The room was fine, we had a family room and it was clean and comfy. Breakfast was not great, and the parking is a pain. The hotel has no parking so you need to use a public car park which is really expensive for an overnight.

We use this hotel once a year for convince. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant always seems dead and have only ever seen one person use it in the three years we have been here. Bar service can be hit and miss but we generally find it ok. They always seem understaffed with the receptionist also working the bar area. Good location within walkikg distance to good coffee shops, bars, restaurants. No parking which can be a pain and adds a £15 charge for overnight in the local car parks.

Nathan and Tamsin were incredibly kind and helpful to me when I made a mistake with my booking. They couldn't have done more for me on a really difficult day. Fantastic customer service, I'll definitely be back. Absolute heroes!

It's always lovely to stay in the Epsom Premier Inn, and the staff are all great, and Nathan goes to the next level, what a lovely man. Nathan was so helpful and always with a smile. I do not give reviews, but this time I at to, What a wonderful place to stay, that is because of Nathan and all the staff

Epsom Social used to be lovely and inviting, the new Metropolis Epsom is so stark and industrial, far more catered to being a bar than a community food hall. All the sofas and homleyness of Epsom Social is gone, replaced with black walls and rows of bulbs. The food stalls are quite good although I have found some of the ingredients like meat to be hit and miss as some stalls use very gristly cuts.
