The app sent the delivery driver to the wrong place despite putting in the correct address, therefore the food was late and I had to go meet the driver up the road. The food turned up cold because of this. But this wasn’t the drivers fault.

Not very warm. One should have been a zinger other a fillet burger but they both tasted the same.

Clean, friendly restaurant, small for a traditional KFC but the same good "junk" food that you can enjoy once in a while:)
