Lovely cafe, brillaint service and brillaint customers. The kids and the dog loved it there and we were able to mix and match dishes so the kids got exactly what they wanted and all at a fantastic price as well. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting this lovely little cafe for their tapas nights, which run on Fridays and Saturdays, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The staff are incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home as soon as you step in. The food was absolutely delicious – everything was served piping hot and tasted so fresh. The variety of tapas on offer was impressive; there’s something for everyone, no matter what your taste. Each dish was packed with flavor, and it’s clear they take pride in their cooking. If you’re reading this and considering going, book in as soon as you can! You won’t be disappointed. We’ll definitely be back!

I booked a table for Breakfast for 3 as I was visiting Cropredy Marina open day with my Grand Nephew & his G/F. Its a small village Café, very clean inside, staff very polite & welcoming. It was very busy with locals all enjoying tea + chat + a snack on a Sat morning. Everything we ordered, both drinks & food were thoroughly enjoyed by all. We couldn't find anything about this lovely Café worth criticism. I would definitely return again!

After a friend recommended this little gem... we popped in for some food after a hard day shopping... The chilli garlic bread and salad was amazing, such a homely,comforting, fresh cooked meal... The sticky toffee 😍😍 im not a pudding person but I could have had 2. 😊 All of this amazing food was served with a smile and friendly member of staff i will definitely be going again... Thankyou for a wonderful meal

We stayed at a local camp site for a couple of days and needed hot coffee and cooked breakfast on our first morning. So we decided to walk along and try the Mulberry Cafe. Carl, greeted us with a warm welcome. We promptly ordered, our coffees came out nice and hot, followed by our breakfast soon after. The food was cooked from fresh and to perfection, it also tasted amazing. Especially after a cold night in a tent. Our little loved the sausage and fried egg we got for him. We also ate at a recommended pub in the village, and Carl's food is so much better than the pubs. We were so impressed that we went back the next morning. Naughties radio and great voice from the other lady made our mornings.

Amazing food and friendly service with a superb range of options. They are also now open Friday and Saturday evenings with great tapas amongst other dishes. Never disappoints!

I regularly call into The Mulberry, as I live on a narrowboat at Cropredy Waterside Marina,and the service , quality and value are excellent. Today however,it was at another level!!! The large breakfast (to take away) ,was exceptional 👌. Don't know what the lady did differently? That breakfast was as close to perfect as you could get !!!! Andy Bywater.

Found this café after attending the festival and settled outside in a shady spot with a welcome little breeze. To be honest, I've no idea how they manage to produce such good food to so many customers in such a short time! I ordered one vegan and one full English breakfast and 2 coffees. Our food was ready in a short time and we really enjoyed it. Staff were lovely and helpful - very patient on a hot day and with so many customers. How do they cook those mushrooms? Tasty! I'll return when it's not so crowded!

Under different circumstances, this may have been better. We came off the motorway in search of coffee and sandwich (late lunch). We arrived around 2pm, on a sunday afternoon, and the stated closing time was an hour later. Our waitress asked the boss if they were still doing food .. he said no. I asked "not even a sandwich?" and was offered a scone. I asked if it could be warmed "we don't usually do that". The scone wasn't great ( possibly shop bought ). The boss didn't look in our direction - let alone smile. Correction: We arrived at 2pm - originally I wrote 3pm.

A very charming, eclectic place with great food and friendly hosts. Quite a few vegetarian options and several vegan options, which we appreciated. Very tasty food seved fresh and piping hot for a reasonable price. Easy walking distance from the canal if you're on a boat, as we are. Recommended!

Lovely village cafe with a friendly service team. Everyone is welcome including well behaved dogs. Lovely selection of breakfast, lunch & drinks. Eat in or takeaway and you can hire out the cafe for celebrations and events. Highly recommend ✨✨

Visited with friends for breakfast. Service and welcome really good. Food was fresh and very tasty. Not bad prices either. I had a bacon bap and the amount of bacon was amazing. Some had to go to friends dog for his breakfast as I couldn't eat it all. Will visit again when in the area.

Clean below the tables,walls and floors,your food is starting to taste of wet dog.and my dog died two years ago.

Visited The Mulberry Cafe having read on feedbacks that their breakfast was tasty. I have to agree fully that their breakfast (standard one) was delicious nicely cooked and presented tasted superb. And under a Tenner, excellent value for money. Have been back a couple of times since then great service too

This is a delightful cafe in a rural village setting. Home style food served with a smile. A great stop if you are in the area.

It is a really nice place to call in for a coffee or lunch. Very welcoming and fresh tasty food. I am sorry I must have made a mistake earlier and rated it 1star. It is certainly well worth top rating whenever we have visited. Consistently good coffee, excellent savoury and cakes.

6 Sept. Fantastic breakfast today. "Regular" vs Large full English. Certainly enough for me. And "poched egg on avocado toast". Passing again on route to family on south coast. Superb stop - well worth the few mins from motorway vs service station. 6 June. We knew Cropredy from narrowboat days and had decided to stop here for lunch on a long days drive from Manchester to Poole, Dorset. Unfortunately a sign said "closed today" !!! Please ignore the star rating - Google won't allow a review without putting something in. Writing this from the Brasenose Arms.

Plenty of choice on the menu with generous portions. Food was served hot and the chips in particular were excellent. Table could have done with a clean and, as a previous reviewer has noted, there was a strong smell of oil. The cafe welcomes dogs and is a convenient stop if you’re walking along the towpath. There are seats and tables outside as well as indoors.

A great find in a very attractive village. The welcome is warm and friendly. The food is wholesome and freshly prepared. Small but perfectly formed.

Visited for the first time in May last year when passing through Cropredy on our narrowboat. On that occasion my wife, our friends and myself were impressed by the food. My wife and I returned yesterday whilst moored nearby. The cafe is clean and well maintained. Service from Carl the owner was excellent. My rating for our vegetarian breakfasts was 12 out of 10! Good for brunch, coffee and cake also. Highly recommended.

Every village should have a Mulberry Cafe it is a delight and makes Cropredy a special place to visit. We had an excellent lunch the chips were great as was the service it was relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back for afternoon tea I cannot think of a better place to enjoy tea and cakes.

What a lovely place! Put in "cafes near Southam " and this came up. Lovely food, beautifully clean and cool cafe, with a simple, well cooked menu. The staff were so friendly. My mum-in-law loved it, which is high praise. We will be back - regularly.

you always get excellant food here and i ordered their take away Tea for two which was fantastic- thoroughly recommend anyone to try- for a treat or if you are entertaining friends. It is a MUST. !!

My daughter took me here for Mother's day to jave an afternoon tea and it was delightful. There was a mountain of good quality food and the staff were very friendly. As there was so much we had takeaway boxes for what we couldn't finish. Will definitely go back.

Two adults two chuihaha's. We went on a showery walk, stopped in for breakfast, it was lovely, the pups had a sausage each too in their own bowls, stayed longer so had extra tea, and cake, friendly lovely lady served and the price was good, the whole village is lovely and the cafe is a highlight

Went in for a cuppa, ended up having a full vegan sandwich with vegan sausages, hash browns and lots of brow sauce. You can imagine how good that was on a freezing morning in Cropredy. Just want an excuse to visit more often.

A lovely cafe! I’ve been visiting over the last year and it’s become one of my favourite places. Food is tasty, and there’s a good mix of things - this is not a greasy spoon, though they do lovely fry ups! I had a delicious quiche recently! Coffee also really good too. I think the owner worked as a barista for others before opening? The staff are friendly and chatty, but if you just want a quiet morning on your own they’re not intrusive. Dog friendly too, which is nice as I have two pups! Also went to an event elsewhere recently which was also catered by the cafe, an afternoon tea buffet, which was very cute and tasty. Would consider them for future events I do! Recommend! Good value too!

We stumbled on this place with a very hungry 1 year old after being turned away from a pub in the local area. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They allowed us to pick a couple of items from the brunch menu...

Had breakfast and coffee. Really good. All local produce (where possible). Lovely cafe and not busy. Plenty of seats and really bright. Must try the sausage, I thought that was awesome.

Absolutely deliciousness. Wonderful friendly staff and wonderful surroundings. We love this place! Just pop in and enjoy the food which is tasty and well presented.

Think the lady staff are probably friendlier. No menus available and told not cooking at 3.30 not very helpful for a village cafe. Only wanted a tea but made us wait at the till for attention for a good five minutes (busy in the back room) to be told that they close in five minutes time. Message was it is too much trouble to serve you - I want to go home. Think you could have made a cuppa in ten minutes. Suggest displaying opening time before you enter the shop! Be more accommodating to the visitors next weekend at the festival - people remember. Unless you go earlier suggest you avoid. Having said the the cup of tea was lovely, hence the two stars but the food in my view was sub standard and stale and given the hour should not have been served. Probably make their money from the locals. Won't recommend or visit again.

A group of 14 of us descended on the cafe as soon as it opened on Saturday morning. I can highly recommend. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts were amazing, we sat on the green outside the cafe and it was just lovely.

Great host, atmosphere and an amazing breakfast! The host was currently waiting on a new employee to replace old staff so was waiting tables, taking payments, making drinks AND cooking breakfast alone for a whole cafe, it was delicious and he handled it very well.
