I am a regular at this establishment, I always have ordered the southern fried chicken and it has never let me down. I really recommend this shop and if you are ever visiting Banbury please make sure you speak to Mohsin or Faoyed and they will be more than happy to look after you.

Absolutely disgusting. Extremely salty, oily pizza like a curry poured in it. Perfect to get a blood pressure spiked to the roof. I had to take a medicine after eating a chicken fillet burger. Kids threw up after eating one bite of a pizza

I went into the shop has I was waiting for my bus I asked for kebab donner wrap with extra salad they charged me 14,95 for a donner wrap there was no salad even though I asked for extra salad and the meat smelt like cows dung it was has stale has a tramps underpants would never go back here alls there interested in is ripping people off

I am a superfan for years. Their signature fried chicken is juicy, crispy and always full of flavour. Their pizza is incredibly tasty, my favourite is their own fat jacks special pizza that sends me to heaven (add stuffed crust for that phooarr moment). And did you see their dessert selection? It's definitely worth trying. This place is incredible, fantastic customer service, humble owners and high quality food in my opinion.

I had an order of mixed kebab and chips with a side of hot wings from Fat Jacks. Food arrived on time, piping hot and fresh and the prices are humane. It isn't the best I have had but it really did satisfy all my expectations towards ordering a late night kebab on a weekday. Portion of kebab was huge aswell, too much for me to handle to be honest. Every special request was followed and the whole order was neatly packed. Only thing that could be better is the chips. They were just mediocre, but not bad either. Overall very positive experience. I would recommend it.

Not the best kebab meat in Banbury. Very big portion though. Had a mixed meat and chips. The chips were under the mass of kebab meat and by the time it arrived they were completely drenched in kebab grease. Very prompt delivery time.

Food arrived completely wrong, lamb was not cooked, even thou the takeaway replaced food we were turned off by the previous delivery

Very disappointing experience. My husband and I ordered this evening a rap with a side of wedges and a jacket potato. An hour and a half later when the order didn’t arrive we gave them a call to be put on hold for 20 mins because their order hasn’t even been put through even tho the money came out. After long negotiations the order was delivered by a rude person asking for proof over proof even if we had receipts, email confirmation and other proof. We paid for a side order of potatoes that they didn’t even deliver, a rap and a jacket potato with the wrong toppings. 2 hours later and our order is incomplete. Thank you fat jacks

The double and the jing chicken burger. OmG id rate better than the kfc fillet and the king Tripple is probably cheaper than the KFC fillet as there prices seemed to have rocketed. Well done fatjacks. Value for money there.

I usually get a donner or fried chicken which would warrant a 4⭐ as they're usually perfectly acceptable. Tonight I thought I'd push the boat out and treat myself to a shish for which I'd only go 2⭐, hence the 3 rating The shish lamb didn't taste like it had been freshly cooked, despite the wait. It was very tough and chewy and a couple of pieces were pure gristle. Most got thrown away. In future, I'll stick to Donner's or fried chicken.

Genuinely hilarious operation. Waiting for the items i ordered and witnessed a street fight between 2 delivery drivers. No idea what the outcome was but 5/5 entertainment while i was waiting for my order to get served up. Never felt threatened, and the food I got seemed boom. Love it!

Got 2 burger meals. 1 1/4 with cheese and salad.....salad was a little wet but nothing I couldn't handle. 🙂 2 veggy burger with lettuce enjoyed very much absolutely love this brand of veggy burger. Chips are all lovely and fine...could be a little crisper for me 🙂 Always happy with the cold drinks 😃 Ordered through there website which is easy to use and got it all delivered in brilliant time. Tasty food for the family. Will order again.
