Clean, friendly staff and free carpark. It's an Mcdonalds, so you know what you are getting! Also has a kids play area which not all restaurants have.

Good when needed to be grabbing a coffee .

Huge shout out to the staff. So impressed with how courteous, friendly and helpful the staff were. Really impressed

The only reason I come here is because it’s my local Maccies but I recommend heading into Strood for Maccies instead. The wait time here is very poor, on multiple occasions I have had to wait over 20 minutes for food, and the worst part is you can see your food get made straight away and just sit there. This place either needs new management or better staff.

Missing items which was disappointing especially as it was my daughters. I’m happy to go without but not fair on a kid?! However cannot complain about our delivery driver. He was a very pleasant man

Cold food, missing food and always the same awful complaints. There obviously too busy to check or get the food out in time. Quality in store and on the apps are a joke, McDonald’s I hope others boycott them until they sort it out

Best resteraunt by a country mile!

Order arrived much later than originally specified. Ordered at 12:38 and was due between 13:10 and 13:30. arrived at 1pm, everything was stone cold and not enjoyable to eat at all, disappointing after a long wait.

Well this time it was hot very enjoyable

McDonald’s didn’t pack my food, they got my wife’s food but missed my 9 nuggets and chips so I’ve had to order again, yet another delivery fee

Food never came. Worse, the driver actually LIED about contacting me to confirm delivery.

We waited 30 minutes for our food and it was left on a trolley while they waited for our apple pies.

Everything was great except for they forgot to put any of the sauces in for the chicken nuggets in !!

Well today’s lunch was a total disappointment. I don’t know why we still go to McDonald’s. Today’s Philly Cheese Steak was both cold and gelatinous. The chips were cold so husband went and complained. Got fresh chips. I then bit into my burger and thought “great this is cold aswell”. I didn’t go up was too embarrassed as the place was full of kids.

The eta was getting later and later, said driver at restaurant since ordered, but took over an hour to cook? And finally delivered was stone cold!! So was frown away as I don’t reheat, why should I! Fuming! Medway valley are absolutely cr8p

Don’t know why I bother. Always seems like a good idea. Food inevitably arrives late, or they keep moving the time back so it doesn’t look that way. And this time to top it off, it arrived cold as well.

Food as you would expect but poor service and rude incompetent staff. Half of the order was missing so had to ask for it. Happy meal had activity book instead of a toy that we selected, when asked about it there was no apology instead the staff almost yelled: “that’s all we have” and walked off. Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone

The mc flurry were malted I lived 2 min away from from Mc Donalds

I've ordered two burger meals both with a drink and 3 mc flurry ice creams. the two drinks and all 3 ice creams have not come at all, instead I have four burgers and chips instead of just 2 and no drinks and no ice creams which I've paid for.

One of the worst customer service in all McDonalds ever. I spent two days in the hotel in front of it and ordered 3 times , twice the wrong order was served and all three times the staff a.e talking and ignoring all customers though they can see the burgers/ other items are ready in front of them, also they keep marking orders as ready for collection just to meet the standards. I would blame the manager/ management for this attitude and not caring about customer service and right orders to be served

The order took over an hour. The courier was "at the restaurant" for 20 minutes before he was on route. All food was completely stone cold as if it had been in a fridge -there was no warmth in anything at all. We ordered one drink a Coke and the majority of this was in the bag. The lid was floating in the drink at the bottom of the bag. Food went in the bin as wasn't edible.

I ordered my food at 5.30 and it was delivered at 8.25. this is unacceptable. by the time my food arrived it was all stone cold and a drink and sauces where missing. I had to bin most of my order as my kids went eat reheated food. out of an almost £40 order i was refunded just over £7. the fact the app said the driver was at the restaurant for over 2 hours and I used to work there so I'm aware how long it takes for orders to be maid up in busy times. this is appalling seservice

Took 2 and a half hours for delivery but because it said a driver had been assigned 10 minutes after I placed my order it wouldn’t let me cancel it unless I wanted to still pay for it and apparently I wouldn’t get refunded for it so just waited it out. Food eventually turned up completely stone cold and stale as it had clearly been sitting around for a good two hours!

I placed my order at 16.24 ish and estimated time for delivery was 17.05 ish. The delivery driver left the restaurant and went 20 minutes further out to possibly do another delivery or the driver went the wrong way! Nevertheless it delayed my delivery by at least 40 minutes plus from leaving the restaurant. My food was extremely cold and I had to heat the food up in the microwave and I didn’t enjoy it! I will leave it with you to decide what reimbursement I will receive from you on this occasion

Decided to order mcdonalds for lunch but when someone checked to see if it was us the reciept clearly showed the wrong number plate.When I explained about this she told me (with an attitude) that the computer system was down however it was written in pen.Eventually when the food arrived it turned out to be cold and before we could say anything she had stormed off.

Never received my full order, and the big tasty that was delivered was wrong cos it had another order number on there! Absolutely fuming! My husband drove down there and refused to give our order that I’ve paid for! We don’t have any dinner for family now.. after spending £50 on it! Not received! Its really basic - a drive through but with some parking. There is some seating inside and out but no atmosphere and you order on screen. Order arrived swiftly with no smile or conversation, i ate it and left.

Delivery was over 3 hours after placing the order, food was cold and probably 2 hours old. Avoid!

As far as MaccyD's go, this outlet is a good one. A different franchise to the one in my local town. The restaurant was better run, food was hot, and order was 100% accurate. Good to see the tables being regularly cleared and cleaned. Can't ask for more than that!

Every time I order food with McDonalds on just eat, I’m always missing something , all be it a sauce or part of the main meal , this morning pancake and sausage with syrup turned into pancakes with no sausage patty or syrup , these orders need to be checked before they go out on the road , it’s so disappointing

So frustrating that we just ordered food and got delivered 3 drinks and no food. Caught the delivery driver who said it was McDonald’s fault. Called McDonald’s who said it was Ubers fault. Can’t get a straight answer from either and we’re left with no food. Totally unacceptable when they’ve already taken the money!!
