We stopped in to check out the teas and came away with four! I’ve had a chance to try them at home, and being a bit of tea connoisseur myself - they’re amazing. They’re full of flavour which is great, and the value for them is wonderful. Nothing I hate more than a tea place ripping off customers. I’ll definitely be back to stock up on my new favourites!

Lovely little shoo, full of character, we took home apricot and cherry, sweet pumpkin and mulled wine tea. The mulled wine has gone down a storm with my patients who have dementia and cannot have alcohol. It smells and tastes divine! I'll definitely keep some in my cupboard, thank you

Fantastic customer service! We went on holidays to Arundel recently and stumbled across this gem. We were not big tea lovers until Erik's passion for tea won us over. We are now avid tea drinkers and regularly restock our tea supply online! Faye also went above and beyond when a gift did not arrive at the intended recipient. Superb service and a must visit.

If you are passionate about tea then this is the place to visit… Wonderful friendly service, we bought loads of Earl grey fresh tea with a glass teapot and separate strainers which we use every day for a fresh, beautifully scented tea. We couldn’t resist the shortbread either which was delicious… I can’t recommend this place enough Eric and his staff are so welcoming and know everything there is to know about tea… well worth a visit!

We made a special journey to Arundel to visit this shop, having shopped there once before and really enjoyed the teas we bought. The young lady who served us on both occasions was both knowledgeable and helpful, letting us sniff a vast amount of the huge range of teas on offer. With the choice of refill bags, caddies( our particular favourite) and now the slightly larger glass containers, with a huge variety of teas and fruit infusions to choose from we finally made our selection and left, only to return half an hour later after I mentioned to my husband the I had sniffed a wonderfully mazripany tea whilst he had been scanning the shelves. This tea has been recommended to be served with a spoonful of gin, something I am sure will be sampled later!! Wonderful service from an delightful and unique establishment.

Popped in last week and to be honest wasn't to sure what we wanted. We were doing the wondering tourist thing. We were warmly welcomed and invited to look at and smell the scent of many different teas with advice on how to blend them correctly. We ended buying 3 packets and have been enjoying them since. It was also good to see that arundle castle was also using them. Great local business.

Every time I’ve been to Arundel, I always make a stop off at the Tea and Biscuit Club. There are so many to choose from that it can seem overwhelming; the staff demonstrate great knowledge of the different teas on offer and are always willing to make recommendations. The four teas I have in my house are all excellent - decaf, marzipan fruits, chocolate and coconut and lady grey, and I’d highly recommend all of them. The biscuits are good as well, although we recently had one pack, White Chocolate and Pecan Shortbread, which whilst pleasant, didn’t really taste of white chocolate or pecans. However every other pack of biscuits we’ve had have been delicious (so I’ll put this down to personal taste) and are perfect complements to the tea on offer.

Bought some esoteric loose leaf teas from this shop (No biscuits, wifey said no, I'm too porky!) Excellent range, bit pricey, but, hey! We were tourists! Just browse round if you like. Nice girl serving.

I found this shop accidentally when trying to find the entrance to the castle around a year ago, and I feel I stumbled onto a right gem! I bought strawberry and vanilla tea then and that was gorgeous, my partner loves it.I came back this month while visiting the town as a day out, I've just cut out teabags entirely so it's good to know there's a high quality shop providing all kinds of loose leaf tea, at a reasonable price, that also sells online. The gentleman serving was charming and welcoming - I didn't get his name but I know he's also a freelance photographer! He helped me to find the specific teas I was after, plus try something new by letting me smell different blends. I love coming here just for that! I will certainly be back!

These teas are fantastic quality and really interesting blends. The seller in the shop is very knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic about tea and has introduced me into branching into new flavours. Only downside is that there isn’t any organic tea. But the quality and flavour is so good and has improved my health.

A little gem of a shop selling wonderful blends of loose tea and lots of lovely tea related products. Very friendly and enthusiastic service, Would have loved to have bought some different blends but wasn't allowed by husband, as we had not long returned from a holiday in China, where I had bought a large amount of tea! Husband was resistant, but I bought two beautiful teapots, some tea caddies, and an excellent tea strainer which fits neatly in a mug and makes an excellent mug of tea. We were camping in a small camper van, so the teapots were posted on to us for our return. So helpful. Now I need to work my way through my China tea, so that I can send for some lovely new blends. They smelt delicious.

The Tea and Biscuit Club is a lovely speciality tea shop on the Arundel high street. There are so many speciality teas on offer that it is hard to choose one. Note: this is not a restaurant or tea room, this is a shop that specialises in selling tea. The shop owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to smell all of the teas on offer and they were unique blends found only in the shop. They have a wonderful mint tea that reminded me of my time in Morocco. The English Garden tea is beautiful and floral with rose petals, chamomile, and lavender. I also liked the unique Marzipan Fruits, it reminded me of Christmas because it was light and sweet with an almond base. There are so many more teas than the ones I have listed, it is best to go and try them for yourself. They also have a large selection of tea pots, both ceramic and glass, traditional and modern, and strainers for loose tea leaves. The shop is really nice and I would highly recommend stopping in if you fancy quality tea and accessories.

This is a lovely little shop along a quaint street in Arundel. It's a shop not a cafe. So much choice of different types of tea. I'm a bit of an Assam fan so we got a packet of fresh loose tea. It is easily the best tea I've tasted. It has a clean, fresh taste definitely different to a tea bag! Lots of choice of teapots and tea-related things. I could of spent ages in here. I also got an individual tea diffuser which is really cool and not bad for £3:50.

This was our first visit to Serving Thyme and we’ll certainly return to the café. Next time we’ll include a visit the shop and garden sales area, which looked very tempting. The food was tasty and the staff were welcoming. Tables were cleared quickly and there was even someone hovering near the door to open it for customers. The man tending the plants was knowledgable and took great pride in his work. This meant the reasonably priced winter bedding plants were in great condition. Serving Thyme is an unusual concept which definitely seems to work. Worth a visit and even a detour.

Stumbled across this great little cafe, which has apparently been here since the 1940s. Friendly service, nice food, large portions and reasonable prices. I had the double breakfast (pictured) They make most of the own puds too 👍

Absolutely delicious with generous fillings. We had a variety of sandwiches, baguettes, paninis and a hot jacket potato. No issues with anything, would 100% recommend and will definitely use again.
