We always meet as a trio of friends here as it is central to where we all live. Our usual waitress, Andra, is always so accommodating, professional and friendly at the same time. The food is great and well presented. The menu suits many different tastes and dietary restriction, I.e. vegan options. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, plenty of outdoor space as well.

We have not been able to visit for what seems ages because of ill health but we are back now and we are so happy to be visiting the Poachers Pocket again. Fantastic food staff are brilliant including the licensees Lorraine and Tony. Couldn't ask for a more friendly place to have a nice time. There is time to relax and enjoy your food as you never feel pressured to eat and go. I would recommend booking as it would be a shame to turn up and they are full. On a lovely sunny day there is a lovely garden where there is a number of tables and umbrella's.

Love the atmosphere, vibe and decor in here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I had the lighter option vegan pizza my daughter has the kid GF pizza. She didn’t like the kids apple juice as it wasn’t fresh… which is ok and an opinion

Quick dinner before heading home after a day of shopping with the granddaughter last Sunday. I have never been to Ask but my granddaughter loves it so 3 of us nipped in Sunday afternoon. We were greeted by Mahmut and shown to our table in a booth at the front of the restaurant, we ordered 3 different meals, risotto, spaghetti pomodoro and beef pappardelle, all 3 were very well received, far too much for the granddaughter so Mahmut got her a box so she could take it home. We had 3 desserts and left, totally full and happy having enjoyed our meals. Mahmut was a lovely friendly and funny guy, he certainly is one to look after as he really made our visit amazing.
