The best restaurants in South East

Very good food. Wine very expensive for average Chianti. This Italian restaurant in Old Windsor serves good food but the wine is unjustifiably expensive

Food and service were above excellent. Thankyou. Massaman curry was delicious. Chicken satay just right. Salt and pepper squid tasty. Yrs would come again.

My dad, 62 years of age, came down to see me for the weekend and wasn't allowed in the premises because he didn't have ID!!! This is bang out of order!!! Older people do not carry ID and was definitely not under age!!! This ruined our night because our friends were in the venue and we couldn't come in to have a drink, something needs to be done about this, I know there's policy's in place but not letting a 62 year old in due to not having ID is ridiculous!!!

Chantelle was the best Waitress ever! Recommended the best drinks nothing to sour! Amazing conversation really really hard working, she didn’t make us wait at all - all of our food came very quickly everyone was amazing! The churros and blue lagoon was to die for!!! Amazing amazing amazing! Would 10000/10 come back here for the vibes and how lovely it is genuinely in here!!

We went in for The Monday bank holiday , the atmosphere was lovely. Had a nice selections of wines. The manager was really lovely and amazing he made sure we were happy as we went there with our Little ones too. Food was tasty loved my lamb skewers and the custard pie oh my days to die for.

I tried beef wellington for the first time at this restaurant. I thought it was excellent. Service was also great and a pleasant atmosphere. My fiancé and I recommend it.

Great burgers, great service, great atmosphere! The Rusty Bicycle was a welcoming and cosy respite from the pouring rain, helping us warm up and fuel up during our travels.

We were travelling from Poole to East Grinstead and needed lunch somewhere, so we booked The Fox. We had no idea what to expect, so it was a surprise to find a pub that does really good food- much, much better than your average pub. I had herb crusted cod with polenta and my wife had Brie and garlic risotto with a glass of French Chardonnay; all delicious. I would highly recommend this pub to one and all.

Very busy, bit of a hiccup with dessert

Went with friends, ordered the banquet and was not disappointed. Plenty of great food, well cooked, friendly attentive staff, despite it being busy. Great fun! And the waitress was right, the spicy margarita was splendid 😀.

Highly recommended, especially after an energetic bike ride. Lovely place and equally great food and hospitality. Definitely visiting again.
