Station in Epsom and Ewell

The good: The main pub is large with several large screen TVs that are usually tuned to football. Thursday nights are usually quiz nights, which are great fun. They also sell food. It's a great fun pub with great comedy nights held upstairs. The bad: The tables are usually clean, but the chairs let the pub down a little.

The staff were great especially Beth, Jamie, anton and fat Sam!! Thank you all!!

Such a fab experience at the Station . All staff and owner such lovely people they make the whole experience such a joy as you enter. You can feel the good vibes . The food is fantastic and great selections of ales etc . Bar staff are very friendly and the whole atmosphere of the pub is a pleasure to be around . Very kind friendly pub too which is refreshing with a lovely garden xx The BBQ was a great hit too Will be recommending you guys to everyone. We will be back xxx

What a wonderful pub . I came here a few days ago to join in with Macmillan fun and events , I was pleasantly surprised with the welcoming staff who were all very polite and professional. This pub is huuuuge ! Offering a wide selection of really tasty food food and fab selection of beverages. This pub also offers different events in the week , have an upstairs too you can hire out which is definitely worth popping in and asking about . All bar staff were friendly and they were a happy team which is nice to be around. This pub has alot ,I will be using this more now I have been there . Can't wait to attend some upcoming events. Great pub! Great events weekly and amazing friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble and always welcomed with a smile. Great food and drink selection and couldn't ask for somewhere better to wind down. As a local you could say I'm biased but I come here for a reason!!!! 5* place to come!! I rarely review places but the station at stonleigh is suddenly being mentioned or commented left right and centre. I unfortunately missed my train and spent about half hour in here and working in the insurer myself saw a delightful girl with brown hair who didn’t serve me but the tables around me with such genuine interest - I had to speak out. I overheard another member of her colleagues call her molly

Absolutely loved comedy night! Great venue, funny stand ups. Top night all round. Prices are reasonable too. Well definitely be back.

First time visiting The Station pub, conveniently located next to the exit of Stoneleigh station. It's was a pleasant surprise. Very nice, interior, attentive staff & decent loos. I asked for a cup of tea which the chap kindly went away to make. A large cup and a jug of milk (always appreciated as I'm fussy about the colour of my tea !). It was 3 small flights of stairs up to the function room which which is a lovely, large venue with a timber beamed ceiling, panelled walls and with a heraldic image painted on the far wall. A bit of a Tudor vibe ! There's a ladies loo up there too which is very handy and avoids the stairs. That's the pub. Now to the Comedy. Undoubtedly the best gig I've been to. The sets were much longer than normal which was brilliant, especially as Stephen.K.Amos and Hal Cruttenden are two of my favourite comedians. Both were on top form and the audience loved them both as well as the excellent MC, Dan Evans. Definitely worth braving freezing temperatures for !

Great pub, staff are so excellent and consistent, not much turnover. Food is good, atmosphere great, always something on, comedy, sports, music. Highly recommend it

I booked a private area for a family celebration and Louise was really helpful and efficient in the lead up to the day. There were 40 of us including children so it was a bit chaotic but the staff were all great and helpful. Everyone really enjoyed it!

Fantastic spot, The Station in Stoneleigh is a gem I'd revisit without hesitation. Outstanding comedy, excellent beer selection, and decent food. Undoubtedly the best pub in the area. Despite being a Greene King establishment, it genuinely exudes a great vibe.

Wasn't that good few yrs ago, but an impromptu Sunday visit and had a fantastic roast! Recommended!

I saw the Festive Fayre Menu and thought it looked good and would be nice to take our group there for our Christmas Event. Booking was made and meal choices decided. Anna the Manager discussed with us where we wanted to sit and the table plan we wanted. 17 people descended on the Station Pub mid week where we were welcomed by Dominic and the Station's friendly staff. A cheerful Dominic made sure everyone was comfortable in their seats and what time we wanted dinner served. Drinks were served. Starters were then given to guests. These were good portions as was the main course. The main course was brought to our tables piping hot . Staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The food was hot and service excellent. The tables were adorned with lovely Christmas tablecloths and cushions on the settees. The pub was ready for Christmas. We were not rushed and it was a nice leisurely meal. Drinks were delivered promptly to guests. Desserts were delicious. One couple could not make it at the last moment due to illness and the staff saw that their meals were packed up and put in carrier bags ready to go. Everyone attending was delighted with their meals which were very tasty. A first class meal from two chefs. Thank you

Have been here a few times now. Great pub with a good selection of food and a lovely atmosphere. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and it’s a great place to bring the family. Good size car park too which is a bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

What a welcoming pub! Staff were amazing to accommodate 19 of us for a meal! They went above and beyond and made our tables beautiful with Christmas decorations! Food was very good. Nicely cooked and hot, very tasty. Service was excellent and the charming staff, Benda and another lady were very attentive. We will be coming back soon. Prices were very reasonable.

Went for lunch today, one of the worst places I’ve eaten within 30 minutes of leaving my partner through up, glad I only ate the chips an 2 onions rings, the weird hard jelly like consistency of my chicken put me right off

Not sure why the photo has table cloths, they don't. Obviously old. Staff are brilliant , food is great value and always cooked well. Ok they do have sport on, but it is big enough to avoid it , if you want to. Would recomet.

Came here for lunch with my Mum and we were made to feel very welcome. Staff were really friendly and food was fantastic and hot. Mum really enjoyed the Seniors menu where you get 3 courses for £7.99! Dog are more than welcome too with their own water & biscuit station.

Left Ewell over 20 years ago but this week took Dad back for a trip down memory lane and a couple of nights away. Originally planned to eat at The Eight Bells (Dad was born there) but despite advertising on a ruddy great bit board outside "food" they don't so any so there loss was both The Station and our gain. The food was hot, the prices reasonable and a good selection. My partner had the mixed grill and reckons it was the best meal he had all week! Staff were really friendly, pub is dog, friendly, good parking facilities and accessible for those with disabilities. Will definitely be our places to return to for our next trip down memory lane.

Would like to know what is going on with poker no one ever seems to know what’s going on with it has being cancelled the first two weeks not the best start

The pub is lovely inside and outside. What let's it down is slow service. And they never what you want on the menu . In fact half the menu isn't on my advice great for drinks but nowt else

Always find the staff welcoming, and efficient. Food is always good , and a good selection of beer. It is also always kept clean and tables are also cleared. (a pet hate for me is pubs which have lots of tables with plates etc left...

Visited this pub over the bank holiday weekend as I was so impressed with all aspects! I had the fish and chips which was so tasty and there was a good selection of wines on offer. Service was efficient and friendly and overall I really enjoyed my visit here.

A typical mans man pub , down to earth with a very tired interior. Sports screens are a priority.

Nice pub - however when I asked the guy behind the bar on Sunday evening for a dog water bowl he said there aren’t any after looking in a cupboard. Which is strange for a dog friendly pub and something to note for people bringing their dogs

Didn't have a issue with the venue food was fine service was quick. I had a problem with the tall big bloke at the bar I guess was the manager and the way he spoke to the bar staff was utterly disappointing its a shame...

A nice pub. Despite it being big, it still maintains an efficient friendly atmosphere. We regularly attend social events held in the quirky function room upstairs. Staff are good at their jobs and are always polite with the service provided. OK, because of this pub's size it won't ever be described as cosy, but it does strike the right balance by treating it's customers well.

Good service,& managed to find seat on a busy Saturday night. Bit noisy, but this is to be expected with screens showing football & rugby. Good pint of tribute real ale!

You can smell the men's toilet from 10m. No real ale when I went, only over priced keg Pale Ale. The upstairs room where they do comedy nights looks like it was redecorated in 1970, apart from the unsightly wiring additions. Great value comedy nights, rubbish pub.

Helpful staff lovely food but does get really busy so if you want to eat get there early to get a table.

Recently attended a Charity Quiz Night at The Station. Extremely friendly staff (particularly Lee who went out of his way to assist) great atmosphere! Plenty of alcohol beverages to suit all choices

Great pub! Always enjoy my night when I come here

Came into watch a sports event. Drinks were quite expensive and a latte took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, by which time we were leaving. Luckily they had take out cups so we could catch our train.
