Ordered a 3 meat mixed kebab. Food was delivered to Premier within 35mins and was hot fresh and very nice kebab, meats all good! Helpful Driver too 👍

best kebab I've had in a long time in Banbury. well done 🫶🏼 it was my first time but I'm sure it wasn't the last.

wrong items delivered. and clamed no change but Conveniently had an exta drink instead of my change. now costing £1.90 when drinks are £1.20 drinks was warm not happy.

Ordered 2 Wraps and didn't realise they come completely deconstructed. Had to make them ourselves from the containers of salad, chicken, sauce ect. a real faff and would expect them already made up for 9£ a wrap. a bit annoying when trying to look after a newborn.

Normally the salads are great but if you ask for coleslaw and get potato salad, it isn’t what you ordered. There’s no point asking for a replacement when you need it immediately for a meal but if you don’t have what I ordered, why not just call me and I can choose from other options. Disappointing.

superb meat, kofta could have been a bit spicier, but still good quality. Chicken and lamb skewers nicely seasoned. Plenty of grilled veg, and a big salad pot too. Speedy delivery, so everything was nice and hot too.

Driver made no attempts to find property or provide clear information about where they were. Food was stone cold by the time I walked to find the driver at separate address.

doner kebab in a burger bun doesn't work.i ordered a pitta bread . meat was not brilliant either.

I order food from here very often, but this time the fried chicken was very disappointing. There was 6 pieces of chicken, but the quality was very poor. Big pieces, which is great, but the chicken wasn't cutted properly. Many bones were broken, and I found many small bone splinter, which was very dangerous when we ate them. I never had this problem before, and probably I won't order fried chicken from here anymore.

Food was cold, I ordered a vegetarian pizza and I got just cheese, very disappointed this time, usually top marks 10/10. Did request a full refund on order but not sure what is happening

very poor delivery service, delivery lad lost his temper down the phone and then I was laughed at by his "friend" in the car for pointing out his terrible customer service. some serious attitude problems that need addressing as they were very rude and arrogant. the food itself is never an issue it's always the two young lads that deliver. reflects poorly on the business.

Asked for curly fries. Got straight homophonic fries instead. Gutted...

I am a regular at this establishment, I always have ordered the southern fried chicken and it has never let me down. I really recommend this shop and if you are ever visiting Banbury please make sure you speak to Mohsin or Faoyed and they will be more than happy to look after you.

Absolutely disgusting. Extremely salty, oily pizza like a curry poured in it. Perfect to get a blood pressure spiked to the roof. I had to take a medicine after eating a chicken fillet burger. Kids threw up after eating one bite of a pizza

Im abit fussy when it comes to kebabs, usually in most kebab places you get a measly portion of overcooked, tasteless rubber, but this was absolutely stunning quality, Probably the best kebab meat in Banbury, and the portion size was unreal, definitely ordering again.

Food portions used to be above average. Now it suddenly drastically reduced. Only a few pieces of chicken shish and kofte kebab only two pieces, absolute joke for a regular size 12 pounds. They filled up the box with loads of salad to make up for the meat. Wouldn’t order again!

Was missing two pieces of chicken but these guys are usually spot on and top class. Have submitted for a refund for the missing chicken

Ordered my extra large doner kebab and it arrived in about 15mins. My food was nice and hot. The salad was lovely and fresh as well. I've never had a bad meal from Fat Jack's and can recommend.

Large doner meat and chips was 85% chips 15% doner meat and the doner wrap I ordered wasn’t fully wrapped and leaked so much grease I could of filled a can of coke. Definitely not the best order from fat jacks

I went into the shop has I was waiting for my bus I asked for kebab donner wrap with extra salad they charged me 14,95 for a donner wrap there was no salad even though I asked for extra salad and the meat smelt like cows dung it was has stale has a tramps underpants would never go back here alls there interested in is ripping people off

Ordered the chicken meal box !! Food was great what we had but missing drinks and donuts which was included in deal .rang them and they said it would be sent out !! But sadly still waiting 24 hours later !!!

Ordered large doner meat and chips. Fast delivery as usual and the kebab and chips was delicious. What I love about Fat Jack's the most is they always deliver when they say they will or early and food is piping hot. When I opened my kebab box and put my hand in to start putting the meat on a plate I had to get a folk as it was so hot still.

Very disappointing meal especially given the price! Jacket potato with prawns was absolutely awful - literally a potato with some cheap plain prawns (not in a mayo or a sauce at all) dumped on top - and there were hardly any of them when I'd paid for 3 toppings worth! Lamb shish 'special' had very few pieces of lamb and was floating in oil. Chips were undercooked and soggy. Definitely won't be ordering again from here ☹️
