Costa Coffee in Medway

Had coffee and cake as I needed a break.

Stated they closed at 6pm we got there at 5pm and it was already closed. Only came to Chatham for costa

Costa Coffee is my go-to spot for a great cup of coffee. The drinks are consistently rich and flavorful, and the cozy vibe makes it perfect for a quick break. The friendly staff just adds to the experience!

Horrible customer service the on the counter shouting on customer and unhappy in her life don’t know customer service she need urgent Training before she distroy the name of Costa

Poor customer service from ms Karolyn shocking customer service, she is probably a miserable person but that does not justify her attitude as a attendant even less as a human dealing in social situations with the public. Don’t go there their will turn your mood off and mess up the time you had to enjoy a coffee/cake. Stay away

Services is very poor the lady who served us is shouting on customers the is unhappy and miserable and doesn’t understand any customer service she need training don’t go they upset your mode unhappy people working there

Took over an hour to deliver a coffee and chocolate croissant. Kept changing the time of delivery. When tried to phone the store, they kept hanging up the phone before someone would answer. Shocking

second time I have ordered from this coffee shop on just eat and the second time they have got my order wrong. This time my two drinks came but my two sausage bap didn't. I was told they will put the two sausage bap money back in my account but we will see .

The order was complete and well packed The courier was polite and courteous

The delivery was to standard but the toasty was cold almost as if it hadn’t been toasted even though the Mac n cheese was warm so that was strange and disappointing. Also when ordering to a hotel and not getting a fork to eat the Mac n cheese with it was another downer.

Very horrible servic.Open times is to 7pm and closed sit arrears on 5pm. Not recommended everyone!!!!!

It took 1 hour 50 minutes from placing the order to delivery. Would have actually ordered lunch if I’d known it was going to take so long!

Driver rang bell and went to walk off without leaving order had to chase after down the drive ,

I ordered an Ice whipped vanilla latte, I asked staff if they can make sure they can give whipped cream,as the assistant that day made me repeat my order 3 times, then that particular assistance became rude and very aggressive, at one point it seemed as though she was going to charge at me, my only fault was that I was standing my ground in the most tolerant way possible despite the assistant shouting and ranting at me,on couple of occasions she even threatened me, by saying that she is calling the manager,and she told me that I am barred from the shop, when she was the aggressor, I should of called the police,so they would of checked CCTV footage were she was throwing the finger at me shouting and swearing, highly unprofessional, that same day I went to Gillingham Costa and 2 of the staff said the same thing that they will never go to the Chatham branch again as they had an issue themselves, It really is a shame I have been using that Costa for 7 years,all the employees there have been very lovely except for this one person, also a shame I never got her name, and even if I did ask her for her name I probably would of got punched in the face by her because of the way she was on heat

Second time the order was wrong and am still waiting on both refunds

For a chain store, the atmosphere is superb staff helpful and friendly always a pleasure to deal with

Toastie arrived cold as did coffee , probably because order was prepared a then delivery time altered due to drivers , not impressed

The celling needs to be worked on as it looks like they had a leak and not finished the celling off but overall it was nice coffee

Went to Chatham this morning and popped into this cafe which was busy during our stay. Staffs were friendly and trying to get engage with customers however, I requested coffees in take away cups but served differently. Ordered a panini but did not arrived for half an hour and had to remind. I appreciate that the member of staff realised she forgot my order and offered a cookies as a gesture which I accepted. Anyway, good place to have a cuppa and socialise.

came into costa today and didn’t know how to use my app, and the lovely worker Caroline went through everything with me and was very polite. Had a great customer service today!!

It's been a tough few weeks and I needed a coffee. Popped in with a sombre face and within 30 seconds I was laughing and smiling. The ladies here are just lovely and really cheered me up! And the coffee was great. Store is super clean including the toilets. Will definitely be back.

Dont bother. Working in the area so popped in to use the loo before ordering a coffee and food. Didn't get to the ordering part as I headed for the loos and it appeared locked by key (turns out someone in there but no indicator present, just a broken keyhole so naturally I knew that...) asked a member of staff if their loos were open and she came over complaining about people using them that shouldn't and then confirmed someone was in there (must have been a desperate trucker or something as 10 minutes later they were still in there), gave me a glare and buggered off. I gave up and went to the McDonalds instead. So well done, sorry that I don't speak 'ug' but if all visitors to the area are treated like this, no wonder the place was half empty. Why not go the whole hog and get some barbed wire around the place and a couple of alsatian patrolling to add to the ambience...

The worst Costa I’ve been to in England. The staff were swearing the whole time. Alina had more enthusiasm to talk about her fake nails rather than provide a courteous service. Should be shut down.

An item wasn't delivered and the toastie and mocha weren't hot

It was Costa exactly what it says on the tin, if you want to adjust the coffee ingredients somehow, ie specific milk or a specific additive they put in they will let you, and the waitresses are very funny and seem happy to be there, I say that as in alot of places now it's not normally that way 👍

Order my drinks at 10:17am, Time frame for delivery was 10:50 to 11:10, drinks didn’t come till 11:20

Wrong order and has damaged cup so linking from bottom

Coffee and food was cold. Didn’t have what I ordered in stock so had to take substitutions and some of my order was missing. Seems increasingly common for stores to be unable to put the stuff on the list in the bag. It’s not rocket science.

They gave us gifts for Christmas and wrote on the bag merry Christmas from the Costa team. Thank you Costa Chatham

Ordered 2 lattes, one medium with sugar free caramel, 1 large with sugar free gingerbread and 2 plain medium lattes arrived. Can we please have the money back for what was not proved 30p for the large that was actually medium £1 for not having any syrup in either. I can only assume they used skimmed milk

Never had food there but service was good and quick staff pleasant

Wonderful food and coffee which arrived still piping hot and on time. They did not have something I ordered and rang me straight away to let me know and offer an alternative. Outstanding service and great customer care! I highly recommend this Costa! 💜💜💜💜

Food was great, first time in a while ordering takeaway from here and knowing the people who work here is a bonus. Only problem I had was the coffee and food was cold. I decided to leave not getting the refund from this order and talked to the manager which I did today. Only to find out, the reason why my order was cold was the delivery driver fault, as they hang around outside or try to get another order from a different food company and that's appalling. JustEat sort out your delivery drivers by only making them get one order only and not mess on the job. I heard it from a manager mouth on how they touch the orders and its disappointing. Now I can't get a refund for the cold items all because I love the people who work in Costa and always get great service in store

My coffee arrived not full and I had ordered 2 sandwichs but yet only one came. Doesn't seem to hard to get this type of order right...

Arrived warm, 20 minutes late, but it was held up in the restaurant for 20 minutes. Delivery driver was quick on delivery.

Driver did not deliver the food, called me and when I gave the postcode he just drove off and claimed he had delivered the items when he very much didnt.

I placed the order at 12.45, got here an hour later! The app kept changing my delivery time! Food was cold when I got it, and so was my hot chocolate!

I had lunch at this branch today and the staff were very friendly. One member gave a great suggestion for lunch and helped me select a salted caramel brownie for after. I couldn't ask for a friendlier and more welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will come again!

Absolutely rubbish. Every time I order from them they always forget items. Trying to call them and they never answer the phone. What’s the point of being online for orders if you can never send correct items!

I went for a coffee today in Chatham and Tracey went above and beyond. What an absolute ray of sunshine. I travel a lot for work and this experience was by far one of the best. Thank you Tracey 5⭐️

Good friendly service if items are out of stock and nice coffee, thankyou guys, but 2 x items missing again. Just Eat do not refund automatically if requested when this happens several times (I don't mean just with you) Please can you have a moan to Just Eat to sort this out! Or is it better to contact the restaurants themselves when something is missing? Idk!

It's just the usual costa, but the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome.

Used sugar-free caramel syrup which tastes horrible. Was not asked whether we wanted sugar-free or not. Waste of £10, drinks went straight in the bin.

The delivery driver left the order outside my front door, didn’t ring or knock the bell so I had no idea it had arrived. By the time I found it, it was cold and inedible.

Phoned Costa told drink was made at 12.55 and taken then got drinks 13.35 and both where cold. Contacted Just eat and they gave £5 credit but it cost me £11.39. So I am out of pocket

Missing items, half the order not there

Costa Coffee in Chatham High Street is a well run and welcoming coffee shop. It has a wide choice of coffee types and a whole lot of cakes to choose from. The staff are helpful, attentive and polite. A good place to meet up and spend an hour or two chatting to friends.

Phoned Costa saying I was still waiting for order. Told order had left 45 minutes ago. App showing driver at restaurant. Coffee was cold

Ordered 2 coffee arived 45 min late. tried to get refund. just eat said i should get costa to refund spoke to manager and she hung up. Very poor service as the girl before kept saying she did not know what to do.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The store and bathroom was spotlessly clean at the time of my visit. Coffee and cakes are about average for a chain coffee shop.

Ordered a large latte and the cup was merely filled to a medium amount - disappointing considering I paid for a large and it meant the latte was too strong as there wasn't enough milk for the amount of espresso
