Great spot for drinks in the sun for summer! Bekah and Stacie are amazing. Service is spot on! They also have their 2-4-1 deal back on!

Unfortunately not a great outcome for an otherwise nice venue (food was quite good, despite vegetables arriving after everyone had finished their mains - we weren’t sure to ask as it wasn’t on the menu and thought we might have to pay even more, not the cheapest food going around). Having organised business to have 30 people for lunch they enforced us to pay for the one person who couldn’t make it due to illness, they were unable to provide any cancellation policy (and we gave them 24 hours notice). Could accept losing the deposit but the full amount?! And crazy that the owner was genuinely fine to accept negative reviews rather than (30), 29 positive ones. So sadly, despite the one free beer and coffee given to appease the situation we won’t be re-visiting or recommending to anyone.

Thursday curry night is amazing. A local Bangladeshi lady cooks the most flavourful curry. Proper home tasting curry!

Worst Chinese in Maidstone portions really small ,no taste just pepper, poor service and really expensive ,now using the magic wok fantastic food not cheap but huge portions and they delivery service is great.

I’ve used for a few years but recently the standard seems to have slipped. Even ordering online means a wait of 30+ mins when collecting with no communication from staff. Hope things pick up again.

Very upsetting as a vegetarian to find my supposed vegetable samosas were actually meat! Also found hair in the food...overall extremely disappointing

Wrong order, undercooked pizza dough, cold very disappointed. Manager didn't care. Response was we are busy

Ordered take away for 4 people. All food ordered was good. Order was ready quickly. Would order from here again.

Could do with a good sort out and clean. Only a portaloo to use and wash your hands in. It’s a nice spot to have a tea (only) when the weather is nice to sit by the river. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend the coffee, I asked for a latte and got an Americano in a latte glass. I don’t know if it was them trying to fob me off with saving on milk or they just don’t know how to make the coffees. You can’t fob off a barista, though, unfortunately.

Went here for the first time last week and the food quality was amazing. Fast service and lovely polite staff! You can tell that they really care about their customers, would definitely come back here.

i had went to this subway for a quick lunch today and the staff was all walking around behind the counter looking like they didn’t know what they was doing.I ordered a 6inch ham and cheese saver tostie which was fine other than the fact my bread was stale, i had then ordered a pepperoni and cheese footlong dipper and i had got given something completely different to what i had ordered i had then went to eat this considering what i got was completely different to what i ordered i was already disappointed on my food.The bread was stale once again and the fact what i had asked for was pepperoni and CHEESE then didn’t get any cheese in this i was extremely disappointed with my experience at this subway. i wouldn’t suggest going here as clearly they do not listen to your orders as they should and also not one single staff had a clue on what they are doing.

Service was ok although bit of a wait. Not many ales on . Food was reasonable .

Absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly prepared. The staff are friendly, professional, and provide great service. Everything arrives on time and just as expected. One of the best places around – highly recommended!
