We went to turtle bay mid day of a Friday and the service way every quick and the staff very friendly. They even provided desert and sang happy birthday for my mums 60th birthday! Very pleased with Francesco service very kind and happy man!

Great experience, bit slow with drink service but cocktails were great and staff were friendly and we got to play dominoes such fun !!

Very poor service, not very attentive. We had to wait to do anything for a really long time as there was barely anyone in the eyesight. Food and drinks pretty decent so that’s a plus. The service really put us off so probably won’t come back.

Went with my partner for lunch Saturday just gone, really lovely food put together very well - starters, mains and puddings were all fab. Maahi, our waitress, was super helpful and kind - we moved tables halfway through to be outside which caused a little confusion at the bar with a drinks order (we were there at a very busy point so it made sense). She sorted it all out though, most grateful 😊

We popped in last night for a few cocktails on a work reunion. Francesco was a fantastic host, his team were upbeat, friendly and happy to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even the door staff were a good laugh. All in all a great place to enjoy a range of cocktails and beers. Thanks for a great night. 👌🏻

I sat outside today in the lovely weather! Besides the food being very good, I was VERY impressed with the hospitality and service. Maahi was here and she did such an amazing job, she looked after the area so well. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made the experience much better!

Great place for young people. My food got mixed up twice. I would recommend investing in new table and chairs and add additional toilets. Overall - great for some, although not for me.

nice food however not impressed that they failed to mention two for one cocktails do not apply to non alcholic ones and they did not mention that cheese fries extra £1! had to ask for theatre menu as this is not offered unless you ask for it and the website link for this did not work! they failed to email back on the facebook page 3 times about this! very noisy restaurant and the could do with turning the music down a notch or two so we could hear ourselves speak!

Poor experience, service slow, staff disinterested and music loud. Won't recommend this restaurant, food ok but waited a long time to be served. White wine warm.

Absolutely disgusted with treatment in this Turtle Bay. My husband booked a table for 6pm as our anniversary treat, arrived ordered drinks and food, starters arrived and they were lovely! I went out to vape, out of respect for other diner's I went outside the normal smoking area/front of the restaurant. When entering turtle bay again, I had to walk around some large barrels and other patrons. As i got to our table, our second round of drinks had just arrived, I was approached by a member of security who informed us that we had to leave. After asking why, he informed us that I had 'stumbled' when coming in and he thought I had had 'enough to drink' and we had to leave. all this whilst we were waiting for our our mains to arrive. I have never been so embarrassed!! my husband payed our outstanding bill for what we had had (drinks and starters) and left. I did not stumble, nor had had had 'too much to drink', and after went onto another establishment to continue our anniversary celebrations! has absolutely put me off returning, which is a shame as Turtle Bay is one of my favourite spots to dine. In future maybe reconsider advertising 2'4'1 cocktails and bottomless brunches if you expect patrons to be stone cold sober! Will definatly not be returning in future

My friend and I came for bottomless brunch, the food was amazing and the cocktails were some of the best I’ve had. We were served by Flo, who was really friendly and quick with each round of our drinks.
