Simply love this place. Come to eat here with my family from time to time.

Had a lovely mother's day 2 for 1 brunch meal today, food was really good, surprisingly good! and staff where friendly and helpful. I will return in the future to eat here again.

Standard F&B restaurant and it's just mediocre across the board. Portion sizes are just about ok, drinks are run of the mill, staff are pleasant and get the job done, atmosphere is just meh. All in all nothing fancy or special about it and it's fairly unremarkable. To be clear, they're not doing anything wrong. They're just running it as a straight forward, fast food restaurant.

Just been to F&B in Rochester Actually the 1st time I have been to a F&B The decor was interesting & the staff was really lovely & friendly & the food was amazing -would definitely recommend the large mozzarella stick Total price was very reasonable especially as I could use my BlueLightCard 2 starters, 2 Pepsi & 2 mains (lasagna & Mac & cheese very good portions & very delicious) Will definitely go again in the near future

Celebrated my son’s 23rd birthday here tonite 28th Feb! Great food amazing service by the lovely Jamie who went above and beyond I mentioned my sons birthday when we was ordering drinks at end of our meal without asking he surprised my son with a dessert and the staff sang happy birthday a lovely touch to end a fabulous meal. Thank you so much Jamie you honestly went above and beyond a credit to F&B and we will definitely be back!!! 5*

Food was ok, as you would expect

Outstanding service, cleanliness and food. This is a hidden gem in Kent. We visited on a weekday evening and it was initially quiet, but picked up. Our waiter was outstandingly amazing. Nothing was too much.

Spot on - attentive team, great food and awesome atmosphere.

Table booked for 8pm, but we were the only people there, then we found out why as at 8.50pm they said we needed to pay our bill as they close at 9pm, they didn't mention this when we booked or even when showing us to our table, definitely won't be going there again which is a shame as food was quite good once they got the order right!!!!

Waited a while to be seated then again had to ask for drinks. Food took a while two meals came then had to wait for third meal. Really enjoyed food but waited patiently throughout and not even busy in the restaurant. Shame as always liked it here.

Firstly we were disgusted on how short staffed the place was 2 members of staff running around doing everything , drinks , cleaning tables , seeing people in , taking orders , bringing food and drinks to tables , bills , and even though you could see how tired ,and how busy they were ,they still remained as attentive, and super friendly ,but no staff should ever have to be working under that amount of strain . But our waitress was brilliant !!!! Well done to both the staff that just kept going !!! And the kitchen staff x

Lovely food, perfectly cooked. Staff attentive. The restaurant was quiet as it was a Thursday. Would like to go back on a weekend as I imagine the atmosphere would be great.

I’m not normally one to complain as I myself work in hospitality, but i can’t help being really disappointed in this experience. We reserved a table at 8.45 as it was the earliest time to book when we tried at 8pm. We got to the restaurant at 8.30, 15 minutes before our booking and at the door we were told the manager was just about to call us to cancel our booking as they shut at 9pm and they wouldn’t give us enough time in the restaurant. We said we already knew what we wanted and we could put our order in straight away, but this still wasn’t good enough and we were turned away. I would just like to know why we were allowed to book at this time if you do close at 9. If the manager wanted to call us to cancel, he should’ve done it when we booked, with nearly an hour to give us time to find another option, not just 15 minutes when we had already arrived. I am so disappointed in this experience and while i do understand that no one likes a late night working, there were still plenty of tables sat down eating and at this time one more would’ve have made a difference when we only wanted main meals.

Food wasn't great here, chicken was to greasy and over cooked, actually made me feel sick for the rest of the day. Service was absolutely fine and friendly. Atmosphere was dead, really weird music on.

Gotta say our waiter was very good but when it came to him asking his manager to rectify our bill..it was like watching paint dry…it took a good 20 mins. Shes very slow and just seem to be more interested in her iphone. Lady in the pink jumper im sure shes nice but didnt appreciate her blasé attitude and there was no urgency at all. It wasnt busy by the way. But the waiter was great. Food was amazing.

No idea of his name. Server on duty in Rochester at 9pm on 4.1.25 who goes to rock gigs with his wife. So friendly. Every time I come in he makes us feel so welcome and is always ready for a chat about what gigs he/we have upcoming. Lovely guy. Credit to Frankie and Benny.

Went to Frankie and Benny’s today for my birthday before an afternoon of bowling. Excellent service, huge portions of delicious American style food. The staff were very good but special mention goes to Jamie who made it all run so smoothly and he was such a lovely man. Thank you for the birthday cake Jamie and for singing Happy Birthday to me

Popped in for a milkshake and ended up getting a small meal for my daughter. Brilliant, friendly service. We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were still attentive.

Quite a decent meal, don't like the queuing at the bar to order though, I think you should be served at the table if you're seated to order from a menu.

Food was horrible just warmed up Lasagna garlic bread not crips sweet potatoes fry’s were cheep and nasty, had no fresh strawberries in my pudding. Lady’s loos no soap or loo roll. Young lady who served us was very nice. This use to be one of the best places to eat. Never again just horrible.

The burger I ordered was ridiculously over done and cold when it arrived, tasteless and chewy. The oil in the fryer needs to be changed/filtered daily. Not monthly. I feel like my fries were cooked in engine oil rather than cooking oil. Will not be using again. Absolutely disgusted.

the food did take a bit longer to arrive than expected, but honestly, the male manager was super helpful and really made up for it. he kept us updated, which was nice. the service overall was great – friendly and attentive. so while the wait was longer, the staff definitely turned it around!

The restaurant that’s recommended by local people. The portion is very big (for an Asian lady), I ordered half rack of BBQ Ribs with jacked potatoes and the ribs is very tender and tasty. My mum ordered a Chicken Parm pasta and it’s nothing miracle but satisfying. The price is not cheap but reasonable, 4 dishes below (for 4 people) costed us £92.5 in total. The food took ~10mins to arrive and the service/staff is fantastic. All in all it’s a comfort food that won’t disappoint.

Food was as good as you would expect from a chain restaurant. Food came out very quick and the waiter was friendly and great with the children.

Really good food, excellent value especially for the kids. New manager with the tattoos was fantastic and seems to be doing a great job and the Portuguese waitress was incredibly helpful and lovely. Only slight criticism was the chill in the air, but the manager realised it was an Aircon issue and sorted it.

Needs improvement. Service is very slow, even on quieter days. When the food does arrive, it's often luke warm and tasteless. There is also a distinct lack of attentiveness from staff. Not a great experience.

Came here on A-level results (got BCC). Free pizza definitely cheered up my mood at least and the waiter was very nice

Stopped off for some lunch. Oh dear. Tired, weary, dark and dated. Food took about 2 minutes to arrive which says a lot. Well it does say is the microwave works. Bland food and totally uninspiring.

It was a very busy day, the female waiter that served us was very polite and attentive despite of this. Also the food was lovely, good price for such lovely food.

A bit pricey but nice for a change

We went for family dinner and my pizza was very poor , felt like I was eating a dry bread with tomato sauce rather than a pizza.

I never write reviews but I had to with this experience. The staff were very nice no problems there, but the food was awful ordered steak and spat it out was full of gristle and rock solid. If I’m honest I ordered well done with steak because I was worried about getting ill as there was a whiff of toilet sewage throughout the restaurant! Frankie and bennys has gone downhill to what I remember of it. Needs a revamp and better chefs!

Lovely food and staff all 12 of us had a great time

We came for a family meal, a large party and the staff, Jamie in particular, couldn't do more for us, no task was too much. Jamie was there everytome we needed anything, was so helpful and friendly and approachable. Any questions we had about dietary requirements and just the food in general, Jamie had our answers.

Was a bit upset by our experience here tonight. The food was average - can’t expect a lot from Frankie and bennys. The problem was the treatment of our server. We didn’t catch her name but felt sorry for her all evening as she was clearly stressed and upset, rushing around trying her best. We were mainly disappointed by who we think is the manager( as she wasn’t wearing a servers apron) deciding to argue with our server and trying to add more work to her load right next to our table! Meanwhile the same woman trying to give our server more work was happy to spend 10 minutes playing around with a set of plates at the counter until she finally served them to a family. After waiting an hour for our food, we asked our server how long left only for her to say the ‘manager’ told her that she gave us our food a while ago. The server was extremely apologetic but we understand it’s not her fault. Hopefully this issue gets sorted because the treatment and attitude shown towards our server was abhorrent!

Medway Valley Leisure Park, Chariot Way. Hate giving low reviews. Absolutely terrible which saddens me to say. Better service if we'd have spent £140+ using the Uber/Just Eats app as it was that which staff were focusing on. A gentle complaint did see some activity but still over 2 hours ......food was not that good but we had waited soooo long. To be honest whilst staff were apologetic it seems that they are under orders to ignore guests and focus on uber... be better to shut the venue so they could at least get it right for their Uber/Just Eat custom. Saw other guests leaving in despair. What a way to spoil a day out. Money grabbing venture with no care for those sitting in having to try to get some level of care. 🙄😢❗️DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY FOLKS

Really delicious food, the music is amazing there and also the atmosphere is lovely!

My partner and I visited with our toddler. The toddler has both Dairy and Soya intolerances and I am a very difficult eater. Jamie and the chef bent over backwards to give us a Tailor made meal each. Both of which were fantastic! I can not thank them enough.
