Incredible locals despite them beating us at darts, great check (irrelevant) from rachel, atmosphere carried, cant knock a deal on 10 shots [about 25 pounds or something], catholic music

Visited late Saturday afternoon 3 adults + 3 dogs & we were made to feel very welcome. We sat out in the back area which is covered but still airy as it was quite busy inside. I had sea bass which was absolutely lovely. Looking forward to visiting when in Epsom again. Lovely owners who we had a good chat with & met beautiful Bella 🐾 😃

The blueberry muffin tastes terrible, and the flour has a strange flavor.

The milkshakes hit all the right spots and the burgers and very juicy and filling.

Arranged a surprise birthday party for my wife, with sole hire of the venue, and it couldn't have gone any better. From start to finish, the communication and organisation from Ruth was spot on. The venue is fantastic for a cool, laid back party with plenty of selection for drinks and the food options are so good. So many of our guests said they would re-visit again for a night out and it's great for kids too. Thanks Ruth, you're a star!

I had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Epsom recently, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience particularly because of the outstanding service provided by Arslan. From the moment we arrived, Arslan went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and throughout our stay, he consistently demonstrated kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. What stood out the most was his humility and professionalism. He was always ready to help with any request, no matter how big or small, and did so with a calm and positive attitude. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping us with room queries, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, Arslan made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and it genuinely made a difference in our overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was the service especially from Arslan that elevated our stay from good to exceptional. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Arslan for his hospitality. His presence is a true asset to the Premier Inn team, and we’ll certainly be returning in the future, largely because of how well we were treated. If you’re staying at Premier Inn Epsom, I hope you get the chance to meet Arslan, you’ll be in great hands!

I had a fantastic experience at Costa Ashley in Epsom, thanks to Sami Ul, who took care of my order. He’s not just a great guy with a friendly and welcoming attitude—his service truly made the visit special. The taste of what he prepared was absolutely magical, you can tell there’s real skill and passion in what he does. I highly recommend all my friends to come and enjoy the experience here. Big shoutout to Sami for making it memorable!

Food was good 5 stars hot and sour soup was not good. Rest of food was good . Got 1 free beer for are wait .

Good selection of beer and inexpensive price

We went for our wedding anniversary dinner, the waiting staff were very friendly and efficient, the food was excellent - the chef even made up a cheese platter for our dessert despite it not being an option on the menu and it had beautifully sliced ripe pear which went brilliantly with the selection of cheeses. Lovely atmosphere too. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

This is my go to restaurant in Epsom! Delicious food, great service and reasonable pricing. This is always my first recommendation to people. :)

I had a very disappointing experience today at Subway on Epsom High Street. The young lady serving me initially seemed helpful, but after handling multiple surfaces while searching for sauce, she went to apply it to my sandwich without changing her gloves. I politely and softly asked her to change them for hygiene reasons, but her attitude completely changed. She became rude, rushed my order, didn’t even provide me with a takeaway bag, and started complaining about me to her colleagues right in front of me. Thankfully, another male staff member kindly gave me a bag, but the damage was already done. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and very concerned about hygiene in this store. I won’t be returning.
