I am not happy I have ordered seafood pizza from your shop twice in the space of a week and both times yous have waited until I got to shop to tell me yous have no seafood and I have had to wait three days for the money to be returned and also accepted the delivery when you have to check what we have ordered first before accepting an order

Out of the 5 or so times I’ve ordered from them, the last two times the chicken has been undercooked and pink. Not worth the hassle, use just eat, pick someone else. Seen a lot of other complaints about the food there. Unreliable.

Food was amazing, long wait but they were extremely busy, they did get my order wrong however seeing how busy they were i wasnt too annoyed!

Came here after my friend told me about the homemade chips and lovely quality of food and it did not disappoint! Home made onion rings are fantastic too and parmo was amazing. If the food is always this good we will be returning.

little bit disappointed with standard of food this time...pizza is always very nice ...chicken kebabs very nice... however the chicken parmo was disgusting hard on edges and the texture of the chicken was like straw ....and usually the chips are nice but this time every chip was bruised and bad black and green and totally burnt just not acceptable guys need to improve on a few areas ..not good when u spend £30 +

Ordered the Farm Yard pizza and it came with mustard on which is not stated on the menu. I dont like mustard and therefore couldnt eat it and I was starving.

Chips were horrible warmed up chip shop chips. Not the normal homemade ones. That’s the only reason I order from here. Disappointed

parmo is the best i've had, pizza crust is very thin but still tasty, handled a refund within minutes as they had no ice cream, used to order from tasty bites but will be coming here from now on

Fantastic service, some of our order was missing but the staff were fantastic and dealt with it straight away.

Got home, Parmo was freezing and some chips uncooked

food was lovely, was ready for me collecting. 1 thing missing but staff couldn’t of been anymore helpful and got it delivered as soon as they could. Definitely will be ordering again.

Food is really nice from this place, they just keep forgetting things. maybe they are too busy, but this time no garlic which made the kebab very dry and spoilt the treat of a takeaway. it was clearly requested in the comments box. we have been using elsewhere for this very reason and keep popping back, but not sure if we will again.

Place is really clean and customer service is great, the wraps and pizzas are amazing all freshly made and put through a conveyor oven, really nice

We were told that our order would be ready to collect at 20.20, my partner set off to collect it and at 20.30 the restaurant called to say there was a problem and our order hadn't been cooked yet. They explained they were busy and had a back log, however they had confirmed collection for 20.20. They also recorded that the order was collected at 20.20 however we didn't actually collect it until 20.50. The food itself was lovely but service was unacceptable.

I am very pleased with my order I will be ordering here every time I don't fancy doing the washing up this takeaway is a credit to take out no Greece at all and premium quality in food and service highly recommend my only complaint is I was too full up to finish :) 5*

Food was too greasy especially mozzarella sticks. Salad was only lettuce and coleslaw. Not enough belcham sauce in Parmesan

The chips are real chips, the pizzas are thin crust authentic Italian pizzas and there was enough food in the 4 person meal deal to feed 4 adults and three under 10's - with some left over! I'll certainly be ordering from them again!

Great service all round. I made a mistake on the just eat app and after a quick phone call they sorted the problem and kept me up to date. Food was lovely! Pizza was nice, wasn't dripping in grease like many other takeaway shops. Also got the mozzarella sticks which I was shocked at appearance but pleasantly surprised by how nice they were, a little sickly if you ate to many but over all we're amazing as well as the proper onion rings! Not frozen actual proper onion rings! All round great food, will definitely return.

Moved into area. Chose The Pizza Guys because of high reviews. Beautiful pizzas. Delicious crispy bases. Tasty tomato sauce. Toppings plentiful. Garlic bread was highlight. Definitely order again.

6/6 stars the Parmesan was gorgeous and pizza was delicious they did forget our dips and drinks but when I rang the man on the phone was very kind and apologetic and they sent them out to me and my partner straight away I haven't got one bad word to say about the place l absolutely lovely food fast delivery time.

I ordered a 16 inch London pizza. What turned up an hour and a half later was a cold, 12 inch margarita pizza that tasted like it had been pulled out of a supermarket freezer and placed in a 16 inch box for effect. An absolute disgrace

It's a good job the food was nice, cause it was 1 hour late! Parmo box was completely destroyed when it arrived. It was soggy and had a hole in off where it was wet and things were put on top of box. Gutted cause I'd heard so many good things about the place!!

Delivery time and driver spot on but quality just wasn't there for first time ever which was a real shame. chips were poor pizza was Overdone and slightly burnt in one side. I love your stone baked pizzas but this was too much. donner Parmo was very chewy and the bechmel very funny. overall just a bad day at the office. Will still cone back cos best pizza and Parmo in town but got a bad one today :(

Unreal food once again! Pizza was amazing. Not gonna knock stars off as everything was spot on but again we commented to have no coleslaw in the 3 portions of salad & again it was covered with coleslaw :(

Food was ok but was 25 minutes late and line was constantly engaged. When the order came it was incorrect (Half Parmo instead of Full) - although they did come back to deliver the Full Parmo later this is not ideal.

Delivery was incredibly fast and staff were lovely as always however the wraps were just warm at best with very little actual Parmo in them and absolutely no bachamel or cheese , salad however was lovely . We order from here ALOT and always have fabulous service and food and Patmos are usually best in town however you get them but unfortunately on this rare occasion the food was not what was expected . Hoping it's a one off

Normally my favourite pizza shop! Tonight the pizza was soggy and full of grease. The kebab meat on top of the pizza was the last scruffy burnt bits..

Really great tasting food and the staff were very friendly, polite and apologetic when I complained. Unfortunately, both times I've ordered now a) the food has been completely stone cold and b) items have been missing from the order. It's quite irritating to have your food delivered and then have to microwave it straight away and wait another half hour for your other items to arrive. It would be the best pizza in Hartlepool otherwise. I can only assume they are understaffed and very busy and this is why food is cold/mistakes are always made.

A little disappointed with this order unfortunately. This restaurant doesn't have the option for Garlic etc on Just Eat for kebabs and wraps. So I put it in the messages part and sadly none turned up with the delivery. Result was a dry mixed kebab. I know if I rang they would send one as they have previously made mistakes and done that. However, it was an hour for delivery and getting late. Please try and get it right first time and maybe add the option for sauces to just eat.

Service was great, on the full parmo it could of done with been a bit bigger as ordered 1 half parmo and 1 full and between the 2 there wasnt much difference in size, other than size the quality was there nice tasting parmos and the kebab was the best 5* quality food but make full parmos a silght bit bigger, will deffo order again as quality is the best around

Food was 30 mins late so took 1 hr 40 for 1 pizza and 1 Parmo. Food was cold. Had a total of 12 chips with my Parmo and hardly any cheese on the pizza. When I rang to see where the food was (after 20 mins late) they told me it was out and they were busy but couldn't tell me how much longer it would be. Tried this place for first time but won't be ordering again

Pizza tasteless and not very hot, very dissatisfied. Chips absolutely horrible, arrived squashed and lakf cooked wouldn't order again

They did not get my order correct 3 times they had to send someone out so I didn't get my meal with my family!! Will not be ordering again. Food was basic, salad was pathetic! A few dropping lettuce leaves with a bit of red coleslaw. I was so annoyed as I had heard good reviews and did not order from my usual take away due to a recommendation! Never again.

My 2 burgers in double cheese were well over cooked n dry. They r however normally mint n I wil order agen jst hope burgers r nice n juicy🍔🍟🍕

Me and my partner have been going here for about a year now and will not go anywhere else. The food is always delivered piping hot, within half an hour of order and the driver sometimes has a bit of craic with us at the door too.

Food was lovely but we didn't get what we ordered, ordered 2 10" pizzas , received a 12" and a 10" and the 10" didn't have on what we had picked. Ordered 2 tubs of garlic and only received one. When tried to ring the shop to rectify this, couldn't get through. It was all tasty but just didn't want to eat someone else's order if there was a mix up. Just bad organisation
