The food was excellent, we tried something different this time and were not disappointed. The service was brilliant, the waitress, Ola, and the chef provided our meals and drinks In super quick time. Ola also ensured that we were comfortable with the temperature. Many thanks, we will continue to be regular customers.

Service from Libby was exceptional. Both Libby and her manager were very accommodating and friendly during our meal. Yet again, our food was lovely, fresh and hot.

Just all wrong. We were the only 2 people in restaurant. The server/ manager?? Spent all of the time with his phone stuck to his ear outside. Creamy mushroom starter….. well, nothing creamy about it. Ordered drinks, asked for more and the chap forgot. Asked for chilli oil, chap forgot. Paid extra for chilli’s, got 5 🤣 had rosemary on my pizza??? Not on description and I hate rosemary, hubby had basil leaves on his, not on description! Not a great experience and won’t be back

Our waitress was excellent. She did everything to make the experience pleasant. The other lady that helped when we had an issue was lovely when our gluten free nephew received the wrong thing. She sorted it out in a very caring way. The food could have been better though

Lovely attentive staff, lovely food

Libby was fantastic, the service was quick and food delicious. Challenged Libby to rock paper scissors for 2for1 desserts and it made the evening really fun. She was so happy and really lifted the mood. Defo coming back, cannot fault our experience.

Ordered the chicken parmigiana with a side of chilli cheese fries. Don’t let the picture deceive you the fries portion is quite large ideal for sharing. Chicken and pasta were well seasoned. Would recommended

Nice surroundings and lovely staff. The food is good and good value.

Staff absolutely run off there feet, very polite and friendly and apologetic but food took 90 minutes to come out, then starters and mains together, all luke warm, my gluten free pasta had congealed and lumped together before arriving at the table. Toppings scarce on pizzas. Next time you run a promotion make sure you have staffing in the kitchen and stock to back up orders. Didn't help having deliveroo either!

Very busy due to 99p promotion but really good just one hiccup with a side dish. Staff worked really hard

Love this place usually, however wasn’t allowed to place the full order and had to wait to add desserts after we’d eaten. When drinks arrived, they were plonked on the table infront of the wrong people as quickly as possible. Food was lush as per except the spaghetti having 50% stuck together. I would have mentioned It to the staff, but when they came to check on us, we were 80% through the meal so it was pointless. I usually leave a tip for servers but wasn’t allowed to pay cash and then also having eyes rolled at us for both wanting to pay- staff need to smile and care more.

First time visiting the restaurant, for lunch, and we were given a warm welcome by the charming Spanish staff member (apologies that I cannot remember her name). She looked after us so well and we could see how much care she gave to each customer who visited. She fully deserves the 5 star rating that we have given her. Well done, senorita!! Unfortunately, the food was bland. We found our pasta dishes to be very average and not worth the £15.95 charged. Such a pity after such wonderful service from staff member.

Service was a tad slow. Atmosphere was good with the inside sitting area full but the tables were too close to each other! Otherwise all good.

Excellent food excellent service Ola served us and extremely good she made sure our plates were hot so food did not get cold. Restaurant should always serve food on hot plates should not have to ask. That's my only gripe in all your Restaurants, plates are cold unless one makes a request like we do.

Very good experience - mainly down to the lovely staff! We were served most of the time by Ola who was exceptional in all respects - very helpful, very friendly and very good at her job. all the other staff who we encountered were also very friendly. Food was reasonable and came out quite quickly and for a business meeting it was nice and relaxed.

A big shout out to Libby, our server, who was rushed off her feet. Such a shame that we ate at 2.30 on a 1pm table booking - Prezzo, your staff are doing their best against the odds. Definitely more staff required to improve customer service and satisfaction. The food was good when it finally came along but we were more than disappointed with the wait despite being kept up to date by Libby.

Will not be going back soon. Went out with friends after work on a Wednesday, were relatively quiet yet ordering drinks took longer than it should have as did everything else. Orders were initially taken wrong so after coming back to clarify the meals one of the starters were still incorrect. No proper apology despite by the other dishes getting cold before the correct dish was even brought out. Had to get our own spoons for desserts as after waiting around 5 minutes there was no sign of a waiter. Overall food was decent but service was lacking.

Will not be rushing back here, the service was very slow at best. Took 20 minutes before an order was taken and then the manager had to come back as he had written the order down incorrectly. The drinks were brought over to the table, 2 drinks just served in a can, 1 drink was spilt over the menu and the table. When we asked for tap water for the table, it was brought over in plastic glasses. When the starters finally came out 1 of them was completely wrong, no apology and then quite a long wait for the correct starter to be brought out. The clearing away of the starters and bringing out the mains seemed to go on for a very long time. However once the food did arrive it was actually quite tasty. Desserts and coffee also took a long time to come out, with no cutlery which we had to get ourselves from the bar. It took over 2.5 hours for 4 of us to have a meal, the service was so slow and shocking and the restaurant was not even busy.

Very disappointing visit here with some colleagues. The waiter/manager took our order and had to come back to check as he had written it down incorrectly. The drinks took ages to arrive. The starters came but one of them was wrong so we had to wait for the correct thing to be brought by which time the others were going cold. No real apology. The mains were fine but again took a long time to come. Had desserts but no spoons, had to fetch them ourselves. Had coffee at the end which was not great. Had to wait a very long time to get someone's attention for the bill. All in all, the food was okay, but the service was dreadful. Won't be returning.

We ordered take out and the food was late and cold. The driver waited for 40 minutes at the restaurant and my husband got food poisoning after he ate what he ordered.

Such a pleasure to be made welcome and have an excellent meal. Ola served us, I requested that the plates would be hot and she very kindly made sure this was so. The Bolognese I had was really good my husband had Carbonara which was equally as good but he did say he would have liked a little more sauce , it did not spoil his meal though. Will certainly go back. Such a pleasant member of staff too. She was quite busy but took the time to make us feel very welcome. Prezzo should be very happy with quality of staff.

Good food and service, however prices are now too high for what it is.

It was our first and last time in a Prezzo restaurant, we went on Valentine's night we had a reservation, we took hours in line until we could sit down and when this happened we had no service even for a drink. We spent 45 minutes just waiting for someone to notice us there and guess... We left without any service.

We came here for Valentine’s Day to have a lovely meal. However the service was god awful. We waited Two hours to receive our mains and they somehow managed to serve us our desserts first. It was utterly ridiculous and not one waiter told us that there was a backlog of any sort. It is Valentine’s Day you know it will be busy but for anyone to wait two hours for their food is insanity. For how long it took the food was subpar. Will not be coming here again and I advise others to not go as well.

Difficult to rate as turned up and didn’t even get a drink order taken after sitting for an hour. Most of the staff were stood around on their phones or looking bored. As we walked out we did advise that it might be a good idea to stop seating customers and focus on those that were still waiting for drink/food orders to be taken. Staff claimed they were unaware. Not to be rude but the lady in the red dress was pretty useless at her job. Would not recommend

Friendly staff, a great place to eat with family and an efficient service.

Upsetting to say the least. My partner booked it for valentines had stayed in Bicester all day waiting for dinner. Get there 20 mins wait for the table which I understand it’s busy but then sat down and we were left for 20 mins and no one came we even left because the 2 tables next to us warned us that they had been waiting for was to long. Even walked past all the staff who had just sat us and no apology or anything. Coming from a hospitality back ground just upsetting that it felt like let’s sit as many people as possible and make money rather than. Could have just let everyone know we are short staffed and the food is coming out slower. Would have been a way to save the meal. Would love to hear back what you will be doing next valentines.

this was an awful experience. we were sat waiting for 2 hours just for our main meals to come out and to top it off they were not good. the waiters were not friendly and unpolite and treated us as if we were in the way. won’t be returning.

I'm a self employed delivery Driver and sub contract to a few major delivery partners. We pick and choose our orders and yet again a let down from Prezzo. Turned up, the door makes a slamming noise so you would think a member of staff would come promptly. Instead I'm stood at the door for 5 min while staff walk around and chat. When what I can only believe as one of the managers comes over I said I was just going I've been waiting 5 min. He replied " not possible " ... ummm excuse me, yes I was. So I will no longer be collecting from here by any delivery partners. Mind you no idea where food is kept as always get calls about cold food. It was already cold when I picked it up.

Food wasn't hot and was low quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was okay, but we had to move because our first chairs weren't clean. This place needs a big overhaul to be considered a reputable & quality restaurant. Wouldn't go again.

Pretty awful to be honest. The restaurant was understaffed so we waited an hour for our starter and a further 50 minutes for main. The starter was decent enough but the mains were poor. The pizza was absolutely covered in cheese with hardly any tomato and my fiancée’s spaghetti bolognaise was watery and tasteless. At no point did the staff ask if we wanted refills of drinks or if our meals were ok. My cheesecake was quite good but my fiancées chocolate fudge cake was dry and hard, lacking the salted caramel sauce it said it had. I used to love Prezzo but I think they’ve really gone downhill. They also took a long time to clear our plates. Spend more money on staff and chefs Prezzo. Won’t be returning.

Worst experience in Bicester, not coming back just because of that European manager he was so rude to us and I have seen him how he treated the deliver driver as well, beautiful place nice food but bad behaviour not coming back again.

Thoroughly disappointed, went for a NYE meal, and waited 30 minutes to be seen. Then another 40 minutes for starter and one came cold. Then a following 40 minutes for main, the calzone was undercooked and partly cold, and the pasta was undercooked. The service wasn’t the best, and felt rather ignored by staff, and when we told them about the food, the manager said she would see what she could do, then left us for another 30 minutes. Another member of staff then gave us the bill and we told her about the conversation we had with the manager, she then got her and we were given 25% off the whole bill, which didn’t even cover the cost of one main. Very unhappy altogether.

Sean was outstanding and make all the difference with his smile, interaction, knowledge and professionalism. He is a gem.

Fries were soggy and unseasoned. My pizza had a bit missing from the middle of it. Hardly any sauce and toppings. Paid extra for rocket topping and three rocket leaves arrived. Size of the pizzas was disappointingly small. Ridiculously bad experience for the price we paid.

The worst tasting and prepared meal so called Italian I have ever tasted. Bland watery and tasteless pasta and sauce. Overcooked Chicken Milanese, burnt crumb coating . Uninspiring presentation obviously prepared by someone who has no passion for the job as a chief. Slow and inattentive service.

Ola was amazing. She was the only staff member on the floor and she was friendly and informative. She worked really hard to ensure all customers were looked after.

Fast service. Ice tea drink a little too sweet. Pizza good but add tomato sauce on it. The pasta and salmon taste way too strong... too bad. Overall good restaurant.

First time in a Prezzo, the service was the best thing, the food was cold in the middle, and even after sending one plate back it then returned burnt. Hidden with grated cheese. Not impressed.

Had some food with 2 of my children. Food was great and service was good too. I was disappointed because the offer for half term "kids eat free, one childs free meal with one paying adult" wasn't applied to my bill because "I didn't have a special code" or something.. the waitress was very nice and it obviously wasn't her fault, this is more a dig at the full chain as nowhere did I see it state that a special code is needed to redeem this offer when advertised online.

We came in with a large group, food was fantastic and so was the service. Even though we were a large party we all got our food and drinks very promptly. Sean our server was brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful! We will definitely be back!

Went last night with some friends and was really impressed with everything. Served by a friendly chap called Sean, couldn’t be more helpful, a credit to the company. Our orders were taken, drinks arrived very quickly as did the food. The food was delicious, the 6 of us all really enjoyed what we had ordered. Based on last nights experience I would recommend giving this place a try,

Food was cold with only one person working the bar and serving avacado was hard and garlic bread was cold really a bad experience and not up to there usual standard really need a lot more staff also could smell sewage really disappointing visit this time

Had late lunch in here today, wasn't particularly busy, but service was really, really slow. Food was great, albeit expensive for what it is. Venue was dirty, felt a bit tired. Manager and staff all super polite, but woeful service really let it down. Wouldn’t return.

I took my two sons here, who can be very particular about their pizzas, and we all had a fabulous meal. The youngest (and fussiest) said it was the best pizza he's ever had. Excellent service, great food and will absolutely be going back, highly recommended 👍

The place looks impressive when you walk in and the staff were wonderful, but the quality of the food was poor. I had a lasagna with a side of house fries and both portions were on the small side and bland overall. The fries especially were of laughable quality - they were absolutely tiny and not worth anywhere near the £4.50 they were priced at. Won’t be going back.

A lovely place to eat. The food is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the lay out means you are not squished in and too close to other diners.

Nice atmosphere, attentive staff but food bland and bit tasteless. Garlic and cheese bread with no great flavor. Mushroom pizza which didn't excite and salad with the harder bits of lettuce. Sticky toffee pud which was just a microwaved cheap tasting thing you'd get in the cheap aisle in a supermarket. Very disappointing, won't go back.

I brought my 11year old daughter to bicester prezzo tonight as a special birthday treat. As soon as I wheeled her in the door we were greeted by a very smiley friendly gentleman. He clocked my daughter in a wheelchair and immediately asked her where she would be happy sitting and if she wanted to stay in her chair or if she wished to sit in the booth, this made her feel very welcomed. We were then greeted by another manager (luke) who clocked it was her birthday (she was wearing a badge) he wished her a happy birthday and had a little laugh and a joke with her and immediately offered us both drinks. He was incredibly patient with her whilst she decided. Once we had our drinks, another friendly smiley manager came to our table asking if we were ready to order. My daughter asked if they had spaghetti meatballs on the menu, he politely said we do, on the kids menu but if you'd like an adult size we can of course do this for you too. So accommodating. I wasn't sure what I wanted between 3 dishes so asked the gentleman and he suggested the seabass, he wasn't wrong at all, it was delicious and spot on for what I wanted. Later when my daughters dessert came out, Luke snuck off to the bar and placed a candle in the pudding, without embarrassing her too much he came over with it discreetly and let her blow it out. She was over the moon with this and the attention and service she got. When we left she turned to me and said that's the best services she's ever had. This completely melted my heart, she was one very happy little lady when we left the restaurant and I owe this to the 3 amazing gentlemen who served us today. Thank you all very much for ending her evening on a high.

Waited ten mins at the door before someone eventually came over and sat us down. Then waited twenty mins at the table no one came over, kids were hungry. Very poor service, felt like we were an inconvenience. We got up and left and went to McDonald's. Won't be setting foot in here again. I would have understood if they had said they were rushed off their feet but it wasn't even that busy. I can't even give a review for the food.

Booked 18th May 2024 for a party of 10 persons for our sons Charles 16th birthday with both sets of grandparents, great food, great service and a great evening had by all, as previous customers have already mentioned on here our Waiter “Luke” went above and beyond to ensure that it was a memorable evening for our birthday boy and really made it special for him, when bringing him his surprise Birthday Cake invited everyone to sing along with all our party, Luke is a credit to you, and great role model for any front of house staff to learn from, well done Prezzos! We all parked in Sainsburys car park and because we booked for 6/6.30pm the parking was free as all parking fees end at 7pm. If you want to book any earlier in the day just make sure that you don’t stay for more than 3 hours or you will receive a parking fine.👍🎂🌞👏🙌

We booked for a family meal, the service was awful , it was slow and clearly understaffed, both my starter and main were forgotten although the order read back to us, and was clearly rushed and couldn't enjoy it with the rest of my party. The manger was stressed and apologised but for the prices they charged not enough was done

the worst Italian food we've ever had.The king prawn pasta, hah, they were regular prawns. The chocolate cake didn't even taste like chocolate...disgusting. The parmesan cheese didn't look or taste like parmesan and the kalamari was bizarre. Service was good. The spaghetti bolanez tasted like it was out of a tin.

Luke was brilliant tonight, along with the rest of the staff ( which names i didn’t manage to catch). Food was amazing! will be coming back for sure!
