Our 1st time of eating here and the food was good. Delicious pizza & chicken wings. Only downside was that we had to wait 1.5hrs from ordering to delivery, which was quite a long time. But, when it was delivered the driver was really friendly and the food was hot and tasty. would use again.

It says it has been delivered but it hasn't and I am ot waiting for it to be delivered late this is just ridiculous how late can you make it? You have already said there was a deal so why not deliver it on time

I ordered food at 12 said it will be there at 12.30 , 12 30 then said 2pm I went down to collect it. I would like my delivery charge back . staff were really rude. I walked in he looked at me then turned around , I said excuse me explained I ordered on just eat he said its cooking no sorry nothing

Adeel and the guys at caprinhos do a fantastic job with some of the best pizzas in Banbury, always fresh and excellent customer service, they are also a huge part of the Banbury community helping out with fundraising, an all round amazing establishment, highly recommend 👍🏼

Food was delicious. Definitely better tasting pizzas here than many others. Service lacked a bit of enthusiasm but can’t really blame the only guy working there. Atmosphere was somewhat dim too. For great tasting pizzas this is your place. P.S. Parking can be hard to find before 5pm.

disappointed with the wrong order!!

we always order from this restaurant so this is really a shock. but I was told initially that my order would arrive between 7.25pm and 7.45pm... At 7.50pm I contacted through the app to be told it was running late and will be with me at 8.05pm. it arrived at 8.20pm, pretty much stone cold. the fries were inedible they were that cold. Really disappointed.

Tried multiple halal pizza options in town but Caprinos stands out. Recommended.

I’ve been on a mission to find the best pizza in Banbury & it was my first time trying the Asian mix now I know my favourite I will be making it more often & I still have the other pizzas to try from caprinos also I am still to try all the other amazing foods on menu

Ordered a pizza at 1 am told at the phone will be there around 1:30 called at 1:30 the guy on the phone said it’s out for delivery and it’ll be with you in 4 minutes. It’s 1:57 still didn’t received any thing. Pathetic service

Never received our order. Lied to every time we phoned.

Both pizzas burnt, sides where bland and dry

I ordered 2 large pizzas one was quite over cooked which made the pizza very dry and it was burnt around the edges I was disappointed as we eat from here often

Great place with perfect environment to eat

The delivery driver parked outside my house I went outside to ask if that was my order and the bag and milkshakes were all over the floor the obviously spilt them and didn’t want to tell us and they proceeded to drive up the street and chucked the milkshakes out on the top of my street because they obviously couldn’t salvage them and instead of a refund they decided to drive off! Leaving a mess of milkshake everywhere never will order from this disgusting place absolutely awful service

The delivery was quick but unfortunately the food was awful. It just tasted really weird. The fries were dry and stone cold. The pizza also stone cold and just disgusting. I can't eat it. Have applied for a refund through just eat.

Ordered a 12" thin crust pizza, got a 10" pizza with as little toppings as they could get away with. No better than a supermarket pizza. £7.99 wasted. Not going back here.

Really poor service ordered at 1pm today for delivery at 4.30pm as we are going out. Food arrives at 5pm!! What was the point of ordering in advance! Never ever again!

I am a regular customer. Ordering food for lunch from time to time. this particular time i chose to pay by cash. the delivery driver turned up without any change, being very rude, telling me its my fault for choosing to pay by cash. just poor attitude and rude behavior, swearing to me as he was leaving.

Had an order with caprinos but needed it to be vegan, unfortunately they were all out of vegan dough given it becoming popular for veganuary but Faz was very helpful in dealing with my order

My pepperoni deluxe with garlic & herb dips was spot on - perfect crust, generous toppings, and a flavour explosion from the dips. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and everything from the tables to the toilets was spotless. A perfect pizza pitstop in Banbury! Definitely will be back for sure to try more of their menu! Caprinos delivered at a price that won't break the bank too.

0 stars for delivery time .. My order 1:30 hours late . Then i call the restaurent and they can't even the pickup the call

NEVER AGAIN. This place is a joke. pizza ARRIVED COLD. Not surprised if was with the driver at 2040 and delivery time was set up at 2130-2150. So my pizza driving around Banbury for 50minutes. At least they are honest about the time that your pizza are ON THE WAY. it might’ve be tasty…if fresh. Not to mention they messed up with the sauces. Thanks guys You just lost a customer. NEVER AGAIN

Delivered quickly and the driver was lovely and friendly. However, the food wasn’t great. The chips were so dry they were unfortunately inedible. The pizzas tasted okay but the crusts were burnt on both of them. Somewhat of a disappointment so won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered online waiting over an hour rang them they said our order had been delivered we said no it hasn't they then rang us back and told us our order had been misplaced and would cook fresh and would be half an hour food turned up 40 mins later and chips not even cooked properly all soggy mozzarella sticks just warm...absolutely disgusting won't be ordering from them again

Really unprofessional delivery. Explicit instructions were provided, as we're staying in an Air BnB, but the driver drove down the driveway beeping the whole way and knocked on the owners door, ignoring the instructions we left.

Ordered the Caprinos special pizza but it didn’t have the beef or pepperoni on it, and the fries themselves were stale and barely warm. Was really underwhelming after waiting over an hour for it.
