KFC Gillingham - Canterbury Street in Medway

Normally banging but the entire large gravy spilled all over the whole bucket kids were gutted

Unfortunately there was an item missing

Great food and service. unfortunately no cutlery was delivered so we were unable to eat it

Arrived as scheduled but the food was tepid as if left to sit for a long time, which was odd because I scheduled the order an hour in advance.

Food was really cold and chicken was a bit dried out. It was not nice

chicken was good, chips were too soft.. delivery driver was polite and friendly

I ordered to my home address by mistake, i phoned up restaurant to change the delivery address and the staff told the driver to deliver to the alternative address but he went to my home address, he said he would take my order back to the restaurant but didn’t, absolutely fuming that someone can’t understand a simple instruction to deliver to my work address he also said he phoned me but he didn’t

Besides delaying I had my order missing item. Never will order again at this store.

the delivery driver smashed on my door like the police rude made me take my stuff out of his bag whilst on the phone demand code

The meal deal was supposed to have a piece of original recipe chicken with it which was a drumstick in the photo but was only a tiny wing so not impressed with that. Not value for money

Avoid this branch of KFC - they're useless!!! Recently I received someone else's order instead of mine and tonight my order was missing an item!! I'll be switching to the Chatham branch!

arrived cold. did leave a nice comment asking please if the chicken could be thigh and got given wing and leg. it's fine and they don't have to give me what I asked for; i do understand this, its just Courteous and great customer service. if it was hot and at least 1 thigh defo would of been 5 star

I received someone else's order..... the order should have gone to someone called Anne and I assume she has received my order!

chips and popcorn chicken arrived almost stone cold. had to reheat.

absolutely disappointed with the way the food got here the gravy had split everywhere both pots it's like tap water to witch the paper bag the food came in was soacked he took it out his this placed it in my arms I'm now covered in soggy paper bag and gravy and the food is just about edible now so I'm not happy at all and would like something done about it

every item was cold ,when it should be hot and delivery time was changed 3 to4 time

burgers didn't nearly fill buns and less than one little bag of chips between 2 bags, ok if you want 12 chips each and a half empty burger!

Excellent family feast bucket today, nice and hot and lovely pieces of chicken also delivered on-time. Expensive but worth every penny.

food was so late that due to temp outside being below zero. the food was stone cold upon arrival. so on top of being late I now have to wait longer while I heat it back up.

Absolutely disgraceful , delivery driver turnt up to my property and had dropped all the food on the floor . The driver said he was going to go back to the store and replace this . 1 hour went past so I rung the store who was very helpful , they explained the driver never returned . I went out to my car to find the dropped food all thrown behind my car. I have photos to prove this also . I believe that this driver needs to be struck off

was horrible, the food had been scraped from the bottom of the fryer and was cold. on top of that my drink was missing.

courier delivered wrong order again. Kentucky did nothing to help and I was told to dispose of the order I received. so I did. then just eat asked for photographic proof so sent the photo of receipt of goods received and a copy of what I ordered .will I get a refund?

delivery driver didn't even bother to ring my doorbell just knocked a couple of times & went to leave & when i got to the door was dam right ignorant just eat should watch who they employ !!!

Sent my order to wrong address even after i called just eat and kfc. So they gave my food to some random person somewhere and i dont even know how they managed that without the code i had

The wrong order was delivered. The driver tried arguing that I was wrong and that I should just take it anyway. I need a full refund immediately. I'm not happy with the driver at all

Not only was the delivery pushed back severl times there was items missing from the order (chicken strips) and the hot wings were fried to a crisp and inedible. will not be ordering food from here again.

forgot the canvas bites ordered never arrived

Our order was awful what did arrive was nice but the whole family was still hungry as portion sizes where so small even though we spent nearly 60 pound for a family for 3 adults plus 1 small person
