Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre hotel in Epsom and Ewell

I had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Epsom recently, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience particularly because of the outstanding service provided by Arslan. From the moment we arrived, Arslan went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. His warm and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and throughout our stay, he consistently demonstrated kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. What stood out the most was his humility and professionalism. He was always ready to help with any request, no matter how big or small, and did so with a calm and positive attitude. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping us with room queries, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, Arslan made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and it genuinely made a difference in our overall experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located, but it was the service especially from Arslan that elevated our stay from good to exceptional. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Arslan for his hospitality. His presence is a true asset to the Premier Inn team, and we’ll certainly be returning in the future, largely because of how well we were treated. If you’re staying at Premier Inn Epsom, I hope you get the chance to meet Arslan, you’ll be in great hands!

Nice place but offers no parking spots.. which makes you look 10 minutes for a parking spots nearby. Would not recommend with car

I was in Epsom for work, and unfortunately there aren't many hotels here, so it was almost mandatory to stay here. Be aware that the hotel is too dated and would need a major renovation, as it lacks any element of comfort. The bed is uncomfortable and too high, the room is not so clean but full of dust, the towels stink like hell, there is no brush to clean the toilet, the equipment is practically non-existent, no cap, body cream, shampoo, conditioner or anything else, just a poor shower gel. There is no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from the upper floor. In short, a nightmare stay.

I had this booking for a business trip, and I was very pleased with my stay overall. Many thanks to Luis and Arslan for the warm welcoming and their quality of service - they did make a difference.

Won't cook poached or boiled eggs anymore. Fried only offered. After many years of visiting have to find another hotel now.

The room was fine, we had a family room and it was clean and comfy. Breakfast was not great, and the parking is a pain. The hotel has no parking so you need to use a public car park which is really expensive for an overnight.

We use this hotel once a year for convince. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant always seems dead and have only ever seen one person use it in the three years we have been here. Bar service can be hit and miss but we generally find it ok. They always seem understaffed with the receptionist also working the bar area. Good location within walkikg distance to good coffee shops, bars, restaurants. No parking which can be a pain and adds a £15 charge for overnight in the local car parks.

Nathan and Tamsin were incredibly kind and helpful to me when I made a mistake with my booking. They couldn't have done more for me on a really difficult day. Fantastic customer service, I'll definitely be back. Absolute heroes!

It's always lovely to stay in the Epsom Premier Inn, and the staff are all great, and Nathan goes to the next level, what a lovely man. Nathan was so helpful and always with a smile. I do not give reviews, but this time I at to, What a wonderful place to stay, that is because of Nathan and all the staff

Smaller than usual rooms but still ok for location. Price a little higher than expected

Had a brilliant stay at this location, staff very friendly and pleasant. Especially Amanda the Irish girl. Such lovely customer service from her. Will definitely return.
