Good venue, service is nice, the staff are lovely and the live music can be awesome. But please, please, PLEASE give the staff training in how to make cocktails. Their Bloody Mary and Long Islands are the worst I've ever tasted. Every sip was a struggle. Even 'Spoons does better cocktails. It's a sad day when 'Spoons does better cocktails. I don't take any pleasure in being so negative, but the cocktails are just bad. If you can improve your cocktails, you'll be one of the best bars in Deal.

Wow, what a hidden gem in Amersham! It feels like you're right in central London. The ambience is lovely with soft lighting and background music. The staff are super attentive and polite. Harsh, the owner, was a joy to speak to—you can really tell he's put his heart and soul into the business! Every dish was spot on! I highly recommend the squid, mutton rolls, and cauliflower wings. For mains, the sea bass, chicken, and lamb were all 10/10. The Mango Sorbet is the perfect palette cleanser. And if you're looking for a nightcap, definitely ask for the Sri Lankan whisky! Best of luck with that AA Rosette—you totally deserve it!

Atmosphere, staff friendliness, food and drink were all below average. I ordered a bacon and egg bagel (2 slices of bacon and one egg in a small bagel) which was poor value at £8.50. No wonder I was the only customer during my 30 minutes stay!

The food is to die for and the staff is always so welcoming whenever I go. This is my favourite restaurant by far and I would gladly spend the rest of my life eating there (it is that good). I 100% would recommend this to everyone I know and everyone I will ever meet for the rest of time. The food is always so fresh and hot and Viet Quan is the go to place for anything whether that be a birthday, anniversary or just for dinner.

Dos de mis comidas favoritas... una cena asada y una india! Pollo Tandoori, cordero, patatas asadas ligeramente especiadas (no picantes con chile), zanahorias glaseadas de mango, chirivías, brócoli de soja, repollo, queso de coliflor y bhajis de salvia y cebolla. . con salsa. . cielo absoluto. Muy recomendable 100%! Excelente relación calidad-precio. El propietario no podía hacer más para hacernos sentir bienvenidos / especiales. Pre pedido recomendado. ¡Definitivamente volviendo!
