Costa Coffee in Epsom and Ewell

I was not asked to leave and review. Just want to say big thank you to Karolina. She is aware and conscious of customers needs. Remmebred my likes just on my second visit. She smiles and serves every customer professionally. Thank you again.

The gentleman who served me today had no idea what a pupachino was and he was extremely uninterested also very blunt

Their service is good nice staff and good WiFi much better than the Ashley centre one.

It's just had a refurb. Basically the same but with some fresh paint.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Class! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to thank all the lovely staff at Costa Coffee Station Approach Epsom KT19 for their wonderful friendly service and great food preparation. I have been coming here now for over 3 years and their Service and Food has always been 100% consistently good. Recently I invited to treat someone who lives in Epsom to a Speciality Hot Chocolate and a Mince Pie - the Hot Chocolates were Perfect! Just like the advert picture! We had a Caramel Nutcracker and a Terry's Chocolate Orange complete with the individually wrapped chocolate orange segment on the side. Both were hot & delicious and the Mince Pie was perfect too - hot with the pastry crisp and cream on the side. You made our afternoon really special. Thank you. 🙏

Very prompt service in here, friendly staff. Clean facilities and plenty of comfortable seating.

Was told on entering by staff that the shop was closed, however there was a few people sitting eating and drinking. I was then told the shop is open,coffee this way. I am not sure if this was supposed to be humorous or just to stop people entering the shop. But I didn't find this funny, but quite embarrassing in front of all the people, presumably customers. l won't be going there again.

My oat small latte is a white americano. No smoothness, too bad I only tasted it on the platform, would've given it back. Not worth the price

Just had a coffee over a meeting - nice and quiet and friendly service but the ambient temperature was uncomfortably hot. This is the second time I have found this to be the case - and the only other occasion that I have dined in 🥵

Staff are always really friendly and there's a nice atmosphere. I come here quite often to sit in for a hot drink and it's always nice.

Epsom Station Costa is really great. Taylor is exceptional, he is very friendly and always know what drink I need. It's the Best Costa in Epsom to visit.!

He is a credit to Costa I wish I got his name he was working 25/09 at 14:00 thank you. Amazing customer service and experience hope you are well looked after by Costa. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and coffee are delicious. The location is perfect for commuters. I would definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again soon.

Popped in for a coffee. Don't usually visit Costa coffee places but as a one off visit with a friend l found the staff very pleasant and the place comfortable

Really slow paced, you keep on waiting in the que while they are talking to each other and doing something else. Highly unprofessional staff took 10 min to make coffee and I was the only one there. Never again

Costa is always Costa: Awesome! The ambient environment within the cafe makes their cuppas even more sensual to the senses. Can we ever going to have enough of Costa: difficult!! I can't! I will keep coming back for more, especially whenever I need that strong aromatic aroma of those Costa arabicas!!

I know it's a chain but the service is second to none. The staff obviously apperciate that it is next to the station, so their customers probably want to catch a train. The queue is always moved through quick.

Very variable coffee from day to day and depends who is preparing the coffee. Not to clean and needs a good decorate. Toilets abysmal!!

There are 2 Costa coffee shops in Epsom I recommend the station one. Clean friendly nice place. The other is in the ashely centre, in the last 2 year this outlet has gone down hill and is now a compleet dump, untidy, badly stocked, and can't get orders right. Shame as it used to be a nice place.

Convenient for the station and not so near the centre of Epsom that it is heaving with people. Normal range of stuff for a Costa. Quite spacious for its position and even some sockets available for charging.

This place its so variable... some times you could be lucky and find the staff its friendly and chatty and other days are very miserable , quiet... no very good if you are unsure for split of seconds what coffee you would get... 🤔

Absolute fkn joke! Pathetic service today morning...person making coffees is half a sleep paid for my coffee what I never had as it took so long to make...staff is in experienced and not friendly... AVOID!!! Worst coffee shop in London!

Just purchased a medium latte and recieved a medium cup of hot milk. Very dissapointed, unfortunately I was already on the train by the time I realised.

Dreadfully rude customer service. A particular shame as this Costa used to be run by two excellent guys. Food and drink the normal Costa standard.
