Best chicken in Banbury. I always order fried chicken from here it is always fresh. It’s like it’s only just been cooked. Far better than KFC.

Chicken nice, fries too, garlic sauce really good, salads fresh but too much lettuce could me more something else ! missing drink !!!!

We love ordering from here, the food is always so hot & fresh. Cannot fault it. The toasted chicken wraps are always so juicy & never dry or oily. Definitely worth the money. Would 100% prefer to spend money here over McDonald’s or kfc.

This is the first time I’ve not enjoyed the food from here and I’m gutted as this was always my favourite kebab place. The chicken was bad quality and so under cooked. I couldn’t eat it, the chips were freezing had to reheat in the air fryer. The food fell through the bottom of the bag on my door step where it had been poorly packed the oils leaked out from the kebab box and ripped the bag (not the delivery fuys fault at all and he kept apologising) luckily the food stayed in its box.

Very disappointed with what I received. I ordered chicken spring rolls and it was totally different from the last time I tried them. There should be consistency if they want people to order. After this time I'll be the last time ordering.

I ordered a Crispy cheesy wrap, not what I expected. It wasn't crispy or cheesy enough. Highly disappointing. I don't think I got what I ordered, if you had to changed items then I should have been told. I expected the correct order, or was that too difficult

Best chicken shish I have had in a very long time, Oreo waffle was also delicious. Fast, friendly delivery and food was piping hot.

my food wasn't delivered to me even tho it's saying it have been. when phone up asked for where it is we told it's been delivered to wrong address. so when I asked for my money back they hung up on me. will never use you again.

Absolutely delicious! Best pizza in Banbury! I think you should try making a bolognaise pizza! They make them up north and they were my fav but no pizza shop makes them down here.

Really speedy delivery tonight. However, you should slow down to make sure the order is correct. You gave me chicken nuggets instead of onion rings and no pita bread.

Order a salad bar order 3 loads of ham but hardly any It was mostly onion a potato salad when only order one load of them so disappointed

I ordered chicken but lamb was delivered instead. But I called them and they apologised and delivered the correct order in 10 minutes. I have ordered many times from fat Jack's and I will order again.

I called a couple of times last weekend to inform you of finding a piece of ceramic tile in our salad. I haven't heard back from you since, nor have I heard back from Just Eat. I certainly expected a courtesy email or call and a credit. Over to you

Never normally have any issues from here, but today the food arrived just under an hour after it had left and therefore everything was cold.

The meats were cold. But did taste ok. The salad was ok, but were soaked with a lot of water.

Ordered a 3 meat mixed kebab. Food was delivered to Premier within 35mins and was hot fresh and very nice kebab, meats all good! Helpful Driver too 👍

I hadn't put in my address for delivery, instead i had put in their own address. Rang up and explained, man on the phone was extremely helpful. Excellent service and great food!!!

Garlic bread pizza was over cooked and dry. Kebab had only about 8 pieces of meat (it was meant to be a belly buster), and the meat was dry and chewy. The chips were nice with a good amount of cheese, but that was the only positive thing about this order. I was disappointed with what I received considering how much I'd paid.

I love Fat Jacks doner kebabs. Ordered the xl this time. Absolute ton of kebab meat. Still got half the meat which i'll have for lunch today. The doner meat is lovely, thin cut with no visible fat (like some). Food arrived fast and piping hot.

food was lovely. however we were missing a pitta bread for one of the kebabs, and we ordered two extra pittas, and they were also missing. the rest was great quality as usual.

Took forever to collect our order!

The chicken burger was nice but the fries are very dry and bland as well as the wings. Wings taste weird like old chicken and the batter sticks to the container it comes in so half of it rips off and gets stuck. Barely any sauce on the wings as well.
