The best restaurants in South East

Found this cafe on Google as a place to meet a friend halfway between us..plenty of street parking..friendly staff, comprehensive menu reasonably priced ..a great find

Waited a long time to visit Beak and it was well worth the wait, great atmosphere, superb and friendly staff (we arrived an hour early and they still served us and were so accommodating) and needless to say the beers were brilliant. Won’t hesitate to come back.

Amazing! Incredible food with great Vegetarian/Vegan options. The service is always superb, too.

Nice spot. Slightly weird watching the Arsenal games there with several hate-watching Chelsea and Man City fans. Why go out on a Tuesday if it's not your team?!

We are a family of four and absolutely love coming to Mandalina for crepes and waffles! Ayda the owner is lovely and the service is always excellent, so much so, that when I ordered the wrong drinks for our children, Ayda remade them without hesitation. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Good quality sushi with a nice variety of alternatives. Fish was fresh and high quality. Would really recommend the beef gyosa as a starter.

We had a fantastic experience at Lago di Como Bar and Restaurant, just around the corner from rtwskin clinic. I’ve visited this restaurant many times, and it’s truly my favourite in Tunbridge Wells. There’s always a warm welcome, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is consistently superb. Authentic Italian dishes, excellent service, and a place that always feels special. Highly recommended!

A very good place to hire a bike. A very kind staff. But it would be wonderful to be able to return bikes until 18:00-19:00, not 16:00.

Lovely little sea front cafe with outside seating right by the beach. Great coffee.

Old style pub, no food served but great old school atmosphere... all it needs is spit and sawdust!

Excellent food prepared in full view of the restaurant backed up with first class service. Five of us visited. We ordered 8 dishes varying from vegetarian to meat and fish. All were beautifully presented and delicious. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Even commenting on the good food the following day. Good value and highly recommended.
