We had a spur of the moment lunch with our daughter. Waitress was fantastic from start to finish, food was delicious and price was on point. We spoke to the manager to get the waitresses name but to my shame I have forgotten it. Thank you guys for a wicked experience

Good family restaurant in the centre of Bicester. Plenty of seating and good service. Food is okay but drinks were a bit expensive, but that is the same everywhere now. Had nice time. Would recommend as somewhere to try.

We arrived at 4 pm the waiter didn't offer the lunch menu even though the lunch menu ends at 5 pm. Our choice meals were part of the lunch meal but the waiter failed to inform us that. I only realised when I had a quick look at their website. So our meals were very small as they were part of the lunch meal but we paid full price for the meal. So I wouldn't go back there or recommend this restaurant.

Great food. Nice feel to it inside. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The one thing I hate is this 10% service charge on bills. We are not America! If the service is good then people would tip regardless.

waiting staff were very nice and polite! , had the philly cheese steak and it was tiny very small portion more like a club sandwich bar snack than a main , had to visit another restaurant after for a main meal

Spaghetti Bolognese was really sweet salad was pretty good but the atmosphere was pretty average room was empty and the spaghetti again was just sweet and runny and just too watery without sauce

We were a little concerned when the lad greeting us seemed lost and a little unprofessional. However, we needn't have worried as the service ran perfectly after that point. The food was really good as well. I'm sure we'll be back.

Relaxed atmosphere, good value, no pressured service. Really enjoyed our pre cinema meal.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a little dog with us and had no problems with this, The food was so good and as two of the group of five were vegetarian,as we are from Norwich and will return if in the area, we went to a local pub the next night and wish we went back, If you can keep up the good work we'll be back 🍽️ 😁💖

Extremely dissatisfied with my delivery order from Wildwood. As per the photos, the food arrived completely mangled, with the toppings having slid off. Had been looking forward to trying the pizzas for a while and this happened.

Service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff team and we were served promptly and warmly. The vegan lasagne was incredible (if only it was a larger portion!). Torta della Nonna made for a very scrummy dessert.

Bland food, unfortunately not worth the time, definitely not worth the money!

The staff coped amazingly well with several large groups of customers on a busy Saturday night. Food was of a very good standard and very well presented with an excellent selection including gluten free and vegan options. The staff were polite and friendly. All in all a good evening out.

Honestly excellent, and the young staff are so lovely and professional. Food was brilliant, and some taken for takeaway was still perfect the next day. Hope to come back here soon.

Had a weekend away and decided to get take away dinner in. I ordered The chicken burger, trad spaghetti and penne arriabata ( spelt incorrectly) with 2 garlic breads and squid. Lovely dinner , nicely presented. Good portions . Tasty food!!

Good service and decent food... it was a good place to have a long lunch on a Saturday and was quiet enough to hear everyone talking. A mix of families, younger and older was good to see. The food itself was good and could have been even better. The rosemary and garlic focaccia was a pizza rather than a chewy, moist hunk of soft, flavoured, airy bread. Olives were good and the calamari was also a little dry. Pizza was competent, lasagna was ok and heavy. Cobb salad was heavy on leaves and the spag bol looked a little grey. The penne arabbiata was good and spicy! Sticky toffee pudding was also heavy, however, the cookie and cream cheesecake (vegan) was exceptionally good and the Tuscan lemon custard tart was light and sharp...really good too. Overall good and fair value for 3 courses with non-alcoholic drinks.

Great amount of food for the price they have in their menus. The risotto and pizza were all a delicacy. I was amazed and flabbergasted by the exquisite flavors they managed to achieve. The light meal was a perfect amount of food with great value for money and very delightful. We had sticky toffee pudding with custard. Despite it not being very sticky, it had an amazing flavor that just melted in your mind. Overall, the food was, as Mr. Beard from Leeds would say, delicious.

Had meal there on 11August birthday treat .Was so so disappointed as I love Italian food. Staff were pleasant but we had spaghetti bolognese which was tasteless and can't believe how the chef could serve it up . I am aware the dish can vary but they all should taste Italian

Lovely meal out and service was great, attentive but not feeling rushed. Food was wonderful, tasted so fresh. Would recommend the clam pasta and lemon tart.

A lot of options available here with high quality services and food. I ordered margarita pizza and Mix sauce chicken pasta . Both are delicious. some meals are Halal. Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. Place very clean . Prices are reasonable.

The staff made my grandmother's birthday meal a great celebration. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Very good restaurant.

Very poor service from the kitchen service on the basis of a basic menu but took over two hours to see the food.

Very slow service over 2 hours for pizza and the place was not even busy would avoid at all costs!!! Poor communication throughout

The place was packed after we turned up without a booking on Father's Day, but they were able to squeeze us in without fuss. Food was great, as was the service, however, whilst on this occasion we were happy to pay it, I'm not sure tips should be automatically added on. Whilst they did point out we didn't have to pay it, we're not like our transatlantic neighbours and can and will calculate and add if deemed appropriate!

The food here is great, there's a wide range of options to chose from so definitely something for everyone and many dishes are unique- which you wouldn't be able to get elsewhere. There service is good, we had Robert who did a smashing job and really just added to a nice dining experience. I would recommend the mushroom aranchi as they were to die for as well as the goats cheese pasta!

The best tasting thing I had here was the glass of tap water I requested at the end of my meal. The lovely people of this big village probably don't go out alot. Hence the many stars. My cheese burger tasted like cardboard. Chips had too much salt, and what was served as a mocktail is literally a mock. I will never return

Travelled to Bicester for a little break away from daily life, walked past the wildwood and it looked good from the outside. It was a very quiet considering it was a Friday night. The food was nothing better than a basic pub weatherspoons grub, ordered an antipasti starter and the olives were missing, the rib eye steak that I had was very gristly and falling apart into pieces did not look appealing at all, for the price that it is, its not worth it at all. The service was shocking, considering there was 3 waitresses and a manager on the floor and only 4 tables sat in the whole restaurant, the waitresses were too busy gathering chatting in the bar than looking after their guests that sat there with empty glasses like ourselves, even when the waitress came to collect the starter plates she did not offer to order any drinks clearly seeing empty glasses and bottle sat on the edge of the table that she leaned over to get the dirty plates, as she started to walk away we asked if we could get more drinks and she looked annoyed at that request. The service charge of 10% was also added automatically on the bill. All in all an awful place that has ruined our evening and would never recommend this place to anybody in fact I would tell everyone how disgusting it is instead! Even when we left no goodbye or farewell just look the other direction and ignore. £82 for 2 people and nothing better than the local pub is a bit steep!

Unfortunately food is bad .Never had such terrible seafood linguine also steak straight from the freezer .2 main meals lemonade and coffe 50£ can’t be real for such low standards.Gave 2 stars as Polish lady there was super nice and tried her best

Beautiful restaurant, menu had amazing choice especially lots of options for veggies. The food itself was delicious and fresh. The artisan pizzas were insane! Service was amazing. Really friendly and attentive staff. Overall a fantastic night out with my family. I recommend highly.

We had an amazing time!! I booked for our Wedding anniversary and we were so surprised. Our first time there and We felt like royalty!! Had in to consideration our request, decorated the table and welcome us with Prosecco!! Honestly unbelievable!! Thank you so much!! Food was delicious!! Pizza, lasagna and desert all really tasty. We had to wait a little, but of course I guess that's normal on Saturday and with full restaurant!

Family lunch. Son and daughter-in-law used to love the vegan burger. Sadly this is no longer on the menu. Have seen you response - and yes, we saw the mushroom burger on the menu. It is NOT vegan as it has mozzarella cheese in it!!!

I've visited Wildwood a number of times, the food has always been lovely and the staff are very friendly. The lunchtime deal is fantastic value.

Nice restaurant, friendly employees and food nice. Portion sizes were different for each person, especially with the risotto. But not a reason not to visit, more of a point to mention as some of the group had very small portions and not worth the money.

Always rated wildwood in Suffolk at 2 different restaurants, but the last minute booking on a Saturday evening by calling, I couldn't book online as showed as fully booked. Already good service. Had a lovely meal and very reasonable price.

I'm wondering why I've not visited this restaurant sooner, having lived 3 years in Bicester. Visited for a quick dinner after movies and it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere is modern yet cosy and the staff/service was great. The restaurant serves Italian plus roasts. We had some mocktails combined with seafood linguini and bolognase. The pricing is very good and the quality of food was very good. Highly recommended.

A 2nd disappointment Thought we would give this place a 2nd Chance. We booked for Valentines day but early 4pm table. We turned up on time and seem like the staff did not know we were coming. All fine we thought but the manager seemed not very welcoming. We not to find the valentines menu ourselves as the table didnt seem to have these. Food was good but service poor. The staff mostly seemed to ignore us and were cleansing the floors. We were surprised this wasnt done before opening. Towards the end of our meal the tables were laid with red roses and red decorations for valentines meals. Again why wasnt this done before we arrived as we had no such nice table display. We were left feeling unwelcome. When we went to pay we were asked if it was ok. I said yes ok. The manager seemed surprised. We asked for the service charge to be removed then realised they had over charged us too. Food good Service poor. We will not return

Really good food but we were seated at the only 2 seat table in the whole restaurant, near the door and right by the staff service are so felt like we were in the way and with folk going out to smoke, we were in the cold draft. The lighting on this side of the restaurant was non existent so felt like we were eating in the dark. I did ask when we got there for a different table but I was told they didn't have any other tables for 2 people, which became obvious as time went by was rubbish as I saw 3 couples seated at other tables as the night went on. Upon receiving the bill the optional service charge of 10% was applied with out asking first so watch out for this sneaky trick! It was removed when I ask but optional is their favour is wrong especially for 2 people.

The staff were super friendly, excellent customer service. Loved the leather sofas, as they were super comfy.

Went out for a work team meal. Nice atmosphere and clean and modern deco. Friendly staff with quick service. All 6 of us enjoyed the food and it was really tasty

Usually quite good but today not the best. Ordered through deliveroo. The pizza was cold when it arrived and had mistakes which meant I couldn't actually eat it due to dietary needs. I phoned and was offered a refund for the price of the pizza through deliveroo but no alternatives offered as it was by this time late and they said their takeaway orders had closed. I ordered the gf vegan primavera pizza with added chorizo due to being GF and LF. Received a pizza with no chorizo and with regular cheese.

The food was tasty and as ordered. Service was slow but friendly. The restaurant was very quiet but plenty of space and nice and clean.

Lovely, family friendly quaint little place that hosted us as a large party today and served us well with only minor hiccups. Staff were friendly and welcoming, happy to help and kept us comfortable throughout. Food was very good, although the steak was quite fatty so couldn't eat it all (although cooked very well!). Prices are reasonable and an accurate reflection of the service, atmosphere and quality that you experience. Room is quite spacious, there is a range of seating types and is wheelchair friendly (including facilities).

Had a works Christmas lunch here. Lovely food and friendly staff.

The Carbonara is bad. It's not a real Carbonara.... More a creamy pepper sauce

We came to WildWood in Bicester for a Christmas party. Bearing in mind we pre-booked, paid a deposit and pre ordered, we had a number of meals that were missed, gluten free meals were ignored, food was either raw or overcooked and the Managers response was to offer a bottle of prosecco that none of us were drinking. This is my first and last time visiting this restaurant.

I'm very disappointed with my take away ( through Uber)As i ordered a kids breaded turkey for my little girl, which is one year and 4 months only. The food was extremely hot. Too spicy for a child. She starts to drowning up and crying. This is unacceptable. You can't cook spicy food for kids. That's why we have options for kids menu. Though is safe for them. Where is the food safety? This is very risky. Even myself couldn't eat that. I called them and the answer was: Oh sory for that and she asked the chef what happened. He said that he cooked the breaded turkey in the same batter that they do calamari and other spicy food. How does it comes 🤔 😳 You can't take risk when it's about kids. I think this is my first complain ever, as i don't like to do this. But this was to much. And better to let other people know about this. Don't get through same experience that I.

Thats the only restaurant in Bicester with decent food and great service. Tried few other places and always coming back to Wildwood. Lovely branch with amazing Christmas decor! We will try to come back again in this festive period!

Came here today for lunch with my partner and my son. We were the first ones to arrive. We really enjoy coming here as the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Food is always excellent. Myself and my partner both had the cheese burger. It was the best burger we've ever had! Everything was cooked to perfection. The chocolate brownie and cookie dough that my partner has were scrummy! Champagne was good too😅. Highly recommend coming here. Its the only place in town that sell decent food!😊

Popped in here whilst staying in lodge about 20 mins away. We were looking for something different to standard chains and took chance. Needless to say we were very impressed. The atmosphere was great, with pretty much every table full and Latino music playing. Service was quick and food was not only tasty but portions were large. Would definitely return as plenty on the menu to try.

Tried this place a few months ago friendly staff. I love the anti pasta to share however gone from the menu hopefully it will come back! Food always tastes fresh and staff always happy to answer any questions even with fussy eaters!

Visited the place with a group of friends. We all had artisan pizzas and cocktails. Both cocktails and pizzas were tasty and of good quality. Later on we had some puddings to finish our visit. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Bicester.

Not as loud or busy as other places in Bicester. Let downs for me was the salmon was overcooked and the Tiramisu was expensive for what it was.

The food is fresh, hot and tastes just right. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, perfect for families, where friends can chat and gather.

First visit to Wildwood and it was all very realxed. Childrens menu was great and good portion of Spagetti for a 6 year old. Adults had a range of food and all enjoyed. I had the Steak and it was delicious. Thanks. We will be back.
