I have booked the third floor for a private event (wedding party) for May '24, we paid our deposit and suddenly the restaurant closed without being contacted directly to let us know this will happen and to give us our money back, neither to be aware that we will have to find another place for our wedding party! We keep sending emails to head quarters and no answer. YOU STOLE FROM US. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Great vibe for celebrations, lovely cocktails

Booked a table for New Year’s Eve, in early for food and drinks. Left the table at 9.30 due to later booking, the table was still empty at 10.15 so enquired if we could use it, was told yes as the half hour holding time had gone, we were then rudely asked to move when ‘ joes mates’ turned up, not an issue but his attitude and lack of respect was. I hope this business thrives and grows with the preferential treatment of ‘Joes friends ’, I, family and friends certainly will not be back. Bar staff were great though.

Brilliant place for some live salsa music and dance. Great atmosphere, nice cocktails, can't wait to go again 😀

Delays in food almost caused us to miss the pantomime at Christmas. Don't book here if you've booked a theatre play to see afterwards. Food was excellent though.

A girlies meet up before Christmas and we were lucky enough to have Jarrod serve us later in our get together. He was very apologetic for the service we had when we first arrived and took over our orders. We will definitely be back and hope we will be luck night to have Jarrod attend our table

We have a regular girlie brunch date and this is our second time here. Really good as always but Jarrod made sure we had more cocktails since the service wasn’t the usual. Highly recommended and we have always been looked after. If you want to make sure you get value for money this is the place to go and the premium option is worth it for the cocktails!

Had a fabulous time! Couldn’t think of a better place to have our staff party……/.we are St Mary’s we’re top of the league.

Great variety of drinks, great atmosphere and the dj on Saturday night was playing some really good tunes. Perfect way to spend a Saturday eve Xmas party

We came here for a works Christmas do on Saturday. There were 20 of us. The food was supposed to be brought out at 7.30, it came at 9pm. The starter of prawns was ok, the main of cajun roast chicken with a chorizo sausage etc was awful! I wish I had taken a picture of it! Most people didn't eat their dessert as they had given up waiting. The wait for drinks was long! Not blaming the staff it wasn't their fault, I think they were embarrassed though. If you are going to advertise a Xmas night out, you should have the food ready at least and make abit more of an effort! On a positive note, the band playing were good and saved a disastrous night for us! The manager has promised refunds, we will see.

For a center of town venue it felt quite safe. Air con could have been better in the dance floor area, otherwise a good atmosphere.

Had a nice range of rum based drinks and the staff were fine (doing their jobs I guess). The upstairs was a club which didn't really suit us and downstairs was a live band and, I'm sorry, but the singer wasn't great and it made it hard to listen to so we left after one drink.

If you’re going for drinks then this can be a really fun place however I went with a group of friends for a meal and the food was appalling , ordered the sunshine bowl which just tasted like vinegar and my friend who ordered the Caesar salad had the same issue. Also we were sat in raised seating which is near a strip of stage lights and very regularly the lights would be directly shining into our eyes in bright colours which made it impossible to even see the people in front of me and left me with a bad headache after leaving! The staff were lovely however our server didn’t really check in on us and we had to ask other members of floor staff for more drinks ect. Honestly would not go again

OK, good range of cocktails...but no toilet paper....

Came for a club Xmas meal paying best part of £30 for a small plate of buffet drivel. Absolutely appalling. My 10 year old could cook better food. Also ran out of beer. It was so bad they laid on some free drinks to try and placate a clearly unhappy crowd. But really too little too late. Shocking, avoid like the plague. If you want to see what dining is like in a communist state then by all means try revolution de Cuba. Otherwise you'd be far better off just shredding a few ten pound notes and staying at home.

Great service, drinks came quickly and server, Simao, was very professional and frequently asked if we needed anything. Burgers were slightly on the dryer side but with the continuous drinks it wasn't a problem.

Simao was an excellent service employee. We sat for a bottomless brunch and he was so effective in providing us with our drinks and food that he made us feel like our money was well spent than wasted. Highly recommend

Brilliant service ! Came here for a birthday bottomless brunch and the staff here were brilliant ! So quick with serving our drinks and super attentive so we got as much it of our time as possible ! (Even a bit over our time too with a couple extra rounds ! Fave server ever ! Didn’t catch his name so can’t name drop :( ) Such a kind and accommodating feeling. Even got shots for the table for our birthday girl on the house ! Would absolutely recommend !! Definite moneys worth. Had such a good time. Thank you for a lovely day ! Made it special xxx

Robbie gave us the best cocktail masterclass for my best friends birthday. He was informative, fun, classy and explained every ingredient to us as well as the heritage of the bar as well as the background behind Havana sponsoring the bar and made our experience a 100/10. Robbie is an absolute asset to your team - don’t ever lose him :)

The place was virtually empty on a Friday night. There was no atmosphere!

We were waiting 45min at the table (we booked in the restaurant area). We got an eye contact with multiple members of staff, all of them ignored us. Finally we managed to stop a waiter (?) who was just wandering around the restaurant and ignored us several times before. He was very unhappy that he had to take an order. Food was very underwhelming. Burrito had no taste at all, filled with white boiled rice, no spices, no flavours. Tapas not exciting too. We asked for a second round of drinks. A lady said she will send someone. Nobody bother to take this order, we were waiting half an hour, totally ignored. I'm a meanwhile staff had great time laughing behind the bar and chatting, or doing something on their phones. We paid and left. AVOID!!!

Very lively restaurant with good choice of food and wide range of cocktails. We went on a Saturday night and just before we left a band started up. Wouldn't go there on a romantic evening, it's just too noisy in there for that.

The cocktails are amazing. I have to recommend the strawberry margarita by Mads🥃🥂🍺. The appetisers are also delicious.

Fantastic place and fantastic atmosphere. The Tuto tribe group is absolutely amazing!!

We were really looking forward to our visit here for tapas and cocktails but we couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food took nearly an hour to come out and when it did we wished we hadn’t bothered! Most of the dishes were over cooked (or probably over-microwaved!). The chicken was rubbery, the halloumi was burnt and hard and some of the patatas bravas tasted raw. We were given one measly little slice of sour dough bread with the prawns and that was hard and cold. We were offered a free cocktail before the food even came out, to make up for the wait but I’m afraid that didn’t compensate for how bad the food was. I 100% would not recommend this as a place to eat. Sorry guys but seriously not good enough!

This was also part of nieces hen do abd I think the floor was isolated for that use, the service was goof, the kitchen also made us nachos and cheese, even tho it was closing. Only down side the floor we were on (top) not good for wheelchair users or for those with trouble walking. No lifts, at least I didn't see them, but then didn't ask either

A bartender named Rob made excellent, top quality cocktails and took care of us all night, with a smile. I loved the personality when served. Would come again as I felt welcomed and comfortable in the bar.

We had never been here before and were given a Virgin Experience as a present. We didn’t know what to expect. What a fabulous time we had. We were given a lovely welcome and the waiter gave us comprehensive information about what we could have....

I spotted this restaurant while on a bus from the airport to the Southampton bus station. We took a Bolt (like Uber) to the downtown area from our hotel and decided to give the restaurant a try for lunch. We were not disappointed. Being Puerto Rican, I'm always looking for Caribbean style restaurants. We ordered three small dishes and side dishes of plantains so we could enjoy a little variety. The food was great. The host was very nice and friendly. It was just us in the place at the time, but the setting was relaxed with good music. Definitely recommend.

We had dinner here tonight, food and drinks were nice and service was good but the music was way too loud in the eating area. You either have to shout or stare at each other, very difficult to have a conversation. Sadly we will not return because of this.

First time going here, definitely won't be the last! Loved it.

Been there couple of times now and I really like this place. Good music, not too crowdy and prices are reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Place is nicely done and clean. My friends love to come here so I shall start to visit more.

Service, foods and drinks are excellent. They also serve non-alcoholic drinks which is good for non-drinkers. People are accommodating especially Mads and Maya for the exceptional service they provide. Foods are also fantastic and served on time.

We were at a team build and we Robbie as the cocktail master.. Teaching us how to make cocktails.. He is very chilled and relaxed but teachings group of women he held his own.. Hats off too him.. He is awesome, very knowledgeable.

I went to here for a late afternoon meal with my mum and my daughter for my birthday and we had a brilliant time! The decor was beautiful, very hip. The food was lovely (could have eaten the whole menu) and most of all the service was outstanding! We were served by Holly the entire time and never felt like trouble asking for an extra set of cutlery or advice on the menu. She even created this beautiful sparkler set, these days I go for soft drinks but this was absolutely beautiful I had to have a shot, and it was lovely! Will be coming back :)special thanks to Holly with a nod to the rest of the Cuba staff also :)

Amazing food and fantastic drink selection, it's a rum specific bar but even as a tequila lover the selection was vastly accommodating for the lover of all spirt types, put simply if you like or want to try Cuban cuisine this is the way to go. Do it! 100/10 Bonus points for LGBT friendly.

I've popped in here a few times for lunch. Really enjoy the tapas. Beautifully designed with a chilled vibe during the day. The staff are absolutely lovely. If I lived closer I would definitely have dinner and drinks there.
