Always pop into this pub and it is always pleasant. Bekah and Rhys served me and they’re always so happy and serve with a smile. Highly recommend

Been keeping up with the Olympics which they were showing without fail everyday during the tournament. Great screens and great atmosphere always.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch, staff friendly and welcoming. Korean BBQ Fried Halloumi was amazing! Avo Feta Bowl and The Unruly Burger were delicious too, will come back again!

Came here for Mother’s Day lunch and had an amazing meal with exceptional service. The staff were friendly and polite, our drinks arrived quickly, swiftly followed by our sharing starter. The mains came out quickly too and were amazing, the steak and ale pie is a proper pie and was show-stoppingly beautiful and tasted great. Kids had burgers and they loved it, it was so filling they struggled to finish. The puddings were described as frozen custard, which didn’t really appeal to me, until my partner and son’s came out and they were so beautiful I exercised my Mother’s Day power and stole half of both of them! They were absolutely delicious and a very creative and scrumptious idea! Overall enjoyed a very lovely couple of hours, sadly I was too full to try the Shuffle Boards so I will be back soon to check them out and try the other menu options.

We booked a table as we had 10 of us and thought would be safer. We arrived around an hr early but the table was still ready. So far so good they took us to the table and told us how to order. As we was early we ordered drinks first so we could take longer to decide. So 8 adults and 2 children decided what they wanted and we went to order. 4 of the 8 wanted the same thing which was one of the burgers. Sorry we can't do that as we dont have part of the filling. Offered alternative so I go and check yes OK then order the next item sausage and mash for my little girl no worries. My son wanted the fish goujons oh really sorry we don't have that although they said they could offer the fish and chips for 1 of the other party. After yet another product not being available the chickn burger again wanted by more than 1 person I said what do u have available. I can recommend the Halloumi wrap 🤔. OK I like Halloumi but this is not what I nor another wanted.or the steak pie!! At this point enough was enough so with 2 very unhappy children and 8 angry adults we just tell them to leave it and walked out. Now in my experience of restaurants normally the person who shows you to the table would advise if they didn't have items on the menu or have a board showing what they don't have. But maybe the Pippin would be better having a board showing what they actually do have as this would take up alot les room. Will we be back probably not. Such a shame as we have used your service on many occasions for our company drinks and food after our annual competition results day. Think we will be changing venue.

Relaxed atmosphere, comfy chairs and nice food, staff also very friendly. Midweek lunch, tasty food, and plenty of options.
