Ordered a 12" thin crust pizza, got a 10" pizza with as little toppings as they could get away with. No better than a supermarket pizza. £7.99 wasted. Not going back here.

Had an order with caprinos but needed it to be vegan, unfortunately they were all out of vegan dough given it becoming popular for veganuary but Faz was very helpful in dealing with my order

My pepperoni deluxe with garlic & herb dips was spot on - perfect crust, generous toppings, and a flavour explosion from the dips. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and everything from the tables to the toilets was spotless. A perfect pizza pitstop in Banbury! Definitely will be back for sure to try more of their menu! Caprinos delivered at a price that won't break the bank too.

0 stars for delivery time .. My order 1:30 hours late . Then i call the restaurent and they can't even the pickup the call

Ordered online waiting over an hour rang them they said our order had been delivered we said no it hasn't they then rang us back and told us our order had been misplaced and would cook fresh and would be half an hour food turned up 40 mins later and chips not even cooked properly all soggy mozzarella sticks just warm...absolutely disgusting won't be ordering from them again

No issues with the place or staff. However the pizza was rather mediocre, a bit tasteless/flavourless and pricey comparing to other brand pizzerias around.

Always fresh, nice portion, fair price

Pizza tasted good, however it was missing a topping. The spinach. I paid over £12.00 for a 12 inch pizza, capricosa, which came in slightly smaller than expected for a 12 inch. It more like a 11 inch pizza! But that's okay. However, I was slightly dissappointed about the missing topping. I dont mind a missing topping, if I would have been offered an alternative topping as a replacement for the missing topping or a discount. Or just to be told the spinach wasnt available, or that topping wasnt available. Friendly staff though. Order num #R476O42513C575643

Really delicious pizza and on time delivery

I ordered a pizza from the Banbury brach yesterday and as well as not being thin crust as I had requested it and the actual crust being soaked in grease, it didn't contain the additional ingredient I included in the order and was charged for. I certainly will not be ordering from them ever again or recommend anyone to do so.

The pizza dough was soaked up in oil and grease and it was just disgusting. It tasted worse than a frozen pizza from a supermarket that I can buy for way less money. The size of the pizza ordered was not worth the money as it was pretty expensive for such a quality pizza. The place itself was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The smell was also horrible. I will not be returning to eat there.

Requested refund after 2 people hanging up on me after going to check where my order was (one that hadn’t even asked for any of my details), I was advised firstly it had arrived, then it was on the way. Ordered the family deal , took 1hr 45 mins , came cold , tasted like rubber , when they started where good value , now just trying to cut corners , tasted bland , greasy, shame started well but all the same the end , greedy!!!

Looks like pizza but taste absolutely disgusting 🤢,it’s been bake in greasy pans so dough is soaked with fat not even fresh but definitely old fat oil.It’s so heavy. Really bad practice of making pizza so bad way that Italians turns in their greaves. Normally l ordering from papa Johns but just want to try something different and here we are in pizza hell ! We have had a few takeaways from here and decided to get another for our saturday night take away as our daughters friend was staying and we actually prefere these to the main pizza chains out there , they are good value with great deals.last night unfortuanatly was a let down had 2 large pizzas and boh were very under cooked , the pizza base was very soggy we ate 4 slices from each pizza (4 of us).the bbq pizza (yes i know its in the title bbq) was revolting you could not taste anything other than bbq sauce it was absolutely smothered . Yet the garlic bread was great that was the best thing about it.will i use again ? Im not sure it has put me off . £35 to eat a couple of slices each , did not contact for a replacement as ee were not happy and could not wait for another delivery as it was getting late.yes i have sent them a message but no proper response from caprinos, just an general auto message.

Shocking behaviour by God knows who that called me from a mobile number COMPLAINING at me for complaining!! Scheduled an order for 6pm. It turned up at 6:40pm and burnt and inedible. When I called the shop they said it would be another 15 minutes and then hung up on me. I sent an enquiry message and got a phone call from some man stating that I could get 15% off my next order due to it being so late. I explained it was burnt and asked for a refund. He said he would get the shop to order a replacement as well as a free meal next time which I thought was good. However 45 minutes later the re-ordered pizza had not arrived. So I sent another message asking for an update. Again this man called me from a mobile number stating that I hadn’t asked for a new pizza… obviously I had as I couldn’t eat the burnt thing!! I then said I would just like a refund now and will not be ordering again and I sent an email clarifying I would like a refund and NOT store credit. An hour later, 9:20pm when I was in bed as I have work tomorrow as do most people, he called me AGAIN telling me off for complaining. He kept saying “what is the problem I have requested your refund” he was so rude I had to hang up on him. Two weeks later, still no refund and had to raise a dispute through my bank! Will literally never order with this company again and will be sharing it to anyone that will listen too. Sort yourself out and learn some customer service!!

Delicious pizza, dough is so good, usually you leave out the crust but at caprinos it's so fresh and yummy! My favourite pizzeria in Banbury.

Ordered online for delivery which said to expect delivery in 40 minutes. This was afternoon, midweek, so not a busy time of day. After a phone call to find what was was happening, the pizzas arrived, 1 hour 25 minutes after placing the order!!! AND one of the desserts was not what was ordered. Although not piping hot, the pizzas were tasty. The cheese bites seemed like they had been reheated after lunchtime, and as stated earlier, one dessert wasn't as expected. I had been warned not to use this company. Now I wish I had taken that advice. I doubt if I will use them again.

Order was late and the food is not worth the money compare with papa joe' s where they give you a proper NORMAL size pizza and a side , the side garlic bread is the size of what Caprinos give you as there pizza for the same money . NOT buying again from Caprinos thats for sure .

AVOID! I ordered from here on Wednesday lunchtime, not really a busy time. 90 minutes and 3 phone calls later the food never arrived. Each time I called they just said "the driver is there" well nope he wasn't!

Had a very solid late night pizza here. However the pizza was quite expensive for what was a fairly basic offering. The service was fast and friendly and I would return.

Caprinos Pizza Banbury is under New Management now and there is a huge difference in quality of food as well as service. I have ordered Asian Classic for delivery and was told that it will be delivered in 45 minutes max but it was originally delivered in 30 minutes (impressive & quick). And even for collection its good value of money. 18" pizza for collection is only for £13.99 & Its good for 4 people. I will definitely recomend that. Good Luck and keep it up 💯 .

We had a pizza delivery in lockdown. Delivery time was excellent. Pizza arrived fresh and hot and was very tasty.

This is the only place i will order pizza from in banbury as it is by far the best pizza in town! The hot wings are also really nice. I highly recommend eating here if you like good pizza! The price is good and service has always been good when ordering.

Weak customer service incorrect deliveries food was good

Ordered food from this restaurant in Banbury for delivery. The driver got lost as I tried my hardest to direct him to my location. I lost contact with driver, he then refused to answer the phone. I called the shop who were very rude, said I had given them the wrong post code, which I didn’t, they were not helpful and totally not interested. I asked for a refund and they put the phone down on me. Do not use this restaurant unless you want to be ripped off!!!!

Banbury branch absolutely rubbish advertising till 11pm ordered before 11 and they shut early and hung up on me!

Great Pizza ....only place for 18" pizza

When a new pizza place opened on the high street that was not one of the major chains it had to worth giving a go, so we ordered some pizzas online for delivery. A fifty minute wait was quoted and they took all of this and some. The food was hot when delivered, but otherwise disappointing. The thin-crust pizzas had heavy, doughy bases, and whatever sauce and toppings had been applied were completely overpowered by the thick layer of cheese, which I doubt was mozzarella. And, even with the online discount, it cost considerably more than recent similar orders from the majors. Sadly, I can't see us trying it again...

Out of the 3 times I've had pizza from this branch, twice it has been inedible. The staff are great, as is the location and brand (their Didcot branch never disappointed), but sadly the Banbury staff fail to be able to keep up any consistency; either it can be far too greasy or completely drowning in cheese. The pricing is great and the idea of an 18' pizza is too, however if it's inedible and has to be thrown in the bin then what really is the point? Sadly last night will have been the last time I ever go to caprinos here in Banbury .
