The best restaurants in South East

Had a double smash burger. Patties were very good but the classic had too much sauce and together served in a brioche bun melted together to form a gooey mush which was messy and unpleasant. Bring back a bun which can hold a burger!

Took too long to get served only to find they wouldn't take cash Then had to que another 30 minutes to pay by card that I had to borrow

Love this place. Finally some authentic Sri Lankan food in town! Staff are lovely.

We were her only customers. We ordered the exact same thing and waited 40min for 2 burgers. The young lady - as nice as she was- was super ditsy and could not remember our order. She came to us after 20 min to confirm, two burgers with vegan cheese and onion chutney + 2 kimchy vegan loaded fries. Before serving she said the burgers were ready but messed up the fries, she only prepared a non-vegan versin which my partner has. I should mention that an old mate of hers was there chitchatting during that time. We were not impressed by the service, it’s poor, borderline unacceptable. She did give me a refund for the fries i never had. Food is good though. Hence the 3 stars.

Really disappointed service. they took £15 just for chicken kabab meal. Didn't given souce and drink just hand over me only kebab

Popped in off the cuff Had roast dinner which was restaurant standard and very reasonably priced everything had attention to detail all fresh and home made I can honestly say it exceeded all expections. I recommend this welcoming and friendly public house service was top notch gr ea t selection of drinks Lovely garden and parking out the front. Mick and Claire you have a fantastic public house your communicate lucky to have you.

Ordered for the first time from fat fish in Woburn green, had it delivered by deliveroo, all i can say is we would be getting more from there again the food was delicious 😋

I’d actually give zero stars! The onion bajis turned up cold! Didn’t offer any resolution. Got told it’s quite cold outside. Women on the phone just brushed me off, absolutely disgusting customer service! Manager was completely wrong about this.
