Easter Saturday with grandchild restaurant hardly anyone there, bar area a mess of empty glasses we were seated and drink and food order taken after 10 minutes food arrived after 20 minutes with no sign of drinks arriving, my chicken wasn't cooked so had to grab a waitresses attention. Slow shocking service, under cooked chicken a big no. After all this they tried taking payment with no bill present, after asking for bill they had tried to charge us for the children's meals when the kids eat free promotion is on. Hardly surprising there were more staff than customers. 3 days on and still 😫

We suddenly felt the need for a quick Sunday lunch, and F&B were in the right place at the right time 🙏🏻 Shaheen looked after us so well; the food came pretty quickly and was just right; and overall we had the lunch we wanted and needed, perfectly timed. Looking forward to next time!

We came all the way from Aylesbury just for the chicken wings which are not on the menu game days, we said to her how much we miss them as Aylesbury f&b’s is closed so she pulled a few strings and got us all a plate of wings for starters.
