Very friendly staff I ordered just before 11pm and food was ready very quickly and delicious

Good food , delivered on time but I think delivery is a bit expensive

I ordered chicken but lamb was delivered instead. But I called them and they apologised and delivered the correct order in 10 minutes. I have ordered many times from fat Jack's and I will order again.

Order a salad bar order 3 loads of ham but hardly any It was mostly onion a potato salad when only order one load of them so disappointed

I called a couple of times last weekend to inform you of finding a piece of ceramic tile in our salad. I haven't heard back from you since, nor have I heard back from Just Eat. I certainly expected a courtesy email or call and a credit. Over to you

Never normally have any issues from here, but today the food arrived just under an hour after it had left and therefore everything was cold.

The meats were cold. But did taste ok. The salad was ok, but were soaked with a lot of water.

Ordered a 3 meat mixed kebab. Food was delivered to Premier within 35mins and was hot fresh and very nice kebab, meats all good! Helpful Driver too 👍

I hadn't put in my address for delivery, instead i had put in their own address. Rang up and explained, man on the phone was extremely helpful. Excellent service and great food!!!

Garlic bread pizza was over cooked and dry. Kebab had only about 8 pieces of meat (it was meant to be a belly buster), and the meat was dry and chewy. The chips were nice with a good amount of cheese, but that was the only positive thing about this order. I was disappointed with what I received considering how much I'd paid.

I love Fat Jacks doner kebabs. Ordered the xl this time. Absolute ton of kebab meat. Still got half the meat which i'll have for lunch today. The doner meat is lovely, thin cut with no visible fat (like some). Food arrived fast and piping hot.

Took forever to collect our order!

The chicken burger was nice but the fries are very dry and bland as well as the wings. Wings taste weird like old chicken and the batter sticks to the container it comes in so half of it rips off and gets stuck. Barely any sauce on the wings as well.

wrong items delivered. and clamed no change but Conveniently had an exta drink instead of my change. now costing £1.90 when drinks are £1.20 drinks was warm not happy.

Ordered 2 Wraps and didn't realise they come completely deconstructed. Had to make them ourselves from the containers of salad, chicken, sauce ect. a real faff and would expect them already made up for 9£ a wrap. a bit annoying when trying to look after a newborn.

Normally the salads are great but if you ask for coleslaw and get potato salad, it isn’t what you ordered. There’s no point asking for a replacement when you need it immediately for a meal but if you don’t have what I ordered, why not just call me and I can choose from other options. Disappointing.

superb meat, kofta could have been a bit spicier, but still good quality. Chicken and lamb skewers nicely seasoned. Plenty of grilled veg, and a big salad pot too. Speedy delivery, so everything was nice and hot too.

I order food from here very often, but this time the fried chicken was very disappointing. There was 6 pieces of chicken, but the quality was very poor. Big pieces, which is great, but the chicken wasn't cutted properly. Many bones were broken, and I found many small bone splinter, which was very dangerous when we ate them. I never had this problem before, and probably I won't order fried chicken from here anymore.

Food was cold, I ordered a vegetarian pizza and I got just cheese, very disappointed this time, usually top marks 10/10. Did request a full refund on order but not sure what is happening

very poor delivery service, delivery lad lost his temper down the phone and then I was laughed at by his "friend" in the car for pointing out his terrible customer service. some serious attitude problems that need addressing as they were very rude and arrogant. the food itself is never an issue it's always the two young lads that deliver. reflects poorly on the business.

Asked for curly fries. Got straight homophonic fries instead. Gutted...

I am a regular at this establishment, I always have ordered the southern fried chicken and it has never let me down. I really recommend this shop and if you are ever visiting Banbury please make sure you speak to Mohsin or Faoyed and they will be more than happy to look after you.

Absolutely disgusting. Extremely salty, oily pizza like a curry poured in it. Perfect to get a blood pressure spiked to the roof. I had to take a medicine after eating a chicken fillet burger. Kids threw up after eating one bite of a pizza
