Over priced, disappointing breakfast of almost raw scrambled eggs.

What a lovely little place! Dog friendly, friendly staff, and food was delicious. I had the smoked mackerel pate, which was so good! Would definitely be back to try more of the menu if I'm back in Arundel.

Popped in for a quick bite Good Friday lunchtime. Staff are really friendly the place is spotlessly clean and as an added bonus the food is delicious. This will now be my go to place in Arundel.

The best sausage rolls 😋 the best cakes, great service, nice staff the place has it all. Please go and see the girls. You will not be disappointed , you will keep going back again and again ,we do.

Juniper is a must do in Arundel. I just Love the place. Worth while making a reservation! Honestly the pappardelle Ragu I had was so sooooo delicious! We also had bread and butter and the trout and beet dish! Wow. We’ll be back. These guys deserve their plaudits! *Standing ovation*

Was out painting today and was flagging a bit. Had a lovely coffee and unlike so many places they had pouring cream. I spotted the sausage roll which looked fantastic. This was the best sausage roll I've ever had!

Butternut squash focaccia sandwich, truffled honey and cheese toast and chocolate Guinness cake - all amazing. Best lunch we’ve all ever had. On top of that, lovely service and dogs are welcome!

The coffee is great, the staff are fantastic, and the sausage rolls are exactly what a sausage roll should be - less pastry and more sausage! The sourdough bread is also delicious!

I came here for lunch, had the crab sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time! There was plenty of crab and the bread was delicious. I'll be back!

The food was actually pretty good, and the staff were nice. Unfortunately had to wait 35 minutes for a couple of bagels, of which the contents were already precooked so it didn't feel justified. They also ran out of quite a lot on the menu by 3pm so there wasn't much choice.

Cannellini bean and artichoke salad was divine! Such a lovely little cafe with nice seating in the back :)

We had a great family breakfast here today. There was a big variety of fresh food options on the menu. I’d recommend the toasted salt beef sandwich, probably one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Friendly helpful staff and high quality coffee. A must visit!

Last tea & cake before lockdown 2 started. This is such a nice place & so friendly - roll on Dec 2 & end of lockdown (we hope!!)

We've had our eye on this place ever since we walked past it one Sunday afternoon at the start of the lockdown. It was closed then which, made us even more determined to try it out when the chance presented itself.A spontaneous weekday trip to Arudel could only end one way and, it involved Juniper. Wow the place was every bit as we'd imagined and more. We were greeted and seated by a very friendly member of staff who made us feel at home straightaway. We ordered our drinks and nabbed the last slice of the victoria sponge cake and, boy it was worth every mouthful... sublime and meltingly delightful actually. It's the best cake I've eaten in a very long time. This coupled with the stylish decor/ambience, super friendly service, delicious latte & cappuccino has made it our no. 1 coffee & cake spot. Please don't discontinue the cake - we'll certainly be back for more.

I go to Juniper regularly for tea and cakes, their orange cake is superb.

We were on our way back to Hove, from Hampshire & decided to stop off in Arundel for a late morning bite and found ourselves outside Juniper. The menu looked fab so we decided to try it. We were seated in the back dining area which is roomy and light. I ordered the toasted salt beef, cheese and cornichons. My partner ordered the greek yoghurt & granola and the avocado & bacon on toasted sourdough. The food was excellent, in fact we were torn between several things on the menu, which means we will definitely be coming back. The service was great and all the staff were really welcoming.

Good range of really excellent cakes, plus light snacks (very generous pate is highly recommended). Plus good atmosphere - One of our favourite places.

A quaint little coffee shop also serving food. We just had coffee and tea cakes and it was lovely. I think maybe family run. Service was great and polite. See you soon guys.

Lovely little cafe serving really tasty food. We visited several years ago when the place was recently opened and my wife was keen to try the orange and polenta cake again, as it made such an impression before! We also had home made soup which was delicious, and the Victoria sponge cake was also excellent. Definitely worth a visit if you are near

This restaurant/ coffee shop/ cafe is consistently outstanding. It’s always a pleasure to eat here be it cake and coffee or my favourite avocado on toast with sun dried tomatoes. It looks small at the front but the back room opens up to a bright sun filled room. The owners, Jenny and Russell, are charming and make you feel so welcomed. If you are in Arundel it’s not to be missed. Now with a license a glass of rosé makes brunch extra special

We stopped off in Arundel for a late lunch. Looked at lots of menus but as we only wanted a 'snack' Juniper fitted the bill. Friendly welcome. Quick service. Tasty food. Great value. Definitely would recommend.

This is a lovely cafe. We called in for a light lunch of toasted sandwiches and salad which were great. The service was very nice too. I will try and visit again sometime.

Lovely little cafe serving brilliant cakes! I popped in here for a coffee and some cake whilst spending the day in Arundel. I had Victoria sponge which was lovely and light - amazing! The coffee I had was ok but not a stand out like the cake. The staff were really friendly - this is definitely somewhere I’d recommend.

Went here on Monday to have the best toasted sandwich I had ever tasted bacon and brie the brie melted perfectly so delicious! Definitely be back for this lovely cafe also with lovely drinks including the beautiful decor inside which included this funky flamingo.

On first glance It may look a small cafe but turns into a tardis with plenty of seats and both small and large tables available. The American was hot, something a lot of coffee shops fail to manage and our ham & cheese toasties were cooked to perfection with the cheese oozing out of the sides. Definitely going back on next visit.

We popped in here today for coffee and cake. Very warm and friendly welcome and service. Yummy Nutella cake, and good quality coffee. Will definitely return.

My friends picked this cafe for coffee and cake and it was nice, there was a choice of cakes and gluten free for my friend. I had a toasted tea cake which was nice and the girls had gateau. The coffee was nice and service good. The decor looks newish I guess they will work their way down the stairs before the toilet. All good thank you.

Three of us (plus a small dog) popped in for drinks and a bite to eat on a Saturday morning. It’s a lovely little place with more tables and chairs in a beautiful room out the back. We just had tea/coffee, some toast and muesli/yoghurt but it was great, the service was friendly and the whole menu looked nice. We’ll definitely go back.

Had lunch here with 2 friends and a baby. I had the brie, walnut and chutney sandwich. It was really tasty. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had googled for a dog-friendly cafe in Arundel before we visited, and what an absolute find this was on a cold Sunday afternoon. Lovely front of house opens into a back room with lots of windows and some stunning local art on the walls (for sale).

I didn’t think I’d find anywhere for a vegan- gluten free lunch but Juniper’s artichoke and beans salad got me in the door - the surprise of gluten free bread basted in olive oil and then griddled kept me fed and happy.

My hierarchy for cafe attributes is: 1. Friendly 2. Good coffee 3. Reasonable well cooked food 4. Good cake This place had all of these things. They also accept dogs (and provided a dog treat :) Would happily go back.

Sparkling stars often deflect brilliance making coffee tickle everyone’s pallet. Moments last. Castle hidden, twilight looming, passion imbibed, visit this quaint establishment often. Lovely small place. Had cheese on toast and it was the best I had ever had. The cafe is really well decorated and a really kind man working in there. Also great coffee and great cake which are all good pricing.

I’m an interior designer so this place got my attention as I was shopping along the street. Perfect spot to fuel with delicious bagel / smoked salmon & the cakes on the counter looked amazing. The owners were super friendly. It’s a great find .

I love Juniper, have visited a number of times, a couple of times for informal meetings and also for tea with the family. Their cakes are delicious and their breakfasts even better. The service is impeccable and I can't recommend this cafe enough.

We were surprised when we realised this coffee place had new owners. But what a treat. We were happy to see that it is still dog friendly as we always came with our dog. Lovely customer service, Coffee was very tasty, croissants very fresh. What topped it, was that the owner gave us dog treats. Lovely deco. Will definitely be returning! What a lovely place. Stopped here by chance while passing through Arundel. A couple of salt beef toasties and a smoked salmon kids sandwich really hit the spot. Really friendly service and very accomodating of our toddler

Every so often we take a trip to Arundel for a lunch break and shopping.

Great cafe in Arundel, that we found due to the positive reviews on here. Lovely couple running it, and we only intended having a quick cuppa and cake, but as the food looked so good we had lunch as well. Toffee cake was great but my wife said the orange Tunisian cake was the best orange cake she had ever eaten! (and we eat a lot of cake!). Will definitely revisit when we are in the area again.

Phenomenal homemade cakes (Tunisian Orange and the Pistachio OMG), Great coffee and light lunches, We love the fun quirky decor in the room in the back. Close to the center of town but in a quieter spot next to the Nineveh House Antiques so often not crowded (but would be if people realized how good it is). Family run by Russel and Jenny (who are there every day) with a few other fine folks. Jenny's cakes alone make the it worth stopping by (but could become addictive)

I'm down from London visiting Arundel for a few days and treated myself to lunch in this gem of a cafe. The coffee is delicious, the toasted sandwich was one of the tastiest I have ever enjoyed, but the real star was the amaretto bundt cake - home baked by the owner - which is quite possibly the most delicious cake ever to have graced a plate! It did not stay on my plate for long... All served in a cosy but stylish setting - beautiful decor and artwork and a really friendly and laid-back vibe from the lovely owners. Do pay this wonderful place a visit if you find yourself in Arundel. You will thank yourself for having done so. You need this cafe in your life and I'd like to take it back to London with me!

Juniper is a refreshing new addition to Arundel's array of cafe's and restaurants. Freshly decorated with warmly inviting but cool and quirky style, there isn't a hint of snootiness in spite of it's class.

Day trippers to Arundel, we popped in to Juniper for lunch and found the most delightful and friendly hosts. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with quirky paintings and sculptures. The food was beautifully presented in no time at all and was absolutely delicious.

Juniper is fast becoming one of my favourite cafes in Arundel. Friendly with a lovely ambience. Perfect for catching up with friends or a base for "working from home". Jenny's home made cakes are so amazing (why bother to bake at home) and they also do alternative milks for hot drinks. Russell and Jenny thank you for deciding to open juniper .....

A great little hidden gem in Arundel. Friendly and welcoming with a pleasantly eclectic interior which makes for a very pleasant experience. The coffee is ace and the conversation as rich and varied as the lovely cakes on offer.

My friend and I popped into the Juniper for coffee and was met by the lovely owner. We were just going in for coffee but spotted a lovely looking cake on the counter, The Tunisian orange cake ! The owner made it herself and it was the most delicious cake I have ever eaten. The coffee was good although not quite as strong as I like.

I particularly enjoyed (and still do most days ) the creamy smoked mackerel on toast (fresh daily) and the Tunisian orange cake (unique!).

Lovely little fund amongst all the tourist traps ...very chilled atmosphere ..pleasant service and a simple menu with obviously freshly prepared ingredients. I had the mackeral pate..was yum

I recently moved to Arundel and like most people you look for your favourite coffee shop that feeds your Soul. Juniper for me has that, Jenny’s gluten free cakes are delicious, a great find for someone with a gluten intolerance. Most mornings I drop in for a chat a soya cappuccino and hopefully catching Jenny bringing out of the oven a still warm gluten free cake. Jason and Jenny have helped my moving into Arundel a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you both.

My favourite place for coffee and lunch. The cakes are excellent and homemade. The food menu is perfect healthy and delicious. Excellent service and the owners what can I say, they really make you feel comfortable.

A jewel in the thriving heart of Arundel. My particular favourite is their delicious meat platter, but the cakes, coffee and conversation are just as refined. The closest thing to a 'salon' this side of Singleton. Highly recommend.

We are lucky enough to be able to visit this cafe on a now must be regular basis...on the basis that the cake and food here is just divine. This is by far and away the BEST cafe in Arundel. Really friendly, warm and welcoming vibe, gorgeous design based interior, fab service. Amazing coffee and I am a total caffeine addict...and really family friendly (our children literally adore the sandwiches) and um, did I mention the cake? Do not miss.

My husband and I were lucky enough to dine at junipers on their launch evening to sample the food and wine and it was just perfect.
