Lovely pub and great atmosphere

Great pub with a great atmosphere. Good selection of drinks at a great price. Loving the darts area towards the back of the pub.

1st ever visit . Nice clean pub ,garden ,big telly's for sport ,darts, pool , friendly staff. Well worth a visit .

Since the new Landlady has taken over the best part of a year now, it is brilliant. Nice. friendy, very clean, good Family pub. If you drink shorts, then there are special offers most of the time. A good range of beers and cider. You can pay by card too. Really lovely pub with large TVs too.

Nice crowd of regulars. Could have a better selection of real ales though.

Played a Sunday afternoon gig here, to a great bunch of people. A proper local pub, with an old fashioned community vibe.

Great pub! Traditional local they do a great meat raffle and karaoke on Sunday's I bring my grandchildren and they love to sing with the other kids, real community spirit

You know what it's good in here. Updated decor has made a huge difference. Superb and friendly staff.... Lynn (I think served us) who couldn't have been more welcoming.

No atmosphere,the bar staff thick and bloody useless !! Get new staff with some personality.

Friendly atmosphere with family vibe. Good prices alcohol and entertainment at weekends. Mostly a regular crowd but most newbies made welcome too. Dogs welcone Dartboatds pool table. Juke box. Multiple tv's for sports are some of the extras.. Regular theme nights and fun days incl karaoke every Sunday. Meat raffles. Weekly quiz and charity events

Only drinks are on sale, but you can bring take away food from the shop opposite.

Often a friendly atmosphere. Usually pop by after a dog walk to play pool or have game of darts. Cheaper alcohol too

Cheap drinks been done up recently

First of all, I have never been in the pub so this is not a review about that. It may be lovely for all I know but I have walked past after picking up a child from Bligh and heard all manner of swearing and shouting from a lady in the car park. she was effing and jeffing very loudly about parents cars parked in there and had even blocked one poor lady in. One lady said that she did it the other day to a man and that his kids were screaming in the car as they were terrified and that he was surrounded by about 4 men. This is not the way to win friends and influence people . What does it matter if cars are there for 15 minutes? they may be your customers tomorrow! I do not appreciate the foul language and am not even sure if she can legally block people in like that. There are no signs at all to say no parking.
