The best restaurants in Arundel Arun South East

We stopped in to check out the teas and came away with four! I’ve had a chance to try them at home, and being a bit of tea connoisseur myself - they’re amazing. They’re full of flavour which is great, and the value for them is wonderful. Nothing I hate more than a tea place ripping off customers. I’ll definitely be back to stock up on my new favourites!

DISAPOINTING Sunday Roast. 3 years ago we had a lovely lunch at The Norfolk so we're very surprised at poor quality of our roast. The food came immediately which suggested it had been sitting, waiting for a long time and indeed the yorkshire puddings and potatoes tasted old and reheated. The Yorkshires had damp uncooked bottoms with an unpleasant flavour. The potatoes were not crispy on outside and were too soft inside. Beef chewy, dry and tasteless. Gravy excessively salty. Best part was our excellent waitress and the other staff.

We celebrated 2 significant birthdays here with friends and family. Our experience was outstanding - the menus, atmosphere, intimacy and hospitality of the whole team. A truly spectacular evening - with thanks to Liz and her fab team.

Lovely vibes to the place. We ordered the Gnocchi and Ragu, it was fantastic. Dog friendly but make sure you book as it can get busy.

We had an overnight stay near Arundel and chose Lulamae’s on the back of Trip Advisor reviews. We weren’t disappointed. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Pancakes and granola options both delicious. Fresh and homemade. In fact we were so impressed we returned later the same day for lunch!!!

One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten. Really nice staff. Food is really tasty piping hot. Would go back daily if i could.

On a blustery early spring day this place was a haven. Met At the door by Tanya, who was the friendliest person you would wish to meet, a good old fashioned Londoners welcome (one to another). Great carrot cake and proper tea from a pot in a china cup, just like me Muvver used to make. Mum and daughter make a great team. Spotlessly clean, which definitely makes a change from the chain owned establishments that are also in Arundel. Food was amazing, we all had amazing starters and meals. Also props to the waiter, managing the whole floor by himself - was super friendly, helpful, and couldn’t have been nicer. Really recommend this spot!

La Campania, authentic Italian flavours, generous portions and a charming atmosphere. We had a wonderful lunch experience at La Campania in Arundel. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere transported us straight to Italy warm, inviting and full of character. The highlights: ✔️ Authentic Italian flavours the food had that true, homemade Italian taste, fresh, full of rich and well balanced flavours. ✔️ Generous portions unlike many upscale restaurants, the serving sizes here were satisfying, making the meal even more enjoyable. ✔️ Great value for money for three people, we had starters, cocktails, a bottle of wine, mains, desserts and coffee, all for £179, which felt very reasonable considering the quality and quantity. ✔️ The ambience the setting is cosy and full of charm, making you feel as though you’ve stepped into a little corner of Italy. What could be improved? Honestly, not much! If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Italian food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, La Campania is a fantastic choice.

Two of us walked across whilst waiting for our room at The Norfolk Arms Hotel. It is a lovely traditional tea room either a great menu. We chose different loose teas and my partner had a slice of Chocolate and Banana cake, which was huge! Service was excellent. They had WiFi too. We went back the next day …

It is the oldest pub in Arundel and the staff are always very welcoming, always worth a visit

Visited with the wife for Sunday lunch. Both had the roast beef which was tender and cooked to perfection. The staff are attentive and friendly. This is our third visit here and will be back soon. Thanks Jonathan and Donna from Bromley.

We ordered the tea set and it came with sandwiches a cake and scones. All were delicious. Recommend
