I don’t normally write these but I’ve been coming to The Coffee Cup now for 5 years so thought it was well over due, This establishment is incredible! They provide the most outstanding customer service, excellent hot chocolate and coffee at reasonable prices for the quality. The team always go the extra mile to ensure you have an outstanding experience especially Hannah, she’s got everyone’s order down to a T and always addresses us by name and is always interested in how your day is going that’s what I can excellent customer service !!!! I have also noticed this with other customers as well I don’t know how she remembers all the customers and their orders… Hannah is tremendous assets to this company … Well done keep up the great work, looking forward to many more years at The Coffee Cup!! X

My husband and I have been regulars for over a year. Recently we decided that the overpriced drinks and consistently unfriendly and dismissive staff aren't worth our custom. I'd recommend walking just a few seconds further along to the The Beach Hut, better prices and at least you don't get moody and miserable staff like you do here.

I stopped on a cold bike ride in need of a double espresso which was absolutely excellent and along with very friendly service and a place to sit overlooking the beach all added up to spur me on my way.

Coffee ok . Again paying for the position near the beach front .

No atmosphere as there was only outside seating but the service was good and the coffee too.

Good choice of drinks and things to eat, plus a dedicated seating area with great views along the beach and across to Selsey. Conveniently located close to the promenade toilets. Their mocha is rather good, just the right mix of coffee and chocolate.

I'm here most mornings having coffee with my friends. Great coffee served by a great team of people. Would strongly recommend.

Stopped for a coffee and muffin while walking our dog on the prom on a sunny November morning. We liked that you could sit at a table on or next to the promenade with a lovely view of the beach and sea. A great place to stop for a drink and snack if you're in the vicinity and perfect if you're on the beach in warmer weather.

By far the best place to get coffee in the whole of Bognor! I love this place...perfect for stopping off on a long bike ride. Friendly staff, great quality coffee and not over-priced. Handy location with lots of seating available and great views by the prom. Perfect. Thank you.

Good customer service and a decent coffee. We order Lattes on a regular basis BUT, I wish they would listen!! I always request both cofffees to be extra HOT. More often than not, they do not fulfil my request. I have returned on a couple occasions but really, it's not a difficult task. Please add more HEAT to your coffees. Thank you!

A nice place to sit by the beach. Has plenty of drinks and snacks for you to try and enjoy the views. Would certainly recommend.

Haven't been to Coffee Cup for a couple of weeks, went on Sunday. 2 x gentlemen working there, think they both need training in customer service not very friendly, no hello's or thank you's!! Manners cost nothing! Bring back Vicky and her friendly charm ! She was an asset to your company, such a shame!

For the best hot chocolate in Bognor Regis go to the coffee cup on the promenade.

High quality coffee right on the beach, with a selection of snack options too. There's an impressive range of permutations, so if you'd like a vanilla milkshake with a double espresso (like I do), it's entirely possible. Good for kids and adults alike, and there's even a loyalty program if you visit often. Grab a drink and watch the world go by, it's the best 'proper' coffee in the area.

We always used to go here for the great coffee, but the last three times we've been the coffee has been watery and weak and tasteless - what's happened? Just letting you know - if it was my business I would want to know, rather than just have people go elsewhere, which is what we are currently doing.

We are regulars to Coffee Cup. Best coffee along the seafront! Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, especially Vicky the Manager, whom is very friendly and looks after her regulars! Our coffees are always made before we've ordered! Thank you Vicky! Your a star, an asset to the company!!!

Stopped to have a coffee but ended up with a Kelly's ice cream Only 4 choices but with everything else they do was good enough fresh made cakes hot food good choice of tea and coffee nice little refreshment stop

Nice coffee, very friendly and open later than most of the other coffee places on the Prom. Plus it's exactly half a dog walk away (although that might just be for me).

Despite the server suffering a temporary loss of power to the cabin - she was friendly, efficient and served great coffee!

Coffee quality is hit and miss - Today's was poor - Too hot and milk burnt, the coffee was too hot to drink 10 mins after purchase. There was no frothy milk, just bubbles. Yesterday's coffee was lovely, well crafted and the right temperature (60-65 degrees Celsius)

Service a bit on slow side. Went from the back of 6 person queue to the middle of a 10 person queue to the back of a 3 person queue in around 10 minutes
