Location is very nice. Quantity of food is decent. Service is good ( not much delay ). Ambiance is very photogenic. Ample car parking & drive through.

The online order did not go through. The mcFlurry were melted by the time to get home. The staff did not know each other were doing. They didn’t even bring the food out to us. They left food out the order.

Got my order wrong, however since I didn't eat the item until the following day and didn't have thr receipt, couldn't complain.

After watching a movie at the local cinema, my family and I grabbed something to eat. The fries and the rest of the food were cooked to perfection.

Standard McDonald. The restaurant is very clean and the service is rapid. Well located if you plan an evening at the Cinema nearby.

It was quite busy but I had a lovely smarties ice cream and a cup of tea 🍵 😋

Most off the time good food but if in drive though more often than not they ask you to park up because off all the delivery's, if any issues with food they are happy to sort out , staff are lovely, just the speed off service is the issue sometimes. Nice view from table at back off restaurant.

Do like this restaurant , plus lovely views of the river . Must say I'm impressed with the bloke who cleans up the car park and outside area, he never stops.

I had an awful experience here today, never felt so ignored in my life. I stood at the front counter and when I asked this young girl for service and that I am being ignored, she said " well we have other things to do too" Is it so hard to stop and see if someone needs help if they're standing at the front counter. Zero stars if I could.

I just wanted a mccrispy meal after I’ve had a terrible day and then when I pay ridiculous money for delivery I open the bag to see that the most important part of the meal is just not there??? This has really upset me and when I was trying to call to communicate this issue no one answered. That was my last 10 pounds and the fact I’ve spent money I don’t have because I wanted to treat myself after a long day only to not even receive my item has really upset me :(

Good food, quiet atmosphere in the morning. All nice and clean.

Not enough staff working there. The service was 2 star because of the (lack of) quantity, not due to the (very good) quality of staff who were doing their best

Took nearly 20mins to get food & had to chase them. Order came out wrong with cheese missing from one of the cheeseburgers. Staff seemed happy & friendly but let down by service.

Worst mcdonalds going. Soggy battered up chips Cold burgers Warm mcflurrys Large and medium chips are same size(just about a medium) Drive thru and park up for half hour for a meal. Maybe they should go to clacket Lane services (maidstone bound) and let them show you how to serve a decent meal Oh oh oh there's ALWAYS something missing, surly it's not that hard right

Always good here...was disappointed that no milkshakes were available. Still think a flag on a pole outside should let people know in advance that milkshakes are off the menu!!!!haha

I would have given it five star, but as we couldn't find space to sit down, I am giving it four. The seating capacity doesn't match the number of parking spaces.

Cheese quarter pounder was cold

It's a McDonald's and they are pretty much all the same. Bit of a long wait for the food but it was the weekend and lots of people arriving at the same time.

Clean and not too noisy at the time of visit

Great outlet, was quite busy when we visited, We fortunately managed to get seats, part of our order was missing but the staff were very helpful in rectifying

Waited 22 mins for my drive through order. Food was luke warm. Lady delivering it was moving so slowly, Shambles.

I like Macdonald's Would have given stars if any of the children's game consoles worked staff said they were temperamental!

Very disappointed in this mcdonalds its happened on a few ocassions now where I have made an order for delivery and I've ordered food for my children and items are missing meaning a child is going without,you call the manager they are not bothered and have no resolution and uber eats only offer a refund and no option for re delivery on missing items,even happens when I collect and have to tell them items are missing its ridiculous

The manager gave me an extra hot chocolate as I misplaced the wrong order. Decent meal and you know what to expect at times but good meal - but my meal wasn't brought to the table in time - all good anyway

As per most McDonald's, food consistency is excellent between different venues. Had a double cheeseburger and fries. Both came up quickly,they were both nice and hot and tasted good. This site has parking and a drive through. It has toilets and a baby changed, didn't use so can't comment further. Wheelchair access is good. Cleanliness mostly excellent. Staff were friendly

It is a McDonald's and McDonald's do what McDonald's do.

Tablets only play one game. Coffee good. Just your average maccy ds.

Always quick service and properly cooked.

Your now more geared up for home delivery than the actual customer who walks through the door. No friendly staff.

Went for a philly. Ended up with cheese and bacon. Not disappointed. Also enjoyed a mango smoothie, and galaxy ice-cream.

I have never known a McDonalds to consistently be out of milkshakes and McFlurrys. Third time going here now and disappointed every time. Won’t bother again.

Ok McDonald's lovely staff nothing for vegans at breakfast

18.11.23 16:56 - 17:35 shocking service over 30 min wait for food just to get it wrong sent back come out wrong again had to then go into store manager was less than apologetic food was Luke warm McFlurry melted by time sorted not good enough! Avoid as clearly can not cope when busy as I wasn’t only one complaining!!!!

Always a great experience at this branch, with great views across the river. Nice when it's not too busy.

Cheeseburgers are decent. Chicken ceasar wraps are not good. Some weird bits amongst the soft chicken. Must be heavily processed. Some other burgers are dry and patties tasteless.

Great foodie convenient stop before bowling next door. Food was hot and chips ordered without salt arrived too.

Perfect place for both privacy and leisure. It is located on the coastal area within the Medway leisure valley park just away from the diggerland and Hollywood bowl. Service delivery is excellent

Order got mixed up was asked if I wanted a large or regular mc flurry and when said I didn't think they come as regular or large I was told yes they do as smaller one is for a child don't day that on there menu and the staff this time we're polit however CUSTOMER SERVICE I don't think 99% of them know what it means come on im not gonna keep spending at snodland makkers if they keep talking at you with attitude bloody damn shambles

If it wasn't for everyone's orders being wrong and food missing in even our own order which took an age to come out of the kitchen and the rudeness of some of the staff who were very busy granted but had a I'm busy I can't help attitude towards everyone while I was waiting for my order 6 and I wish I was joking people had to take there orders back one was waiting on coffee for twenty minutes one had a plain cheese burger didn't receive cheese one order came with no fries even though they ordered meals and ours was missin a happy meal and mozzarella sticks so not a place we will go again

Everything fine and food was good but was in the women’s toilet and an employee walked out without washing their hands. Gross.

Be warned majority of drive through is park up and wait for your order then something will be missing. Double check before you drive home!

If you're going to park up every car at the drive-thru at least bring out a complete order when it finally arrives! Incomplete order every time, without fail.

Food is always good . Plenty of parking overlooking the river. Staff are nice and helpful.

One of the best McDonalds ever been to, the staff are friendly, we ordered breakfast for table service and food arrived about 5 mins later, exactly as ordered. Great views of the river from inside the restaurant. Went back again later in the day to get a coffee on the way home from a job and the drivethrough staff were polite and friendly, too. Why can't all McDonalds be like this one?

Bad experience. I customised my quarter pounder order by removing the cheese but retaining everything else. Simple right? Just don’t put the cheese in the burger! Apparently this was a bit too complicated. I ended up with a burger with ketchup and nothing else. No onion, gherkin, mustard … just ketchup. I waited in a queue to get the attention of staff. All the while my chips were going cold and my husband was eating his own meal. Finally spoke to someone who giggled nervously and said I had been given the wrong custom order and they would make me another. Five minutes later, my husband had finished his meal, I had eaten my now Luke warm fries and I still had no burger. I returned to the desk and the staff member looked at me confused. “Don’t you have your burger yet?!” “No, I don’t and I’m getting cross”. She disappeared briefly and then said “Oh they did it wrong again!”, rolled her eyes and giggled nervously as though she were talking about a toddler who still couldn’t quite master a shape sorting game and his shortcomings were cute and endearing. I stated that I was very unhappy, hungry and inconvenienced, that I would like my burger now please as well as a refund. “Oh, we don’t do refunds! But I can give you a free dessert?”. Dessert?! I just want my flipping burger! I was due to see Oppenheimer at the cinema in 5 minutes and was desperately trying to contain my own atomic explosion in response to incompetent customer service. The burger finally arrived along with a lukewarm apple pie. Very unsatisfactory.

As normal items missing of the order I really don't understand how it possible on such a regular basis

Maccies is what it is but this branch is less packed and easy to get to without worrying where to park

The location is a little tucked away, but that's a good thing because it means it's not overly busy, staff are friendly, slight mixup with our order, but it was a large order, 7 peoples worth, but overall we prefer going to this mcdonalds as opposed to others in the area

Received wrong items. Rectified, but then food was horrible. Eating cold sandpaper would've been more appetising. Full of bot racers revving engines in carpark. Just horrible.

They have missed order notes last 7 times in a row without fail. Seems like it’s a part of McDonald’s Roman Way religion to not fulfil order notes. Order notes are missed no matter what you do- dine-in, order or take away.

A colleague and I ended up eating late in Medway Valley. We were served by Donna. Her customer service and smile made our evening after a long training day. I hope she is recognised for her hard work. The burger was also delicious!

Waited almost an hour for food, the order was wrong and very cold. They were very busy because of all the online app orders. Do not go here, there's others around which would be far better I imagine.

It's a McDonald's, same as others. Nice place to sit and watch over the river though.

I had a steak stack and disappointed how dry the burgers was and it was no bigger than a double cheese burger so very disappointed

I don't know the names of the staff who were working, but whoever the drive thru team was on 25th March 2023 at 11:50pm were the happiest, loveliest bunch of people I think I've ever been served by, and have absolutely cheered me up. Even though I turned up close to closing, they were so joyous that I've gone home with a massive smile. Bless you guys 💜

Never known a restaurant like it! You order breakfast at 09:00am, by 10:30 it still hasn’t arrived! Even at the restaurant, none of them have a clue! 9 times out of 10 they get your order wrong or somethings missing. Don’t waste your time or money, go to a different because this isn’t a restaurant. It’s a circus

Busy, busy, busy (school hols, wouldn't expect any less) but very clean and tidy throughout. Only lost one start because service was pretty slow, orders seemed to be taking forever!

Food here is the freshest one among McDonald's. The staff are kind and very helpful.

With so much of it computerised and the kitchens all hidden behind walls it has totally lost the atmosphere. Service no longer has a smile and there is no atmosphere what so ever. Compared to when I worked at McDonald's in the late 80's it has seriously gone downhill even if the food is "healthier"

Absolute rubbish food missing the rest was cold staff were rude when trying to phone put food in bin it was that bad 1 year later still missing stuff staff rude not bothered at all maconalds if my staff were like that I would sack the lot of them

Varies tbh had bad experiences where been told to park up and then forgotten about and then had some good couple weeks back having nice chat with a member of staff about the world cup she was very friendly.

The fries were actually hot and crispy, staff were really friendly.

Usually a pretty good service here, unfortunately the past few visits have not been very good. Food cold and thrown together, some staff do not seem happy and pull a face whenever asked to do something, as though it's an inconvenience to do their job. Hopefully this is just temporary and this will be back to normal soon as this is one of our favourite restaurants.
