Best resteraunt by a country mile!

We waited 30 minutes for our food and it was left on a trolley while they waited for our apple pies.

Well today’s lunch was a total disappointment. I don’t know why we still go to McDonald’s. Today’s Philly Cheese Steak was both cold and gelatinous. The chips were cold so husband went and complained. Got fresh chips. I then bit into my burger and thought “great this is cold aswell”. I didn’t go up was too embarrassed as the place was full of kids.

Slowest McDonald's know to mankind they take can you wait in the car park to the next level & it's even slower when you go in

Food as you would expect but poor service and rude incompetent staff. Half of the order was missing so had to ask for it. Happy meal had activity book instead of a toy that we selected, when asked about it there was no apology instead the staff almost yelled: “that’s all we have” and walked off. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone

One of the worst customer service in all McDonalds ever. I spent two days in the hotel in front of it and ordered 3 times , twice the wrong order was served and all three times the staff a.e talking and ignoring all customers though they can see the burgers/ other items are ready in front of them, also they keep marking orders as ready for collection just to meet the standards. I would blame the manager/ management for this attitude and not caring about customer service and right orders to be served

We use this place every month. Never a queue.

Probably the best Franchise I've visited. Service is impeccable, food is well prepared and hot drinks are actually hot 👌🏽⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Decided to order mcdonalds for lunch but when someone checked to see if it was us the reciept clearly showed the wrong number plate.When I explained about this she told me (with an attitude) that the computer system was down however it was written in pen.Eventually when the food arrived it turned out to be cold and before we could say anything she had stormed off.

Good location but can get very buzy and difficulty parking.

Took 30 mins to come and Get 6 NUGGETS AND THATS ALL. Nuggets cold and soggy. I don't how my nuggets were soggy!

Quick service and the staff were polite and helpful

Its really basic - a drive through but with some parking. There is some seating inside and out but no atmosphere and you order on screen. Order arrived swiftly with no smile or conversation, i ate it and left.

As far as MaccyD's go, this outlet is a good one. A different franchise to the one in my local town. The restaurant was better run, food was hot, and order was 100% accurate. Good to see the tables being regularly cleared and cleaned. Can't ask for more than that!

Food cold when it arrives and full order not there

Food good but need more seating

So frustrating that we just ordered food and got delivered 3 drinks and no food. Caught the delivery driver who said it was McDonald’s fault. Called McDonald’s who said it was Ubers fault. Can’t get a straight answer from either and we’re left with no food. Totally unacceptable when they’ve already taken the money!!

They have the worst restaurant service when you order a delivery . I waited an hours to have my order delivered thanks to the 4th delivery guy who finally went and asked about my order which wasn't even made .

I took my nephew here for his birthday and he ate something (a breakfast) he generally does not eat at home...and then the lovely hostess came over and offered the kids extra hash browns. We were most satisfied. p.s. It is not often that my expectations at McDonald's are exceeded (this is no indictment on McDonald's, it is just that that I (or anybody) don't expect gourmet cuisine, nor my food macros to be met), but their Breakfast Wrap, somehow has pretty much the main constituents of an English Breakfast within a thin wrap and somehow manages to be delicious and fresh tasting too. I am not saying I would swap my own breakfast for theirs on a regular basis, but it was a serendipitous find and I have to give credit where credit is due p.p.s. Another shout out to that lobby hostess (middle-aged lady), I wish I'd caught her name👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I did not have the most amazing experience in this McDonald's! Unfortunately, I ordered a chicken wrap meal and nearly the end of it I had one last bite and I nearly broke my tooth. The chicken was completely hard and I couldn't eat it anymore. When I went to the till to speak with one of the employees, she was quite rude and quick to say that she couldn't do anything about my situation because I had eaten most of my chicken wrap 🤨 I told her that I wouldn't want another wrap but I needed to let her know so that would not happen again to someone else. She was completely unprofessional and she didn't manage the situation in the way I think she should have solved it. I won't go there anymore! 🫤👎🏾

Mistakes are made by this McDonald's more than anywhere else I know. Every other order is wrong. Makes you think If I have that many mistakes, how many are there for all the customers in total. Always friendly staff, but their turnover seems high. I never recognise anyone from previous visits. There not little mistakes either, whole meals missing, if delivery entire bags. I've complained and got things back on questions asked, but sometimes I'm sick of complaining and am probably owed a fair bit from them. I've stopped using them when possible, but relatives keep making the mistake of using them or ordering from this franchise. If I order for delivery, I order from the one along Cuxton road now.

Most of the time good food, lovely staff, and nice views. Just I have found one of the most common McDonald's that is high demand for delivery can put pressure on the staff, can prevent the restaurant from operating as it should.

Got called boss which I found very disrespectful and both of my cheese bites taste and smelt absolutely rotten nothing like the previous ones I’ve had

Milkshake didn't taste of anything.Asked for more chocolate and looked more chocolaty but still not a great taste .Fries not very hot

Food is always fresh and as you'd expect from maccies, unfortunately though I think due to a software issue when customising orders standard items would be left off. Priority goes to the drive through & various delivery drivers. Staff are very nice and friendly although they have thier job to do.

One star rating for waiting for food for 15min after being asked "to park up and wait" as they had to grill my chicken for the wrap. Ironically, when I got home with food and started eating my wrap the chicken wrap had a fried chicken intead of grilled- what was the 15min wait for I wonder🤔..? Disappointed.

Hit and miss if you get all your order, or fries that are warm to cold, or told to park up. If you order of app for delivery expect your delivery to be cold as they cook it even when driver hasn't arrived. But food is OK service ok would I recommend it hmmm with the 5 p saying put in place yes otherwise flip a coin and you choose

The facilities are always clean and service prompt. The staff are always welcoming.

The food and courier were great, but waiting nearly 2hrs for the order to be processed was a bit excessive and no apologies. The is a rarity to be honest but it was a case of eating the food and then go to bed. Not ideal.

I ordered this food at approx 19.00 and it turned up at 1.10 am! Driver knocked my mums door at 1.13 am scaring her because she is 87 years old! And then I received a phone call from the driver who actually woke me up because I had retired to bed because I didn't think after approx 6 hours food would turn up! I am a regular customer of just eat but I must say the service I have received is absolutely shocking and I won't be using just eat again unless this issue is looked into, shocking!

Who bothers to send two happy meals with only chips in? Leaving kids aggravated and hungry after already waiting an hour? Seriously can’t manage two happy meals? Pathetic

It never arrived, the driver stood around for 10 mins across the road not even close to my house, and then considered it delivered and left with the food, or delivered to someone else? Which shouldnt happen considering the whole number code exists?

Visited late evening on a Sunday. Was very quiet. Not many places to sit if it busy. But lovely looking out on to the River Medway. Staff were very helpful, and food was piping hot.

Driver sat at the restaurant for about 25 minutes while the food was ready. I told him at the door it better not be cold, and it was opened and stone cold burger and chips. Got offered a £4 something refund.

No dips and not the first time with an order. Very disappointing.

Food was cold, fries were under cooked and the Chicken burger was not in the box but found in the bottom of the bag.

Do like this restaurant , plus lovely views of the river . Must say I'm impressed with the bloke who cleans up the car park and outside area, he never stops.

Location is very nice. Quantity of food is decent. Service is good ( not much delay ). Ambiance is very photogenic. Ample car parking & drive through.

Half the order is missing. I am expected to wait to get a refund, which does not include the delivery, and reorder with another delivery charge.

The online order did not go through. The mcFlurry were melted by the time to get home. The staff did not know each other were doing. They didn’t even bring the food out to us. They left food out the order.

Maccys is not amazing but it’s just okay, but it’s quick and filling.

I asked when ordering if the delivery could be brought up as I'm disabled with MS the driver was not impressed when ask there was no please or thank you from him ??? manners don't cost anything and the food was cold and the ice cream was melted

After watching a movie at the local cinema, my family and I grabbed something to eat. The fries and the rest of the food were cooked to perfection.

Absolutely ridiculous how late my order was. And you think it's just acceptable to keep changing the delivery time with no explanation. My food was absolutely stone cold and ice cream was completely melted and you think it's acceptable to offer me a £4.90 credit?! This isn't the first time this has happened using just eat either! I really have no choice than to delete this app!

Unfortunately the food was lukewarm. Had to heat it up in the microwave 😒
