Food was amazing, we all had amazing starters and meals. Also props to the waiter, managing the whole floor by himself - was super friendly, helpful, and couldn’t have been nicer. Really recommend this spot!

Food was amazing! Dishes are a little small but the taste made up for it. Recommend at least 4 Dishes for 2 people. Lovely restaurant, staff were polite and friendly even though they were a little short staffed. Will definitely return.

WOW! Me and my boyfriend have been on a mission to find the best Thai restaurant.., and we’ve found it!! We love Thai food, and have tried numerous Thai restaurants. We had the sharing platter to start, which was delicious, full of flavour and I liked the dips that came with it too and the waitress explained what food to dip in what sauce. We both had the roasted red duck curry for main and sticky rice. Again the curry was full of flavour, lots of meat and so tasty! I will be dreaming of this curry for weeks. Customer service was good and our order was taken quickly and when requested the bill came quickly too. Can’t wait to visit again.

Brilliant food, very authentic & the portions I felt were very generous and we both left feeling very full. We weren’t sure on what dish to pick and the staff were very knowledgeable on what to suggest. The only downside was it seemed as if they were short staffed and it was an hours wait for the bill & to pay. Nonetheless thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will be back at some point.

Our first night of a weekend stay and we were delighted to find a Thai restaurant (our favourite food) close to our hotel. We were not disappointed, the food was amazing, service was swift and friendly, a most enjoyable evening and a great start to a perfect weekend in Arundel....thank you!

We ordered a takeaway one Saturday night as we have previously been to the restaurant and loved it. My partner went to collect our order and when he got home one of the orders was incorrect. We don’t live round the corner so of course this was disappointing. I called the restaurant and explained what had happened and they apologised profusely and asked for my name as we would be able to have a free meal next time. Fast forward over 6 weeks - we fancied a takeaway and called to mention what had happened and gave them my name in which they agreed the free meal. We were so impressed with this. The takeaway was amazing! Thank you so much to the manager / staff. We can’t wait to return ☺️

We chose this restaurant because it had a wide menu and vegan options. We ordered sweetcorn fritters to start and chicken satay w peanut sauce. The fritters were greasy, and the satay sticks were small and tasteless. We ordered our mains at the same time as we ordered our drinks. I ordered stir fry mixed veg with tofu, and stir fried rice noodles. My husband ordered Massaman curry and sticky rice. It took them a while to clear our table, and we waited for our main…. and nearly 45 minutes later, we were still waiting. We were sitting right next to the entrance, and the young servers were chatting and playing on their mobile phones. I had to call someone over to get clean cutlery, and ask where our food was. She said it was on its way. After waiting an hour, we repeated our request for our meal as we’d been waiting so long, or we would just leave. Finally our meals came, and I was hoping it was worth the wait…. And it definitely was not! My stir fry had hardly any sauce or any taste, and the rice noodles were oily. My husbands curry was very thin, no depth of flavour, and the chicken was just lumps of brown meat. The sticky rice came in a plastic bag. So disappointing and did not end a really good weekend on a high note. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant at all. Such a shame.

Server was very helpful explaining the menu at the start of the evening as some of our group had not been before. The food was very tasty and served in good time. We had a variety of different dishes and all were delicious-the prawns were so tasty in the green curry. We were the last to leave but didn’t feel pressured at all. A very enjoyable experience. hmmmm... this was disappointing for all the wrong reasons. The food was pretty good, the service was also well executed, BUT the place was like an ice box, i do not expect to see people sat in a restaurant in coats because it is so cold. The back seemed better, but was naturally full, but the front is too be avoided in the winter. A shame as this took the shine off what might have been a nice meal

Wonderful meal on a cold winter evening. Food superb.Tried the betel wrap starter which was very different & so good. Massaman curry, king prawn & cashew & tamarind chicken were all excellent main courses The sorbets & gelato were a lovely way to end our meal, followed by lovely hot coffees and a jasmine tea. Service was perfect (& so friendly). What a find, would definitely recommend & will be back. We parked in a free small car park nearby.

The food was delicious the service was great but could be improved by servers introducing themselves, hard to attract their attention sometimes. But we weren't hurried and were able to take our time with drinks. Servers need to make you aware thier is a dessert menu. Ran out of Bacardi Rum. All in a great evening out. Will go again.

My wife and I went to Thai Times with friends and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent; extremely tasty, with real zest, depth of flavours and richness. The chicken and beef curries were spectacular, the green curries superb. The only issue with the latter - while serving prawns with heads and tail intact may be authentic but it’s messy and not everyone enjoys fiddling with them. The service was really good, attentive without hanging around, and gave us plenty of space to catch and talk.

Have been before and wrote a glowing review of our visit on that occasion. This time was left a bit disappointed with the service The restaurant this time wasn't particularly busy and this probably dampened the atmosphere in the place. The food we had was all very good and it is good value for money. In terms of the staff, they seemed nice and were certainly friendly but they weren't particularly attentive and we had to wait a long time to give a drinks order, so much so that by the time they came to take an order for drinks we had made food choices as well and were sitting around waiting. Similarly at the end of the meal it was a real struggle to get someones attention to ask for the bill. As mentioned, we had been before and service on that occasion was much better, so hopefully a one off.

Found the service a little slow, the table behind us were obviously regular as they order everything when they took the drinks order, and I would do the same if I went again. Also booked online, wanted to book for 7.00 but were given 7.45, upon arrival restaurant was half empty. However the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely eat there again

We went here for my husband's birthday. We both love Thai food, and it was OK but wasn't the best. The staff were friendly but the service was very slow, even though we were one of only about 3 occupied tables.

Food not authentic and overly sweetened. I have years of experience with Thai foods and really a pat Thai dish should be easy and delicious. Suspect shrimps not fresh. Service very slow. Friendly staff.

Visited here on a Saturday night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was absolutely out of this world. The mixed platter to start was so tasty, I highly recommend this. All staff were friendly, honestly couldn’t fault anything. Will definitely return.

Thoroughly recommend this Thai restaurant in the lovely picturesque town of Arundel. The ambience is great and it is decorated in a modern yet traditional Thai vibe. Fantastic food and the staff will adjust the heat settings on the spices if asked. Definitely give it 5 stars 👏👍💕

Some of the best Thai I’ve had in a long time!! The staff and atmosphere were lovely. Didn’t have to wait long for meals and when they did come they were worth the wait. Only trying I’d say would love more prawns on the pad...

There are very many average Thai restaurants around but this is not one of them. An Interesting menu with some dishes we have not found outside Thailand. Our informative host and great that he found, on a busy night ,some time with us to explain...

Avoid if you have allergies or dietaries. I thought based on the gluten free and vegan menus this place would be good for dietaries. However, the waiter forgot to tell the chef my intolerances. Mistakes happen, but I wasn’t told until after I ate the meal, and was still charged for it to add insult to injury. Again, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I know mistakes happen, but it’s good practice to double and triple check when it comes to dietaries so you don’t make people ill. If you don’t have allergies, it seems an otherwise pleasant place to eat.

Good location. Restaurant is close to the parking area. Food were delicious. Service was good. Very attentive staff who helped with the menu. One corner where we were seated smelt of unwelcoming smell. Unfortunately staff failed to smell it. Apart from that, I recommend this restaurant.

Service was a little slow to start but it was pretty busy. A small issue with an under-cooked starter but that was soon resolved. Mains were delicious! Will be returning.

I live about 25 minutes from Arundel (in Billingshurst) and visited this restaurant for an early dinner with a friend of mine yesterday. All I can say is their vegan Massaman curry is the best I’ve ever had and I always have Massaman curry when...

My parents who don't have Google accounts ate here recently and both got severe food poisoning. Even aside from the food poisoning they indicated the food tasted reheated. Pretty disappointing (as well as scary) since we all were looking forward to having a Thai restaurant locally.

Great staff and menu. It's a large restaurant with high ceilings so not cosy but plenty of space and you can least hear other people on your table clearly which is getting uncommon these days!

We were looking forward to eating at Thai Time. The host was welcoming and found us a got us a table in the garden however this may have been a bad choice in hindsight. The garden needs a bit of TLC and a bit more atmosphere. Service was slower in the garden and was noticeable with a few tables all waiting to be served drinks and food orders taken. The staff were friendly and nice however the food was little in quantity and expensive in price. We were charged £10 for a 200ml of prosecco and only after checking the drinks menu later on, we saw this should have been £5.95. Overall this wasn't the best experience, we had hoped for much more. Staff and location are positives. Food and service need to improve.

With so many amazing restaurants to choose from in Arundel it was really hard to choose. Being massive fans of Thai food we chose Thai time. We were not disappointed! From the outside the restaurant looked rather empty so we started to think we should maybe try elsewhere but once inside we realised just how big the space is. Loved the decor, relaxed and modern with a stunning garden which was where everyone was!, so also we chose to sit there as it was a stunner of an evening. The waiter was extremely helpful and gave us amazing advice. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything! We couldn't fault it. (We love thai food and we are very fussy!) We highly recommend thai time and we can't wait to return to try more of their yummy dishes.

Lovely restaurant in the heart of Arundel. Warm welcome when we arrived and asked about allergies. Had a choice of the garden or inside. Food was really delicious and Lina took her time to answer any questions. Will definitely return.

Went to Thai Time @ Arundel Tuesday late afternoon for a quick bite. What a great place it is! Had soft shell crab which was cooked just right, succulent crab meat inside and crunchy crispy batter outside! Had Tom Ka soup which was well seasoned with a pack of flavours ! Amazing jungle curry and chicken cashed stir fry! Cannot fault it at all! We will be back for sure!

Absolutely amazing!! Stunning, delicious, flavoursome authentic Thai food. Go here if you miss Thailand as much as I do, because the smells and the flavours take you right back. Been struggling for a while to find decent moo ping, the chef really delivered here. I asked for my Som Tum with a more traditional taste, again was not disappointed! The decor, ambiance and feel of the place is top notch. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

This is probably the best Thai food I've tasted in the UK. Service Really attentive, friendly and accommodating. Location Arundel - nuff said Venue Modern, comfortable , boutique but not intimidating. Food Authentic - tasty - delightful. They have normal, vegan, gluten free, pescatarian and vegetarian menus. 9/10 would recommend

A great meal with friends and made to feel very welcome. The people there are so friendly and warming who go above and beyond every time we go there. Lovely experience with some very helpful staff. I've got a bunch of food allergies and they made the experience absolutely seamless, including allergen stickers on all my meals for peace of mind. Thank you for hosting my birthday meal and making it special, we will definitely be back

Went out for my girlfriends birthday here last night and was really disappointed. Our server was a polite young man and that’s as good as it gets. My partner didn’t have too much of a problem with her food so I just had some of hers. But the wrong food was brought to me, the kind server then took it away and felt like he brought back the same food just without the cashews which was not what I ordered. I couldn’t taste the dish and the prawns didn’t taste great. After we had our dinner and I got the bill our food was still sitting on the table, even after I paid and was one of the worst eating out experiences I’ve had to date. Ryan.

Probably the most authentic Thai food I've had in the U.K. The staff were amazing as well an all-around great dining experience...P.S. sesame ice cream wasn't as good as it is made out to be, but mango ice cream was divine

Went here with friends on a Saturday night. Very large restaurant - good food freshly made. It took a while for the service team to initially ask us about drinks/food, but once an order was placed everything came quite quickly. Unfortunately for this review, on the table next to us was a loud customer who was unable to talk at a "normal" volume and disrupted our meal.

Food heaven! My best restaurant experience of the year. We came to Arundel for our wedding anniversary and chose the Thai restaurant for our evening dinner, and booked on their website that afternoon. The service was fantastic. Despite it being Saturday night and completely full the staff were attentive and totally pleasant, they didn’t look rushed off their feet and they explained our dishes to us well. The restaurant is spacious and authentically decorated as a modern Thai. Our bill for the full meal including the platter starter and a draft Singha beer each, with 10% service was £70, which was a bargain in my eyes. We had: Prawn crackers (best ever!); Starter Shared Platter - every part of it was delicious and the dips added a twang!; for mains we had a Prawn Pad Thai which had some seriously delicious whole prawns on the top, and the Rich Braised Duck Curry with Sticky Rice which I asked to be mild on spices and was so full of flavour, the sauce was Thai perfection and the duck meat so delicious. Brilliant restaurant. 10/10. Thank you.

Thank you to the waiter that recommended that I try something different to the usual pad Thai. I tried the sea bass (the Chu Chee Pla) and it was absolutely divine! My Chicken Satay starter was also delicious. I can't wait to visit again!

Amazing authentic Thai cuisine. The Jungle Curry and Beef Salad was as good as when I have visited Thailand. The starter, salads and curry were all delicious. The service was outstanding. I couldn’t recommend Thai Time enough, it’s the best in West Sussex and Arundel.

Best authentic Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. Lots of dishes and ingredients you don’t usually see on menus in the UK. The Tom Yum was properly spicy as it should be for example not watered down for UK tastes. We stumbled upon this place when we took a quick journey stop to find food and so pleased we did! Worth the journey back to Arundel to come here again. Keep doing what you do as you’re a gem!

Lina and Birdie are doing exceptional things with this spot. If you want truly authentic Thai food at a reasonable price, there’s no better option. I recommend the drunkard stir fry, and the sour sausage was a delightful surprise. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Thai food bursting with flavour. The restaurant has a big space in the back that is flooded with light and overall is very decorated. Service was impecabil l impeccable and the staff very friendly and professional

The food here is OK if you haven't had Thai food before or from anywhere else. Overpriced £50 odd for 2 mains 2 starters and 2 small rice. Portions are small, we mentioned it to the staff and they wouldn't do anything about it either. Masama came with extremely hard potatoes and no peanuts. would not recommend.

Really delicious food, shame about the portion sizes. Lovely restaurant, really nice styling and it was warm and welcoming. Staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Food was delicious and very authentic using some lovely fragrant flavours and Thai products. Our only criticism was the portion sizes were really small especially when paying £15 per main meal excluding rice the servings were disappointingly small. We would consider coming back but would be hesitant simply due to portions for the price.
