I, and my Grandchildren, love what they call "The Pink Cafe". The staff are always lovely and the owner was so sweet with a little gift to my granddaughter which she was pleased with - thank you so much for the little salt and pepper pots ! The food is always lovely, and we just love it

friendly people with excellent service. Plenty of choices and such good value. Every thing so "early morning "fresh as daisies.

The weather in this area has been pretty grey and wet lately, so it was good to take advantage of a better day to visit the garden centre/nursery and we decided to lunch whilst we were there. The Potting Shed is bright and welcoming, and on a busy day, we were lucky to find a free table. There is an excellent varied regular menu, but we opted for two of the quiche daily choices which were very good. They came with well presented side salad. Friendly, efficient staff added to our experience and we will be back.

Great takeaway for Pizza, kebabs and chicken strips! Nice friendly staff, They do deliver although I have not used this service.

Booked the wrong date and tried to get a refund as they wanted an extra £96 on top of the £50 I already paid online for a Wednesday night. Lady on phone was abrupt and couldn’t help as the computer sets prices. Don’t bother phoning premier inn other numbers as no one answers. Disgusting service from this company and will never use again. Hope you enjoy the £50 you’ve stolen. Update: cannot get a refund as it’s against their policy. So it’s my fault clearly that they have taken my £50. Silly me. Next time I will just go up to the desk and give them my money and not stay. Because I love giving my money away

Disappointed. Came to this place after seeing the reviews following a day at the beach. Whilst the staff were friendly, the food was way below par. Good size portions, but lacked flavour. No spice, bland, flavourless food. Even salt and pepper would have elevated it a little. Poppadoms and dips were the highlight. Definitely not an authentic Indian.

We had originally booked a table for 8.45 but popped in to ask if we could change the time to 9.30 which they agreed. I think this was a mistake as we were the only people in the restaurant and treated like a total inconvenience, no conversation told we had a time limit to order food very abrupt, standing at bar just waiting for us to go. Food was way too salty and chicken so dry. Decided to let the floor manager know how we felt but he had no interest totally dismissing us, laughing at us while we talked. Been using this restaurant for twenty years as it’s our local but never again.

My friend & I went for lunch at The Crookley today & being a vegetarian, I had mushroom & cheese quiche, my friend had Bacon & cheese quiche, well, l must say, I have never had a quiche so tasty, it was gorgeous! My friend said the same about her quiche. We came away happy & satisfied. I believe it was Emma who made them, so, thank you Emma, for a superb meal. Trish Jones

Ordered for the first time from horndean pizza shop. Well, what can I say just wow! Our pizza was huge and by far the best pizza I’ve had! We ordered a few sides and I just cannot express how amazing everything was! Can’t wait to order again! So tasty and fresh! Beautiful 10/10 from us! 🌟

I like this fish and chip shop and often drop in when I am in Horndean. The staff are always friendly and the service is prompt. I also like the fish and chips!

Nice little pub, few screens for sport, pool and darts ect Clean and staff where nice.
