Been going down hill a while- everything is slow

I ordered food through Uber today. After being told several times it was being picked up a lovely delivery driver arrived without food saying he had been told it had been delivered 3 times. I phoned Rams but found the person to be unhelpful, rude and quite aggressive. I have been using them for years but I won’t be using them ever again. The lovely delivery driver Silva cancelled my order so I didn’t get charged

This shop owner cooks his vegie burger in same oil as his chicken burger. He confirms its normal. How come a vegetarian person who request a vegie burger trust he/she eating genuinely a veterinarian burger. This is against food hygiene. Can some inspector investigate this shop please. I have emailed Epsom food inspector too. Hope they crack on this shop

Family member had chicken wrap. Chicken was on a skewer instead of doner so looked fresh. She enjoyed it and it was spicy enough but she's had better. I had the quarter pounder with cheese and chips meals. Burger was filling. Chips were soggy when we got them home. Had to add fair amount of salt and vinegar to bring them back. Staff there very friendly. Bit expensive for a kebab shop though.

Beware if you have food allergies or any special dietary requirements. I stopped in to order a half pound burger and chips today. Got back to car and began eating the chips. Luckily checked the burger before tucking in as it was full of cheese I never asked for. Manager seemed reluctant to give money back.

One of the nicest kebab shops in the local cheam/sutton area. Always a nice healthy portion of Donor meat and only skimps on the chips a little bit!

Best kebab shop for miles. Diner is always juicy ... Not dried husks like at other places and the chopped salad is always tasty.

Good fast food store very good burgers inexspensive quick service

10.20 on a Thursday evening and already cleaning down unable to sell me chips. Door advertising that they were open to 11. Don't count on Rams to offer you a late night feast
