Came to celebrate my birthday and there’s a reason we’re always coming back Beat service, VJ was fantastic

I was the only customer at that time of the day. Ambience was lovely and Victoria made sure I was well looked after.

We had an amazing afternoon on Thursday, with yummy cocktails and lovely food and to top it all we had wonderful service from victoria, really lovely lady and so friendly. Thank you once again and we will look forward to coming back.

My Wife is from the Caribbean so I suggested we visit Turtle Bay in Guildford. It was definitely worth the drive as we live near Ascot. Our waitress was Ciara, very helpful in all areas. We will visit again soon and experience more from that tasty menu

Ciara was amazing the entire time! So patient and offered us loads of recommendations. Needs a pay increase, she truly was 10/10 !!!!!!! Food was top service and drinks were so quick on service. We love turtle Ciara!!!

Was well looking forward to this especially after seeing the reviews, maybe was a bad night, not enough staff just kids running it, who hadn’t been trained properly, our waiter was a nice bloke just not a good waiter. no lager on draught, bottles were room temperature - no manager, I got served 2 drinks in 1hr 50 which was annoying as wife was driving. food was cold, shame as it looked good but was sitting on the pass for ages. All in all a very bad meal won’t be back.

Kyan was fantastic and really made us feel at home from being friendly to suggesting preferences for us to try.

Lovely place as usual, food was a little bit cold out of the kitchen but service was excellent, Kyan is very polite and ready to help, his attitude is one that brightens the atmosphere. All in all, definitely coming back again.

Vicky and Callum were amazing. We came for my birthday they had the best service they were so nice and prompt and we had a great time.

If I could give 0 stars I would I have never been treated so badly in my life they cut 20 minutes off are bottomless we came on a bottomless the lady who first served us was lovely after we had a younge man who was very rude to us and continued to create a problem as they was closing and wanted us to leave! I have been to many bottomless brunches and never been treated so badly I would avoid!

Got served by Kyan in Guildford Turtle Bay this eve - what an absolute legend. Handled service incredibly and was so attentive even though the place was HEAVING, the staff was short and the queue outside was mental. Saw to us continuously throughout the evening, gave us his suggestions (even on the non alcoholic cocktails), had a laugh with us and overall brought impeccable vibes. Great night.

Kyan, our server, was amazing! It was absolutely packed and they were clearly under staffed but he handled it so well, and still provided the best service! I don't know how he managed to keep serving us so quickly with the number of other people he was serving, and he smiled the entire time! Kyan is a legend.

Wiki was our waitress for the afternoon and she was very attentive and kind and made the experience really great! - Callum was our bartender and the drinks were fantastic, and he made our bottomless experience really worth while, before we got the the bottom of our drink we already had the next one so it was definitely worth it! The service was amazing, I will definitely be visiting again soon and hope to see them both again as they were the best!! Thank you wiki and Callum!!

I love Caribbean food and this place has it. Loads to choose from with lots of little nibbles and wide selection of delicious mains. A good choice of drink and cocktails too. Have to try it if you haven't.

Sexy sexy sexy Bottomless Brunch today for a special occasion. Amazing food, loved the yardbird and waitress very accommodating for my changes. Drinks were amazing as always loved the one love. Incredible everything. Amazing food from Omkar and the team, seafood bowl delightful and a tasteful flatbread. Drinks incredible, Callum and Jack sorting us out and making sure we were kept happy. But most importantly Aaliyah was the heart and soul of our brunch, treating us with such care, making sure we were looked after and taken care of. 100% would recommend her and the site. Will definitely be back again ❤️
