Working in the area and thought we would give it ago, had poppadoms and pickles followed by king prawn dupiaza with mushroom rice Staff absolute Ming mongs, no personality and the 1 just stared...but I'm used to that😂 Recommend

Food was good. But service was terrible. By far the rudest staff at a restaurant I’ve ever been to. Would not recommend & wont be going back.

The food at the Little Magna was excellent. However , we have never seen such a miserable , rude and unpleasant collection of staff. From the moment we entered the building to the moment we left we found absolutely nothing that we could say remotely resembled courteous , happy , polite or friendly service. Food definitely 5* Staff and service 1*

Despite having a great big number on the front of the house and a just eat code, our food was delivered to the wrong address. Nothing by way of an apology just re cooked it and had to wait. Disappointing

Took 6 attempts to ring the restaurant and the number on the app would not connect. The food was lukewarm and not the normal quality.

Food was okayish a bit greasy, staff were very unwelcoming and came off rude.It's like none of them want to be working there and are miserable and that shows.

Having now tried all the local Indians this one is my fave. Food is always on time, hot, amazing quality and is always consistently great.

We took away and were really pleased with the food, they even threw in a couple of popadoms and some onion baji’s for free! Only small criticism was that the chicken pasanda was a little short on chicken. Tasty nevertheless and excellent value for money.

Second time we ordered a delivery the first a few months ago rung up after an hr and a half to see where it was and had "just left" yet still took another 20 mins even though wer 5 mins down the road.. ordered today and it's been 1hr 45 mins on a Monday.. and said I want to cancel because apparently they "lost the order" .. I ordered through uber which allows you to request a update from the restersaunt, which they didn't do.. rude on the phone. Won't use ever again, gone to shafiques instead.

Always amazing food! Been going for years and years! Go Christmas Day too! I love a really hot curry and my husband loves his tandoori mix grill. Never found a better place consistently excellent. I ask for no added ghee/butter and it’s not greasy at all! Thanks Magna x

I loved this place. Food was hot and tasty and good value for money. The service is what I love… take your order, bring food, no chit chat. Cosy and comfy and good variety of dishes

food was 45 minutes late AFTER pre-ordering an hour in advance and despite our house only being a short walk away, we were refused any sort of refund, food was nice but wasn't worth the stress, definitely collect your order if you can

Food was early, tikka masala was warm like it had been sitting for a while. NOT GOOD at all so bland and no taste at all!!! Don’t bother!! Best thing about the meal where the popadoms

Excellent food and service. Helpful staff, I left my sunglasses and it was no trouble for the staff to post them back to me the very next day. Varied menus and all the dishes were delicious. It is a shame I live too far away otherwise I would make it my regular Indian restaurant.

The staff were not into warm welcomes and were very rude. Food was mediocre 🤦🏻‍♂️. They treated as if they were giving free food and Said the kitchen was busy and I shouldn’t have ordered more(only 2 extra chapathi and not because the food was good). Always order from here as it’s consistently good but my last order was so poor. Pots of curry were half empty, everything was so so dry and it was so disappointing. Has put me off ordering again, such a shame

Ordered here several times in the past but on this occasion the food didn’t show up. When I called, the person I spoke to argued with me and said the food had been delivered and accused me of lying even though I have a camera outside the door. They did eventually deliver a replacement. The driver that eventually delivered our food then confirmed another driver had delivered to the wrong address. 2 hour wait in total. I won’t order from here again due to their attitude. Shame as food is nice.

Used to be very good Indian restaurant, one of my favourites. Came for dinner on the 8 of April. Food was mediocre, just a lot of fat sauce with some not very tender lamb; garlic rice was tasty, but too fat; only naan was really good. I ordered a glass of rose; never had such a poor drink in my life. Coffee was not even coffee colour and didn’t taste of anything, accordingly. when I asked very nicely to bring me real coffee, the waiter started arguing with me, but when I repeatedly asked, he brought me a decent coffee, and mockingly asked if it was good. Very disappointed that a really good restaurant turned into something like this.

A chance visit for a take away. Chilli garlic chicken, bombay potato and poppadoms. Very good. They gave me an extra poppadoms. Could not fault the food.

Disappointed that yet again no yoghurt and mint dip for the bhajis. How are you supposed to get this?

I think this is a spam set up. I have ordered from little Magna many time but this time no order has arrived and the contact number given does not work.

Ordered food this evening 1st of March 2024 and at 6.30 said food was out for delivery. Waited 40 minutes then phoned restaurant who at first told me the driver had collected the food. I said it was not delivered. I was then told it was still in the kitchen. A few minutes later the restaurant call me back and insisted it was delivered. I told him it wasn't and I didn't like being made out a liar. Food arrives with another driver who sticks up for the first driver and insists the first driver had delivered it, in doing so making me out to be a liar again. Shame as we have had food from Little Magna multiple times a year but being made to feel like I wasn't telling the truth has made me not want to order from here again. One very dissatisfied customer.

Still waiting for our delivery, it’s now been 1.5 hours. Called them up and was spoken to very rudely. Will never ever use these again. All they seem to care about is getting their money.

me and my friend went to the restaurant. we ordered food . no doubt food was ok , not complaining about food but the way of their talking is very rude .need to learn how to deal with customer. that was my first and last time i visited there. really i felt insult, the way he replied me ( the guy who was on reception) when i wanted to add one more item to my order. they should learn their dealing skills .

Placed a large order on Sat 16th Dec. A number of items were not included (i.e. rice, nan bread, side dishes, and free poppadum's). I understand mistakes happen, but when telephoning to sort out the issues, staff were unhelpful, and unapologetic and I even had the phone put down on me. After a further phone call it was established our missing food had been given to another customer. By the time the replacement food was sent to us it was too late, our meal had been spoilt. The food we did eat was nice, however the way our complaint was handled was inefficient and unhelpful. Therefore I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again.

Was told between 60-80 minutes. We called after 90 to find out the order had not been passed to the chef. Beyond angry is an understatement.

The food was great , full of flavour and hot, delivered early. I would recommend.

I am not a moaner by any stretch of the imagination, but I was really disappointed with my first experience of Little Magna. I ordered a take away and was told it would be 45 mins. After an hour I called and was told it had just left the restaurant. I left it another 15 mins and when it still hadn’t arrived I called again. All in all it took 1hr 30 and had to microwave the food when it got here because it was lukewarm. No apology/explanation given, definitely wouldn’t use them again.

No yoghurt dip for the bhajis again. If it needs to be purchased separately then people need to be told.

Visited Little Magna again because the food is lovely. I just wish the staff could be a little more welcoming,they are not rude or anything but I get the feeling they would rather be doing something else somewhere else......

Phoned 3 times, they put the phone down on me once, this was a delivery at lunch time when their not busy

I spent around £35 on this order. I had ordered 4 poppadoms which I would expect to get the sauce with. There were none so I called them. They advised me that if you call them direct you get the sauces but if you order on Just Eat you don't. I was pretty annoyed at this as I think this is shocking customer service. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again, even though the food was really good. They have let themselves down....

This is a nice little Indian, my friends and I have been here a few times for celebrations and last night was the same. We all ordered a side, curry and rice as well as drinks (all non alcoholic so much cheaper) and ended up paying £25 each including a tip. I like to choose my food based on the name as I'm no big lover of any one dish and up to date I have like whatever I get. So last night's dish was a Badshe mix (it wasn't spelt exactly like that but it was similar) and it was very tasty. I think it had king prawn, chicken and lamb. And also I had garlic rice and alloo gobby. (spinach and potato) both were very tasty. The only downsides being is they have mad a dip for the poppadoms work tomato ketchup with bits of onion in it and they tried passing it off instead of the mint dip which we had to ask for separately. (the ketchup is RANK) Also they started swiping or plates away without notice to rush us out which wasn't greatly appreciated as I'd eaten so much I could barley move! I would recommend this place as its great value for money and tasty.

Food came fast, served well and food was fresh and mouth watering. Even my 6 years daughter liked their chicken tikka.

the reason for the late delivery was due to traffic, would have been nice to receive a phone call saying running late due to heavy traffic, the guy that delivered was good and he explained why it was late

1 dish short, only received 1 rice instead of the 2 ordered. The JustEat app does not make it easy to arrange refund.

I don't normally leave reviews but the food we had delivered tonight was just outstanding. Everything was hot, fresh and everything was so full of flavour. It was absolutely stunning! Tikka rice was next level, the tikka balti was so flavoursome, and the tarka dahl was the best we've had, even the kids was all over it.
