FiFi's Brasserie in Maidstone

Went in for a midweek dinner, greeted immediately by friendly staff. Food was delicious, owner clearly cares about providing a good experience as he told us about where he found particular items on the menu and why he added them. Interesting decor (not sure about the animal heads on the walls) but didn't detract from the experience. Will be going again.

Me and my partner just had a valentines meal here. Absolutely amazing. The food is delicious, big portion sizes , beautifully presented and staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The decor is out of this world and the owner is just an absolute delight ! If you go and get the chance to order the black Forrest gelato , please do!!!! Best gelato ever ! Monday night, restaurant was quiet, waiter (didn’t catch his name) was very accommodating and attentive, we had the set menu. Portions were very good for the price Nduja pasta is the choice for the main The almond tart with pistachio is a true winner for dessert Value wise 10/10 for portion size AND quality If you are after a mid week meal out, without costing a fortune and actually want to leave an establishment well fed, then look no further. Thank you for a lovely evening and we will be back

Every time I come to visit friends and family i have to book a table. The parma ham pizza is just amazing. The staff are extremely polite and excellent customer service skills. I went on Tuesday. I've booked another table for tonight, before I head back to Lancashire.

I visited Fifi's on Monday 27 January and had a great experience. I loved the decor and ambience of this place, very unique. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious and the owner popped in to say hello to us as well.

Visited today and as always the food was amazing. Lee the waiter and the young lad doing the drinks provided excellent service despite being fully booked and having some staff not turn up. They worked so hard, and were so polite, a credit to the restaurant. Will definitely be visiting again.

Just okay. Was told by waiter on arrival that express lunch menu wasn’t allowed on that day, because it was close to Christmas. So instead paid double for a pizza and pasta with drinks. Didn’t particularly like the waiter asking for add ons, I get this is probably something they are just encouraged to do, but there’s no need to pressure people to order stuff they don’t want. Atmosphere very good and the decor is nice. The food itself was nice enough and I’m sure the lunch deal is good value, but it felt a bit overpriced at regular menu price for lunch. Liked the previous restaurant menu better, the Italian menu feels a bit lacking in options.

Lovely pizzas with a thick Napolitano base and great tasting fresh ingredients. They even do a fantastic lunchtime offer that is great value and includes a glass of wine. Gluten free pizza bases that taste lovely available as well. Friendly staff who always look after us and bring colouring for the kids.

What a great little place, fantastic food, fantastic service and the owner is very hands on. We have just come back from Florence and the Pizza And Pasta we had here was far better than any meal we had in Italy. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

What a place!!! This has to be the best and most reasonable pizza place in Maidstone!! The food was absolutely perfect! Went for a basic Margherita but it was BRILLIANT! The cocktails were also lovely and I could not believe the price!! £44 for 2 pizza's, 2 drinks and some garlic bread!!! Cannot beat that! The restaurant was really nice! Had a great vibe with some nice music and the staff were welcoming and great! Would totally recommend!!

I ordered off of deliveroo. Couldnt see a place to put a review there so i thought I would use this. Their pizza is amazing, deliciously authentic, & made from fresh dough, no frozen pizza bases here. Also the lil homemade shortbread was a wonderful touch. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you want authentic tasty pizza in maidstone, its these guys you need to see!

We love this restaurant, but the pizzas we feel were undercooked, so much so, that my wife couldn't eat it, the staff were very friendly and understanding and deducted the cost of the pizza.

Went on a Saturday evening without reservation and the staff were very friendly to accommodate us immediately. A nice touch that I very much appreciated was the fact they got our over before the table next to us where there were like 6-7 people instead of just the two of us... which means we didn't have to wait ages. Very good pizza. Personal recommendation would be the Ham & Buffala. Soft drinks decently priced. From the desserts, the Pistachio Tiramisu was also very good. Would definitely visit again when in the area. 👏🏻

Warm and welcoming place, nicely decorated, with nice soft Italian music, not too loud so you can enjoy a normal conversation. We ordered a margherita pizza and a prosciutto & burrata pizza, both very tasty. Pistacchio tiramisu was also very good. Quick service and very kind and polite personnel: Jelena was very kind and pleasantly sociable, she also helped us with some dietary requirement questions that we had. Highly recommended!

FIFI's Pizzeria restaurant offers a mixed experience. The main room has a fairly kitsch decoration, which can surprise or displease depending on taste. The service is unfortunately quite slow, and the pizza, although quite good, was not very big, which left us a little hungry. In summary, an atypical place with potential, but a few points to review for a better experience.

Sunday roast for party of 15! Such good value and great service. Lee and Chantelle were amazing, attentive and friendly. I think we will all be back at some point, together and seperately. Thank you all for looking after us x

Excellent Fillet Steak, Burgers, skin on fries, onions rings and garlic mushrooms all delicious and cooked to perfection every time. Also excellent service from the 2 usual ladies serving us on a regular basis. Just brilliant Steak and Burgers! The Best in Town. ... We were back here again many times since the new chef and menu change. Fillet Steak is back which is great and at 28 pounds for a tasty 8oz fillet cooked to perfection with truffle fries and italian salad included it's a bargain. The brucheta with mozerrella and fresh figs were amazing and so were the homemade in house deserts and the Gelato was so creamy it was out of this world. The service is top quality and the atmosphere is great also.

Food is delicious, generous portions, pretty decor, good value.

This place hands down serves the best pizza, literally anywhere. Stop wasting your money at massive chains and give this place a try for nearly half the price. The hosting of Ciaran and Lees service is worth it alone

It is one year,to the day, that we had the pleasure of attending the openning day of the revamped “Fifi Pizzeria” at MuMu. It was amazingy good then,but 12 months on,it is even better. The place is, of course, classic MuMu style and decor…stylish and quirky. We were sat is the glass room at the front so enjoyed the al fresco feel watching people pass, whilst remaining warm and sheletered from the elements…. What a great extension to the building that was. Of course, we came for the food and the amazing service, hospitality, and friendly welcome. And we weren’t disappointed on any front. My daughter and I had a special from the board, “Home made speghetti with sliced filet steak strips in a brandy sauce”. Doesn’t even have a proper name but it was fantastic. I truly believe it was the best pasta dish I have ever had, outside of Italy. My wife had a meat loaded toastie. She wasexpecing a cheese toast with bit of ham. Nope. This was more like a calzone. A thin pizza base topped cheese, a variety of metas, and folded over. I looked fabulous and tasted every bit as good as it looked. We finished off with the best Rum Babawe have ever eaten, paired with homemade coconut ice cream. What an amazing lunch. Service was faultless. Friendly, efficient, and timely without ever feeling rushed or neglcted. We had a really fabulous lunch and it was amazing value. Download a menu andd check the prices. Just incredible. Highly recmmended

Always an amazing experience at FiFi's. The staff are very tentative and make us feel like VIPs every time we walk in. The food is top notch and we especially love the truffle tortellini pasta and the Nduja pizza. A huge thank you to the staff for singing Happy Birthday to our daughter and making her day feel so special. The surprise dessert was a great touch. A special shout out to Lee our host and the Manager as always. Keep up the good work!

Beautiful restaurant, stunning food and the owners are so hospitable it feels like home, I took my son here in the summer, the owner spoke with us about where his wife family are from and that she makes here own bread and pasta - service was impeccable and we shared a limoncello together before we left, if you want to try somewhere with a truly Italian vibe this is your place Thank you guys xx

Had a delicious Pizza today from the daily specials menu Pizza and a drink- great value. Pizza was really lovely and just like eating in italy. I sat in the outside (covered) area and was served by Lee who was very friendly and entertaining. The atmosphere here is lovely a must visit whenever you're in Maidstone!

Service was slow, there was 12 of us and food took forever to arrive , but when it did it was very tasty.

What a phenomenal meal and experience. Every bite from the bruschetta to pasta dishes and bread with garlic oil and finishing off with the most delicious rum bata with coconut gelato was delectable. The restaurant itself it so smart and fun with a fantastic dining soundtrack that gets you tapping your toes and humming along. Service was great and definitely we will be coming back and bringing the whole family.

Taken to table by friendly waitress, she took our drinks orders while the rest of our party arrived. We were 5 adults and 2 children. As soon as all guests arrived our orders were taken and the children’s pizza arrived very quickly. We all had different pizza and a very nice fresh rocket salad. All delicious, nice and unusual combination. I haven’t had Parma ham and Buratta since Italy so felt authentic. One of our party was vegetarian and because everything is made fresh he could customise his pizza. The pizza size is substantial but just enough room for the delicious gelato and pistachio tart. Waitress checked on our drinks orders through the meal but was not intrusive. Followed by a lovely coffee the whole experience was great. Hope to be back soon to sample the pasta menu

Love the new space and atmosphere on a lovely sunny day with the retractable roof open we could have been in Naples. This was reinforced by the delicious food and delightful and attentive service from our waitress. I am a vegetarian and was impressed that I was able to pic and mix to choose my favourite toppings. Served with a delicious rocket and Parmesan salad. I am a bit of connoisseur on the ice cream front and the white chocolate and raspberry gelato a was exquisite. My fellow diners had different meals that all looked great. Impressed that brought the food for our junior diners very quickly. Will definitely be back

I recently had the pleasure of dinning at this charming place and it’s exceeded my expectation. The filet steak was delicious. It was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The salad was fresh and crisp adding a nice contrast. While everything was tasty I felt a slight improvement on seasoning or presentation could have made it even better. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy with relaxed vibe. Looking forward to dining in again.

Showed up on a Wednesday Lunch time, Hoping we could get a table, Lucky enough we showed up at the right time, Started getting really busy, Service was brilliant, couldn't do enough for us, Food well we love our food, But we've not come across many restaurants as delicious as this one, From the Fresh Salad to the beautiful Pizzas, Next time in Maidstone we be back.

We have been going to fifi for many years.al we went along last night Fri 3rd only to find a limited menu which we were not made aware of when we booked. After seeing the Limited choice we decided to settle the bill for 2 drinks and try to book somewhere else. Sadly it was to late to go on to anywhere else and had to stay. Food wasn't its usual standard and service was bad. Not caused by the lovely staff that have to work there at all. We waited for ages as they were busy serving food upstairs and we were obviously on hold. Disaster Spoilt evening. We cannot believe that on Monday 6th it changes menu to pizza and pasta joint.....not for us. Management obviously doesn't seem bothered that their regular customers like the menu as it is. It has been one of our favorite restraunts fir many years taking along family and reccomending to friends. End of another good era. Pasta and pizza, I can get I'm any restraunt!! Thankyou to the lovely staff and the amazing manager that are the backbone of this restraunt, If it changes back, im sure it will, we look forward I seeing you all again.

Pretty terrible, poor quality food and extra add ons that aren't made clear on the menu. Food took 1.5hrs to come steak was cooked wrong everyone had finished before another came.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. For someone who travelled home from Bournemouth to see friends with an ALERGY! To have been able to find a restaurant that “catered” for that was extremely exciting until we ate there. The waiter seemed to have no clue what GF was and continuously offered me Vegan options and offers and for the menu to state G instead of GF and a waitress informed me that G is GF only for the one time a manager served me I had been informed inccorevetly! When I had called prior they seemed extremely clued up but when I saw my Coeliac meal come out with the only burger and non-GF dish at the table I should’ve realised :/ for us to spend over £100 and all four friends have all left with severely upset stomachs and my chronic pain to have returned!! Not to mention the menu not stating that the brownies are to be served cold! Both Freinds received a mildly warm in the middle and freezing exterior brownie and no mention of fruit garnish on the crème brûlée so to receive a huge pile of strawberries to which I had mentioned I was allergic at the start of the meal as they had asked about drink garnish! Honestly beyond disappointed and think that the price we have all paid to have to wake up and take pain medicine due to my “GF” meal and every single member of my party to either be extremely upset in the tummy or sick is not acceptable. the only perk of the evening was by far the decor.

I am deeply disappointed with the Sunday lunch experience at Fifi's Brasserie in Maidstone. Despite the promising menu description of a traditional Sunday roast with fresh vegetables, freshly made Yorkshire pudding, and succulent pink sirloin roast beef, the reality was far from satisfactory. Upon receiving our food, it was evident that the Yorkshire puddings were Really not freshly made, likely store-bought aunt betsie , and the parsnips and broccoli were inexplicably covered in curry powder. This deviation from the classic British Sunday roast was unacceptable. When expressing our disappointment to the waiter, all we received was a half-hearted apology and an offer to remove a single drink as in lime and soda water from the bill as compensation what a gesture. The lack of accountability and effort to rectify the situation was disgraceful. The customer service was lacking, the meal presentation was subpar, and the flavors were off-putting. It was clear that the produce used was not fresh.This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to Fifi's Brasserie for Sunday lunch or any other occasion. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment from my own personal experience. For those seeking an exceptional Sunday lunch experience, I would suggest visiting The Horseshoes in Farleigh, where the food and service are truly outstanding, earning them a solid five out of five stars. The only reason we chose Fifi's Brasserie that day was due to its proximity to our day appointment destination, but it was a decision I regret.

Nice place, and the food was good - but we did wait a fair amount of time for the food, and there weren't many people in the restaurant at the time.

I arrived and had booked a table the day before via the website but the waiter had no clue about our reservation and it wasn't on their system. There was only one waiter - we felt sorry for him due to the amount of people but his service was poor - didn't ask if we wanted more drinks etc. Our food took over an hour to arrive. We ordered the dirty burgers, they weren't super hot when they arrived and they were very dry despite having so many extras on. Really disappointed by the whole experience as the reviews are so good! The music playing is fun (from musicals) and the decor is super quirky. It was quite cold inside though and smelt a bit damp.

Went on a Sunday for the roast, great atmosphere and the service was spot on - food quality very good and lots of it! Will definitley be back again soon, very reasonably priced too 😀

Close, but no cigar unfortunately. Had the fillet steak tonight, lovely piece of meat and cooked rare as I ordered. Presentation was very nice but the chips were not what I would define as triple cooked, they may have been through the frier 3 times but these were just a slightly crispier version of a bad chip. Chimichurri sauce was ordered and I got a small boat of oil with some chopped chilli and parsley at the bottom - to my mind this should have some body with lots of parsley, garlic, chilli and salt. The decor is very nice and the atmosphere quite good but it's just not achieving the experience it's trying to pitch.

This has been the second year I have visited mumus for my birthday celebrations. It is always such a fabulous night, with amazing food, great vibes, and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend!
