KFC Gillingham - Canterbury Street in Medway

Pre ordered for a certain time and it was still late. It turned up warm but not really hot enough. Driver was friendly enough. Have ordered from here before and had much better meals

Food took half an hour to come for a dine in female staff had no idea what to do all she did was bump the orders

More than 1 hour late, frozen food, trash!!! The delivery person seemed not good conditions, stood in front of my door for 5 minutes without saying anything. We will never order from this restaurant again. I will add a review online.

The food was so cold I know it was a salad bowl but the chicken was cold as well

he didn't even deliver it to me and was rude over the phone

Almost 2 hours after ordering it was delivered, therefore it was a bit cold.

stone cold , requested legs and thighs and got no legs or thighs maybe the the staff cant read

Ordered fillet tower burger which i put a note on saying no mayo or salad which is even on the receipt, turns up with mayo and salad

Normal bucket instead of boneless. I had to listen to my kid moan 😭🤣

Ordered a 6 piece wicked variety bucket. Got the mini fillets and the hot wings and the chips . No 6 piece of chicken included. Very disappointed left us hungry. Obviously they don't check the order before leaving the restaurant,

Without fail every time I have ordered from this place in person or Uber/just eat they never get the order correct, items missing all the time, cold food or portions that wouldn't even fill up a mouse. I have an ill mother and her comfort food is KFC but every time she is left sad due to the incompetence of this place. I understand fast food can be fast paced but how hard is it to read the order and make it. Safe to say this is the last time I order from this place and hopefully they close it down and reopen the shop in Chatham town centre as that one was always great from the service to the food. I would give this a 0 * rating if I could as 1 * is way too high. You got to do better

Good cold , missing item and why they always take more then one delivery as food gets even colder as not straight to door

bottle missing from order again chips not in packets they were all over the bag and the chicken is luke warm acceptable but not presented at all just thrown in

The sauce was a little lacking putting me off ordering next time

Useless staff all of them never got my delivery called twice and got told they can’t do anything they don’t know who the driver is and don’t have their details.. ridiculous

I watched on the vehicle tracker as my delivery went all over Gillingham before coming to me. I am a maximum of 6 mins from the KFC by car, I waited at least 15mins for the delivery. At best, it was warm.

only received a quarter of what we ordered. kfc blamed the driver and vice versa. either way very disappointed, won't order again

I ordered to my home address by mistake, i phoned up restaurant to change the delivery address and the staff told the driver to deliver to the alternative address but he went to my home address, he said he would take my order back to the restaurant but didn’t, absolutely fuming that someone can’t understand a simple instruction to deliver to my work address he also said he phoned me but he didn’t

Arrived as scheduled but the food was tepid as if left to sit for a long time, which was odd because I scheduled the order an hour in advance.

Really gone downhill in recent years. The interior is dark and dingy and could do with being refurbished. Quality of food isn't what it used to be either. Pieces of chicken have got smaller and are stringy and batter isn't always cooked properly. Chips are always limp and cold. Shrinkflation certainly hit KFC hard in the recent years 👎.

The meal deal was supposed to have a piece of original recipe chicken with it which was a drumstick in the photo but was only a tiny wing so not impressed with that. Not value for money

arrived cold. did leave a nice comment asking please if the chicken could be thigh and got given wing and leg. it's fine and they don't have to give me what I asked for; i do understand this, its just Courteous and great customer service. if it was hot and at least 1 thigh defo would of been 5 star

Avoid this branch of KFC - they're useless!!! Recently I received someone else's order instead of mine and tonight my order was missing an item!! I'll be switching to the Chatham branch!

Just ordered £47 of food waited 45 mins for delivery and then they have the wrong order so I had to drive to kfc my self only to be told that there nothing they can do and have to go through channels to get refund and can’t get through to anyone ,every time we go there is something wrong just like everyone else orders useless and disgusting place

absolutely disappointed with the way the food got here the gravy had split everywhere both pots it's like tap water to witch the paper bag the food came in was soacked he took it out his this placed it in my arms I'm now covered in soggy paper bag and gravy and the food is just about edible now so I'm not happy at all and would like something done about it

every item was cold ,when it should be hot and delivery time was changed 3 to4 time

burgers didn't nearly fill buns and less than one little bag of chips between 2 bags, ok if you want 12 chips each and a half empty burger!

Excellent family feast bucket today, nice and hot and lovely pieces of chicken also delivered on-time. Expensive but worth every penny.
