Subway in Medway

I never received my order plus wen I logged in my number was changed back to my old one when I’ve changed it on my settings so many times

My food has been marked as delivered and not here!!!

It was incredibly cold and the steak was so streaky It felt like I was choking every mouthful! Also it’s not great when your drink is the hottest part in your meal.

Im not happy at all with order did not get two items plus only 2 pieces of ham in foot long can’t leave reveiwvgetting really annoyed now as have spent £50.

Incorrect items, subs looked thrown together. Won't be rushing back!

No green peppers or red onion in steak wrap. Wrap was cold. Unmelted cheese. Skimpy on salad portions. Overcooked brown oily hash browns

they didn’t deliver me my food ?

I visited on wendesday at around 12pm and manager cut the portion on turkey in my sub. Is not his first time so I'm kindly asking you to give the customers what they pay for. Other than this good store. Stuff friendly,can't complain.

Ordered at 12.27, finally arrived at 1.50 although the driver had been at restaurant for over an hour. Everything turned up soggy like it had been sat around. Tried using the app to chase why the delivery time was going up every minute but stupid app is useless. Tried ringing the store who didn’t answer even though we tried 14 times

I didn’t get my food at all been ringing and ringing too

They are not following proper procedures as required they give less portions and are also very rude. They are just overcharging the customers and not giving proper portions. do not visit

Two full meals including footlong toasted subs AND chilled bottles of drink were crammed in the same small paper bag. Which could have also been the cause of my next issue, one crisp packet arrived slightly opened.

All 3 subs were missing their cheese and sauce and had very little salad in them. The bread was also stale.

The food was freezing cold and soggy

diver couldn't find my location even though he called and i instructed him to here i was but wouldn't move to come to us so had to walk 15 mins to find him by that time my food was cold and didn't enjoy it at all and binned half of it

I ordered it at 13.12 and it arrived at 14.57

It was delivered on time and was very nice.

They delivered the wrong food. 3 of the subways was correct and one was completely wrong. Instead of a ham subway something different with olives and a sweet chilli sauce. My son was really unhappy as he did not get to eat his food.

Well they couldn’t even get a simple order rite. They left the peppers in and sent the wrong crisps. Won’t use this branch again.

Rude driver left the food on the door step it got wet and soggy and drive off didn’t even wait to we got the food he is very rude

The app told me the food was delivered and it never was

First time ordering from subway. Selected not to have sandwich toasted but unfortunately instructions were not followed and arrived toasted, disappointing ☹️

Never really had Subway before so didn't really know what to expect. Usually when I get food delivered I'm aware that the food might be cold once delivered but I was low-key suprised when it arrived and my sandwich was still nice and warm. Not to mention it was actually really tasty too will definitely be ordering again!

Food was OK but a bit cold, and driver spat on my driveway on the way to deliver!

I bought a Veggie Delite to take away. It was of excellent quality, beautifully prepared and the customer service was second to none.

Delivered early, the rolls was made nicely not just thrown in. Delicious

The full order was there BUT, putting the wrong sauce on the breakfast roll was a bad move as the person who was ment to have that was allergic to ketchup and could of been fatal , Make sure the orders are 100% correct otherwise could have a body on ur conscience

I’ve ordered a wrap and this subway has sent pathetic little wrap that looked like supermarket deli ready to eat. I’ve paid for the wrap itself over £7. It’s disgraceful and daylight robbery.

The driver left the food on the floor and didn’t even ring the buzzer for the door. Really poor.

Food was cold due to the time delivery took, there was a green hard stalk in the sub, not pleasant to bite into. The driver had no customer facing skills and came across quite ignorant, didn’t apologise it was late and when asked why it was late he grunted and walked away. It’s unfortunate you can’t give minus stars for delivery.

Missing half the items ordered in the salad, as well as paying for double meat and receiving half of a normal portion!

We didn’t get the chicken tikka that we ordered for, the bread haven’t toasted and overall the food was cardboard went straight to bin. Such a Waste of money! Very disappointed!

Chips - very small portion and under cooked Nachos - had random olives in it

Food barely warm. Considering the mark up you'd expect them to put a bit of salad in the Sub. Lesson learned I wont be ordering online again.

If you're ordering subway in Medway, don't even bother with the other ones. Pentagon one out does them all. They are superb, ordered from pier road earlier today and it was awful. So happy to see a branch actually care about the job they are being paid to do

Items of my order were missing and the driver came 20 minutes later than the latest arrival stated.

Wrong sauce on my Subway sandwich which I didn't like, delivery driver seemed to be clueless where he was delivering when watching his travel on the map and of course 30 minutes after the delivery food was stone cold. Put me off for a long time again

pre-ordered food to 2 hours earlier to arrive in time for a meeeting - arrived 20 mins late. client didn't ask for jalapenos but salad was full of them and they are allergic so couldn't eat

Very nice fresh roll not many seats so you can't get a sub and sit down to eat not easy to get in line when lots are going in and out but 4stars because my sub was lovely

Could not fault the food everything was correct and fresh. Delivery driver was rude didn't speak at all and kept impatiently knocking when I was trying to get to the door.

Cookie was not chocolate orange, it was white nut with tiny orange pieces.

Wedges were cold and soggy, sun was not toasted as ordered, had no cheese inside as ordered and was crushed by the drink they’d packed alongside. Not very happy.
