Went to Frankie & Bennies 1/2/25 received a reasonable arrival & seating time but on arrival was at asked to go to the bar & order drinks before seating. I found this annoying as its just a away of taking your money before you seat. Food wait time was reasonable but I ordered the Sirloin Steak Medium it came Medium rare & had not been rested as blood was all over the plate & wasn't that great. My wife order Lasagna we thought it might at least come with a salad or a garlic bread but that was it just a lasagna. My son had the classic chicken burger that was ok I guess as burgers go. Not once was we asked how the meal was any issues nothing. Sticky us on the table from the old Table numbers just left. Place feels tired worn still the same from when it first opened. If you want an ok meal then Frankie & Bennies will be ok. But that's it it's just ok. Wasn't happy to be asked to scan my phone with a Google card to leave a review this made me feel uncomfortable but heres my review. Sadly not ideal place would choose elsewhere its tired feels a bit dirty & old with lack of customer care & a little expensive for what you get.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Mateo was our server, and his customer service was outstanding. He took the time to engage with us, even speaking Spanish, which made us feel truly welcomed. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. Mateo was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, always asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. He offered dessert and was genuinely interested in our journey for the day. Made our visit even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

the wiater was incredible, and gave me a surprise brownie with a candle and sung me happy birthday. none of us asked he just did this off his own back, made my birthday really special. it was an amazing touch

Some food was cold. My kids burger was inedible and he would eat bogeys so that’s saying something.

Arrived at 1pm before the football, it was busy. We were told 30 mins for a table, true to their word, we were seated. Despite how busy it was the service was excellent and friendly, food was good and reasonably priced. All of the staff were smiley, friendly and efficient, great experience, particularly as it was so incredibly busy!

Very dirty floors trash all over. The table not cleaned. Temp a bit cold. Never asked how anything was. Food served on ice cold plate so cold spaghetti with burnt chicken on top. Won't waste money or time again. I guess that's why it's pretty empty.

Visited this America influenced Italian diner. Located at Oxford Leisure Park. The best part is plenty of free parking available for customers visiting the restaurant. Food is on expected taste and portions are decent. Gets busy in peak days and hours. Worthing booking reservation. Value for money.

Visited Frankie and Bennys yesterday after a viewing at the cinema. We booked for 6 at 19:30 and had a fantastic experience. Luke the manager at the door welcome us and was very friendly, he gave us a choice of a few different tables which was great. We were then served by Alex who was very knowledgable and super friendly! The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was really nice with a very busy restaurant. The staff even brought out a cupcake and sang happy birthday to my youngest son. 10/10 F&B!! Would highly recommend, thanks for making our visit super! Kevin and Matteo

Food was cold. Thankful I didn't end up with food poisoning. Not what I expected from Frankie and Benny's. Waitress checked in way too quickly, so I hadn't discovered it yet. I also wasn't asked at the end if all was OK. So just paid and left.

The food portion did not reflect the price. Food was ok the fries were bad. The kids portion was too small and the kids dessert smaller ! Not sure if I will visit again. The service was very good

The waitress we had which i belive was the duty manager- Name on recipt was Victoria so hope this is correct! As she was very friendly and afficiant at her job and deserves recogition for this! After we was let down from another restraunt with their food and service it was very much needed and made our evening better!

Generally a poor experience. The food was ok at best. Mediocre ingredients and much obviously out of a freezer packet. The service was dire. No one seemed in charge, waited ages despite pre ordering, getting water was like drawing blood from a stone. One waiter was impressively grumpy and rude.

Kevin was v helpful and food and service was impeccable. Would recommend.

Coco served me for the 2nd time since I’ve been coming here. By far and away the most attentive and kind member of staff I’ve encountered. Remembered my order from last time as well which was lovely touch. Very happy to chat but knows when to leave you to enjoy your meal. Genuinely couldn’t recommend his service enough.

Came into Franky and Bennies in Oxford where I was personally looked after by the restaurant manager, Matt. very attentive service, great environment warm and cozy and looked lovely and Christmassy, I was served speedily and enjoyed my refreshments very much. Would highly recommend coming into this restaurant.

We had a fantastic evening in F&B the atmosphere was lovely, very clean place and fresh. The food was delicious and huge portions. Staff attentive prompt service. Big Shout out to Shaheen who looked after us and couldn’t be more friendlier. Would defo recommend.

So go for a meal to see a football match in the area to be told by a member of staff ..certain deals can't be done as football game on later...huh! Food not the best in the world and to cap it all off one member of staff was rushing the table, giving the evil eye when he walked away and then having paid the bill gave no receipt and didn't even say thanks for your custom. Needs to improve customer service and food. Had to give 1 star ..shame I couldn't do 0

Parking was available just across the road, I'm assuming it may be difficult to park on match days. Dont forget to input your registraton on the tablet when you arrive or you may get a fine. The gentlemen working when we visited were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the history of F&B and the dishes. Food was served quickly and was fresh and tasty. Toilets are easily accessible on ground level.

Coco , Mateo and team made sure our daughters birthday party guests were all taken care of. Very efficient , good value and best of all they were all so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much. The food was delicious, we were a able of x12 (10 children x2 adults) and there was enough food to go round and take home! We used the 2 pizzas, pasta fries and drinks deal for £30. I would definitely come back and highly recommend F&B Oxford.

Came here last night ordered 2 X Pasta Carbonaras . Would actually go as far as saying a ready meal from Tesco would have been better . Virtually tasteless . Service was quick and friendly .
