never got delivered but was marked delivered. two nights in a row. not sure if it's the app or the restaurant. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered

They were not very welcoming to me. Maybe a bad day? But that experience will be my last there. Thank you 🤨

Burger was so dry, the jalapeño poppers were a box of congealed mess and the chips were inedible.

food was poor quality for the outrageous price. the food came late and cold. everything was inedible and was thown away. £95 with deliver to throw in the trash. Waste your money on something else people. these people should be prosecuted. Robert with a a chance of food positioning.

Ordered at 6.30 and it arrived 8.30. Delivery driver sat in his car for 10mins and called me to say he wasn't getting out of his car because its raining which I was annoyed at because I paid £6 for delivery. The food was cold, chips were hard and kebab wasn't the nicest. The chicken was chewy and had abit of rubbery texture so to avoid food poisoning I wouldn't order from here again.

Too large a delivery area, 30-40 mins away from me, so food was cold. Food was great though so a real shame. Make area smaller or face poor reviews, shame for me but good for you... Beer was wrong too, ordered Peroni and got Bud (not a good trade!).

DONT ORDER! I have ordered here via uber eats spent £60+ on food and it never turned up after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes it is shocking and terrible service tried to call over 50 times however the call never went through, do not order

I ordered on Saturday night, they said it would be 45 minutes later than it was originally saying on the just eat app. I ordered at around 1:30 and didn’t get this until 03:45… by which point I’d fallen asleep. I had no calls to just update me of any delays between my order point and delivery. And iv still been charged £43. Shocking service.

Changed the delivery time after it stated delevered and then in total took over an hour to arrive and then was cold the chicken strips were basically chicken goujons and in I’m 100% honest it wasn’t nice at all really disappointed!!

The worst kebab I’ve ever had from there. Ordered with salad, garlic, mayo and chilli sauce and received just plain. Kebab come right down Hill. Won’t be going back.

The chips were cold and not cooked enough at all. The burger was underwhelming. The driver pulled onto the grass and mud at our house rather than onto the actual drive. I don't normally leave reviews like this but unfortunately this really hasn't been a great experience.

Food itself was cold, the driver didn’t knock, just put the food outside in the cold.

Delivery driver very hostile over phone - all the items were the wrong items for example hash brown on burger had been substituted for a beef burger ?! Will not be ordering again

From the time I ordered the food until I received it the overall time was over 3 hours. I knew I would have to wait 2 hours for the order but it was over an hour over the expected time and when arrived was stone cold and the order was also wrong as there was no rice to which I ordered and I had chicken nuggets that I didn’t even order.

Wrong beer’s delivered and the wrap was freeezing cold … I would normally be lenient but the order was £40 for £10 I at least expect the food to be kept warm….

i said to give me a call when outside, and i went down 20 mins after WITH NO CONTACT, and it was stuffed in a bush and it was freezing cold and half the way food was missing

Paid for cheese and never got it. Also ordered Doner meat and chips and got given chicken. Tasted really sad and neglected you can tell there was no seasoning and like it been sat under the heater all day. Really poor work be going ever again.

I ordered food at 2:30am and the estimated time of arrival was 3:20am, our food didn’t end up coming until 5am. We was asleep by this point and my mum was the one who got woken up to the doorbell ringing which she wasn’t happy about. The food was cold by the time it arrived. This is completely unacceptable due to the fact that we paid quite a lot of money for food we couldn’t even eat!!

Chicken doner I ordered came as chicken shish and lamb shish was awful! The meat was chewy and full of oil, smelling of oil that was used over and over again (I thought shish is grilled????) I will not be ordering again

I specifically called the restaurant before delivery to explain that they needed to deliver to a separate part of the property as we are staying in a holiday let next to private house. I was told the delivery driver would call me before so not to worry. The food was delivered to the main house, I waited outside for around 20 minutes from the expected delivery time, but was unaware the food had already been delivered, and no one called me at all!! The food was also being eaten by the owner of the main house and my son had less dinner than was ordered. The restaurant just kept telling me it had been delivered and at no point tried to help or resolve my query. I only found out my delivery had gone to the main house as I knocked and asked if they had it, which was very awkward. I eventually received the food, but it was cold and some had been eaten!!

I have put in a complaint with just eat. Food was cold, bland and not correct ( no salad on the kebab or sauce) . Late. And have been charged £29 delivery fee. This is not acceptable as this wasn't specified on the order. I live in bicester, so why is a takeaway on my list that is in banbury. Nothing on my restaurant list is more than 3miles away. I have been misled. I kindly request a full refund as the food was inedible. ( I still have the food in full as proof )

On time. I'm not sure why Banbury was showing up as a choice in Bicester as I wouldn't pay 22quid for delivery charges. Really disappointed and the food was cold and the chips were soggy and wet. Worse meal I've had.

I ordered from Chicken Delight through Uber tonight...and guess what...I got a message that I (me) called to cancel my order (which obviously I didnt!!!), and they charged me anyway....This was like 30 minutes before their closing time. So I guess they thought fxxx him...we're closing the place down, but lets take his money anyway. In my book thats called theft. I will never ever order from this place again.
