The best restaurants in Alton Westbrooke East Hampshire South East

We are always welcomed with a warm greeting and the food is always the absolute best. I can highly recommend eating in or taking away. They always deliver a great service and food which makes us keep coming back for more

This cafe has lovely welcoming staff and sells cakes that are every bit as good as they look, with a beautiful light texture. The owners are also enterprising women who are developing cookery courses for children. I would definitely recommend this café and will be returning there myself.

What an absolutely beautiful book shop/cafe. The books held in the premises are niche and unique. There’s a lovely little corner for children with a play area. At the rear of the shop is a wonderful cafe with a wide range of drinks and cakes (gluten free and dairy alternatives available). I could have spent hours whiling away the day here. I will definitely be back.

Eaten here a few times. It’s great I love the casual dining experience. Staff are lovely food is excellent. Take your own wine . Will be eating at Bahama Bay again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Every single part of our experience at the Thai Boutique was fantastic. We went on their last day open, and were met with very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. All 6 of us had a starter, main and dessert, and not a single detail was missed. The flavours were exquisite, delicate yet punchy at the same time and extremely well balanced. I tried a bite of everyone's food and I couldn't fault any dish. By far the best Thai food I have ever eaten. Having recently moved to Alton, I am gutted that they will not be operating any more as it certainly would have become a regular stop for us. I would love to see them open a new restaurant in the local area soon!

So this review is for my recent mail order of coffee beans - Celestial and Tiger Stripes blend. I have ordered ground in the past but we’ve now moved to grinding our own beans. Tried both these now and they are absolutely lovely. The tiger stripes in particular is gorgeous! They put commercial supermarket blends to shame and it’s a much better experience than a high st chain. The delivery was swift as well. Thank you.

Without doubt the best kebab house I've been to. Food amazing, staff amazing, and well worth the money.

Great atmosphere for an early drink. Only problem was,early Friday evening, plus start to the weekend, NO ale on tap! Only offering lager and Guinness! Other than that quite busy and good atmosphere but sort your beer out

What a brilliant find 🙌 Travelled up from portsmouth to try this place out and its the best stake house i have ever been too . Food was cooked to precision , came out in good time despite being busy and tasted amazing. My mrs had 2 cocktails and they were huge and full of flavour . Well worth a visit !

Great food, efficient service, and quality ingredients. Try the King Prawn Rogan and marvel at the wonderful fish. Top marks for Balti Tandoori!👍

We booked Christmas Dinner with Sadik and team, amazing experience. Staff was friendly, food was fantastic, ambience was perfect. Better than others in the area. Will definitely recommend and also will go again.

We used Deliveroo and Uber Eats over Christmas. The food from Ali Baba’s on both occasions was absolutely delicious. No-one could find a fault with either of the meals.
