An amazing visit with Ollie serving us, he gave us a 10/10 service, with a very generous serving of gin. He is a very handsome man!!! 😍 I would highly recommend!!

A lovely warm and welcoming pub/restaurant. We have been coming here, for our annual family's Christmas get together, for the last 4 years. The service has always been great and the food delicious. Lilly W was fantastic today, serving us with a smile, and tending to our needs. Thank you Lilly.

The food and service was amazing I had the steak best i had had in a long time cooked to perfection. Sue made our experiance even better very helpful polite and nothing eas to much trouble a great asset to the pub

Exceptional food, plenty of choice. Crackin crackling! Cannot fault their Sunday roasts - every element was sublime.

It's Prezzo but in a very nice building. If you've eaten at a Prezzo previously, you'll know exactly what to expect - this one is no different.

I stayed only for 3 nights....I had a good bedroom but for my friends it is been awful...noisy...noisy...noisy. The staf is lovely ...drinks are good....but the bedroom windows should be doubled. The evening , outside, the customers make a lot of noise....good for a drink but not for sleeping.

The food was delicious. I don't have much of an appetite, but the staff were happy to give me a doggy bag for my, always hungry, labrador. Lovely food, delightful staff, what more could anyone ask for?

Had first day beating yesterday with a new shoot and the pub provided us beautiful bacon and egg rolls for breakfast and then a lovely sit down lunch at the end. All of the food looked lovely and my chicken was delicious. Great selection of drinks and very reasonably priced too. Lovely and warm, lovely friendly staff and just a really cosy welcoming place all round.

Bit pricey and fish (haddock) was a bit dry. Chips were ok

Highly recommend this pub/restaurant. 8 of us including a young child were made extremely welcome at a time when there was also a quiz night and the food and service were faultless. Between us we had starters including mushroom with goats cheese, duck spring rolls, calamari - empty plates all round. Then venison burgers, loin of venison, a lovely chicken dish, and choice of pizzas for the child. Everything cooked beautifully. I understand they now have an excellent team in the kitchen and we certainly can vouch for what we had. A great meal, and we are looking forward to returning.

Despite a previous review advising against a visit, we have just come back from a very pleasant lunch, in the sunshine, on the terrace. The service was fairly quick, despite being quite busy, perfectly good and the food even better.
