Very good service & food everytime. Very good atmosphere when waiting for food, very short waiting times but very fresh, would recommend anything on the menu 5/5 stars for everything!

I've been using Murat's for over two decades and he, and his staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. Excellent food and long may he run. Never left his Kebab house without a smile!

Firstly I’d like to mention that the service was wonderful. The owners and staff are really friendly and polite. I had the chicken doner wrap with salad and it was tasty 😋. I recommend ordering chips on the side as they are super delicious.

Best takeaway in town, great food and great service year on year. Has never let us down, definitely one thing we will miss about Alton now we are leaving.

The food here is great, next level wraps,great kebabs and they are really good with kids. The one BIG problem is they don't take cards, they are cash only which a total pain,having to find a working ATM then go find a parking place, who uses cash these days? Other than that Murat's is great.

Always great food served here. My kids love it too. Staff are so friendly and food is hot. I take cash there though as sometimes the card reader isn't working but I don't mind using cash.

We have enjoyed meals from Murat's traditional kebab takeaway for over two decades. Meals are freshly prepared with plenty to choose from snacks to full meals, salads, cakes and soft drinks. Our favourite add ons are the calamari and hummas with extra pitta. There is a public car park adjacent on Church Street. Cheerful staff, great food, pristine premises, open long hours makes Murat's a first class choice. Fiona Flynn

I've been coming to Murat's for almost 18 years, which must say something the excellent food and service he provides. The kebabs, burgers, chicken, chips, baklava and everything else on the menu is exactly as it should be - I've never eaten here anything that wasn't spot on. Murat and "Luigi" are always welcoming, upbeat and happy to chat - you can tell they love their work and their customers. I'm looking forward to coming here for at least another 18 years All the meat served here is halal (I checked the supplier 😁)

Always delicious food at good prices . Maurat , his lovely wife and staff work hard and have built a great reputation . We have eaten every kebab on the menu and they are all great . But we have our favourites which is lamb and chicken doner kebabs . Chilli sauce is home made, not bought in . Salads are always fresh . The business has been in Alton for 30+ years , that says something about the food , And the service . Can’t imagine Alton without this now !

I’m Lloyd Napier I live 2 mins away from Murats have done for 15+ years the food is amazing i especially love the flame grilled burgers! Get yourself down there staff are all friendly and welcoming and to top it off they have great prices.

This is the best kebab House I've ever been in. The first time was 30 years ago. The last time was on Thursday. I don't live in Alton and I drive 20 miles just to go there. If you close this shop, I will hunt you down and make you cook me a Kebab !!😉

Murat and his team are an institution in Alton. They work stupidly hard hours and make great food. The kebabs are delicious, but for me it’s always the 1/2 lb Doner burger. The patties are great and the whole thing just works perfectly together.

Murat’s is hands down have the best Kebabs and burgers. I have been a very happy and loyal customer for decades. Prices are fair and reasonable the food is always good quality and cooked properly. Me and my family have been a customer of Murat’s for decades ever since his previous location just up the street and have always loved the food his Kebab House served! friendliest people you’ll ever meet working there, I highly recommend their cheese burgers with chips as well as the chips with cheese personally!

Amazing food, great staff and owners. The doner is by far the best you can get, the chicken shish is perfect, great flavour and cooked to perfection. The burger are great and not like the normal tasteless dry meatless you would normally get from a kebab house. The home made desserts are incredible especially the baklava. Top recommendations: Alton special ( get to try a bit of every thing). 1/2 pound cheese burger. Chicken Shish. Baklava. There is only one down fall to this place………. It’s not in my town, I drive nearly 8 miles for these kebabs.
