Food was okayish a bit greasy, staff were very unwelcoming and came off rude.It's like none of them want to be working there and are miserable and that shows.

Having now tried all the local Indians this one is my fave. Food is always on time, hot, amazing quality and is always consistently great.

We took away and were really pleased with the food, they even threw in a couple of popadoms and some onion baji’s for free! Only small criticism was that the chicken pasanda was a little short on chicken. Tasty nevertheless and excellent value for money.

Second time we ordered a delivery the first a few months ago rung up after an hr and a half to see where it was and had "just left" yet still took another 20 mins even though wer 5 mins down the road.. ordered today and it's been 1hr 45 mins on a Monday.. and said I want to cancel because apparently they "lost the order" .. I ordered through uber which allows you to request a update from the restersaunt, which they didn't do.. rude on the phone. Won't use ever again, gone to shafiques instead.

Always amazing food! Been going for years and years! Go Christmas Day too! I love a really hot curry and my husband loves his tandoori mix grill. Never found a better place consistently excellent. I ask for no added ghee/butter and it’s not greasy at all! Thanks Magna x

I loved this place. Food was hot and tasty and good value for money. The service is what I love… take your order, bring food, no chit chat. Cosy and comfy and good variety of dishes

food was 45 minutes late AFTER pre-ordering an hour in advance and despite our house only being a short walk away, we were refused any sort of refund, food was nice but wasn't worth the stress, definitely collect your order if you can

Food was early, tikka masala was warm like it had been sitting for a while. NOT GOOD at all so bland and no taste at all!!! Don’t bother!! Best thing about the meal where the popadoms

The staff were not into warm welcomes and were very rude. Food was mediocre 🤦🏻‍♂️. They treated as if they were giving free food and Said the kitchen was busy and I shouldn’t have ordered more(only 2 extra chapathi and not because the food was good). The kitchen was busy and can’t serve the people who are eating there 🤷🏻‍♂️. Not rating the food as it was very bad

Food good, service functional and efficient, not much in the way of a warm welcome or smiles. No atmosphere.. no effort towards a warm environment with stadium level lighting and no background music. Shame, wouldn't take much to elevate it.

Always order from here as it’s consistently good but my last order was so poor. Pots of curry were half empty, everything was so so dry and it was so disappointing. Has put me off ordering again, such a shame

Ordered here several times in the past but on this occasion the food didn’t show up. When I called, the person I spoke to argued with me and said the food had been delivered and accused me of lying even though I have a camera outside the door. They did eventually deliver a replacement. The driver that eventually delivered our food then confirmed another driver had delivered to the wrong address. 2 hour wait in total. I won’t order from here again due to their attitude. Shame as food is nice.

Used to be very good Indian restaurant, one of my favourites. Came for dinner on the 8 of April. Food was mediocre, just a lot of fat sauce with some not very tender lamb; garlic rice was tasty, but too fat; only naan was really good. I ordered a glass of rose; never had such a poor drink in my life. Coffee was not even coffee colour and didn’t taste of anything, accordingly. when I asked very nicely to bring me real coffee, the waiter started arguing with me, but when I repeatedly asked, he brought me a decent coffee, and mockingly asked if it was good. Very disappointed that a really good restaurant turned into something like this.

Disappointed that yet again no yoghurt and mint dip for the bhajis. How are you supposed to get this?

I think this is a spam set up. I have ordered from little Magna many time but this time no order has arrived and the contact number given does not work.

Still waiting for our delivery, it’s now been 1.5 hours. Called them up and was spoken to very rudely. Will never ever use these again. All they seem to care about is getting their money.

me and my friend went to the restaurant. we ordered food . no doubt food was ok , not complaining about food but the way of their talking is very rude .need to learn how to deal with customer. that was my first and last time i visited there. really i felt insult, the way he replied me ( the guy who was on reception) when i wanted to add one more item to my order. they should learn their dealing skills .

Placed a large order on Sat 16th Dec. A number of items were not included (i.e. rice, nan bread, side dishes, and free poppadum's). I understand mistakes happen, but when telephoning to sort out the issues, staff were unhelpful, and unapologetic and I even had the phone put down on me. After a further phone call it was established our missing food had been given to another customer. By the time the replacement food was sent to us it was too late, our meal had been spoilt. The food we did eat was nice, however the way our complaint was handled was inefficient and unhelpful. Therefore I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again.

Was told between 60-80 minutes. We called after 90 to find out the order had not been passed to the chef. Beyond angry is an understatement.

I am not a moaner by any stretch of the imagination, but I was really disappointed with my first experience of Little Magna. I ordered a take away and was told it would be 45 mins. After an hour I called and was told it had just left the restaurant. I left it another 15 mins and when it still hadn’t arrived I called again. All in all it took 1hr 30 and had to microwave the food when it got here because it was lukewarm. No apology/explanation given, definitely wouldn’t use them again.

No yoghurt dip for the bhajis again. If it needs to be purchased separately then people need to be told.

Visited Little Magna again because the food is lovely. I just wish the staff could be a little more welcoming,they are not rude or anything but I get the feeling they would rather be doing something else somewhere else......

Phoned 3 times, they put the phone down on me once, this was a delivery at lunch time when their not busy

Food was fantastic! Only problem it was late. The phone number on just eat doesn't work, best to Google maps them to find number as it said it was delivered 30 mins before it was.

I spent around £35 on this order. I had ordered 4 poppadoms which I would expect to get the sauce with. There were none so I called them. They advised me that if you call them direct you get the sauces but if you order on Just Eat you don't. I was pretty annoyed at this as I think this is shocking customer service. I WILL NOT be ordering from them again, even though the food was really good. They have let themselves down....

This is a nice little Indian, my friends and I have been here a few times for celebrations and last night was the same. We all ordered a side, curry and rice as well as drinks (all non alcoholic so much cheaper) and ended up paying £25 each including a tip. I like to choose my food based on the name as I'm no big lover of any one dish and up to date I have like whatever I get. So last night's dish was a Badshe mix (it wasn't spelt exactly like that but it was similar) and it was very tasty. I think it had king prawn, chicken and lamb. And also I had garlic rice and alloo gobby. (spinach and potato) both were very tasty. The only downsides being is they have mad a dip for the poppadoms work tomato ketchup with bits of onion in it and they tried passing it off instead of the mint dip which we had to ask for separately. (the ketchup is RANK) Also they started swiping or plates away without notice to rush us out which wasn't greatly appreciated as I'd eaten so much I could barley move! I would recommend this place as its great value for money and tasty.

Food came fast, served well and food was fresh and mouth watering. Even my 6 years daughter liked their chicken tikka.

the reason for the late delivery was due to traffic, would have been nice to receive a phone call saying running late due to heavy traffic, the guy that delivered was good and he explained why it was late

1 dish short, only received 1 rice instead of the 2 ordered. The JustEat app does not make it easy to arrange refund.

I don't normally leave reviews but the food we had delivered tonight was just outstanding. Everything was hot, fresh and everything was so full of flavour. It was absolutely stunning! Tikka rice was next level, the tikka balti was so flavoursome, and the tarka dahl was the best we've had, even the kids was all over it.

Very quick to arrive after our order. Food piping hot and extremely tasty. Plenty for two on their set meal and a dessert too which almost stayed in the delivery car but he realised within a minute and rang the doorbell again.

Place an order at 17.20 today and was told 45/50 minutes, phoned up again at 18.30 to be told that I only Placed the order 1/2 hr ago, when it eventually arrived it was stone cold, 19.00 hrs, absolutely disgusted with their attitude and was told ,don't call again then hung up, be warned people...

Lovely food delivered in good time

Ordered at 20:00 said delivery would be 20:40 - 21:00, it turned up at 21:15, food was cold, but the prawn cocktail was hot, as it was stored on top of the curry!! Can't understand that. Curry was lovely as always just cold.

With our regular Indian having closed recently, we thought we would try this place out, as they’re the only Indian restaurant in the town! We arrived at an empty restaurant, greeted and shown to a table. Ordered drinks and poppadoms which were fine. Main course arrives - portions are small, and fairly tasteless. We had finished our main course for about 20 minutes (with knives and forks closed on our plates), and we had to tell them we were finished with our meal. We had to ask for more drinks (most places usually offer more when they can see you’re almost at the end of your drink)! They took plates away and brought out some hot wipes. The hot wipes were then left on the table for a good 20 minutes, and when they walked past the table, they looked and went to walk away again, leaving the wipes there. We had to ask for a dessert menu (usually this menu would be offered at the same time as the wipes being placed on the table). We ordered desserts for our children and requested floater coffees for ourselves. The coffees took about 15 minutes to arrive (by this time there was only one other table in there!) Service was extremely slow, we had to prompt them for everything and the food was disappointing and bland. You would think with them being the last remaining Indian restaurant in the town that they would make the most of it, but we won’t be returning.

So after 5 and half months in Thailand I really fancied a English style Indian ,so off I go to little MAGNA,as I walk in it is deadly silence ,the only sounds I could here was one the staff eating some food at one of the tables,he sound like a animal in a farm,I ask for a table for one and a waiter points at a table and grunts there,same waiter grunts drinks,lime and soda please,takes 10 minutes to come,same waiter throws a menu on the table,I give grunty my order,he looks really put out that I wanted some popadoms,I get my popadoms,and before I have got half way thru my popadoms,grunty throws my 1st course on the table,in all the 147 countries I have visited I do not think I have had such a sad experience,the food was,7 out of 10,I was in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 in January which is a crazy city,but one of the great things of visiting Bangladesh is the service in restaurants and how friendly the people are,I hope the owner reads this,he should be ashamed of himself ,the staff are just plain rude,

I’ve only put alright for delivery because we got the wrong order but it was resolved quickly.
