Ordered for the first time was very bland. Me and my partner felt sick after the first couple of bites. Really not nice

Last week. I had the best sausages in batter with chips. This week I went again. The sausages were so different. I had them both cooked fresh. This week they were cooked far too much. The batter tasted burnt.

If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. This evening we have ordered a Chinese. Our order took 2 hours to arrive and when we finally got it our chicken balls were completely raw. We were told that we would receive a full refund but after complaining about the raw chicken we received, we were rudely told that we wouldn’t get one by the owner who was very agressive towards us. Absolutely disgusting place and needs to be shut down.

The chips were old like they were left from lunchtime. The noodles were burnt. Not good tasting and horrible taste.

Delivery was fast but my fried noodles and fried rice were too oily!! I had like oil at the bottom of the box of noodles! I a regular customer so I know when food is not up to standard. It is disappointing. I wonder will I order again next time.

I ordered over £50 worth of food, including fried fish with salt and pepper which was awful. The pieces of fish were tiny and were more batter than fish. Several pieces were just pure batter! Plus it was saltier than the Dead Sea. i didn’t eat the broccoli because it smelt like the chef had urinated on it. The portions were tiny as well - nothing like the pictures either. This place isn’t cheap either so avoid, avoid, avoid. At all costs.

Food was all a bit bland, rice literally tasted like boiled rice, no flavour and didn’t seem like it had even been fried like you’d expect. Portions were good but quality very bad. Had to air fry spring rolls as pastry was soggy and undercooked. I have had a terrible stomach since eating this last night and can’t help but feel it’s the food as haven’t had much else. Still feeling the effects a day later! Unfortunately I couldn’t use this restaurant again after this experience.

literally within 7 minutes of placing the order I remembered I forgot something so I rang them to add to my order but it had already left. The crispy beef wasn't crispy, the noodles look like they had old overcooked noodles in them and the rice was stodgy.

All the food was awful the chips were very dry and sharp. The noodles were very greesey and too much oil. I wasn't happy.

Brilliant service from West Ewell, order arrived earlier than expected (not a problem we were all hungry) food was hot and tasty. This is our go to for Chinese

tonight wasn't great fish had obviously been sitting same with the chips. the burger and sausage in batter which was cooked to order was tasty as usual. but the fish wasn't nice. One thing that is always good is the delivery driver always polite and quick chat. Makes a difference to the usual. normally nice tasty fish.

Tried a while back - crappy refried chips, stale oil, simply nasty. Tried again just now and nothing:s changed - can't even cut a decent shaped chip! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Took almost 2 hours to arrive, was freezing cold. Terrible quality would not recommend and would not order form here again.

Food was cold Noodles were burnt Chicken balls were mainly batter Beef was tasteless Crispy beef not crispy - microwaved. Ribs were fatty Shame as we ordered here before last month and it was very nice nothing like we had today.

The prawn crackers came open , curry sauce toppled over and top of ribs were open. There was not much sauce with the ribs and they lacked flavour.

food arrived earlier than estimated which was great as I wanted ASAP. generous 1/4 of duck, loved noodles and Thai fishcakes. Nice to be able to order Chinese and Thai food from same place.

Food is always good here. It’s a shame the rice came with peas when the order note always states no peas. As regulars here it’s shame the notes get ignored.

It’s nothing to do with the restaurant. It’s Just Eat and I have £25 credit available ordered the food £28.90 and just eat took the £28.90 out my bank instead of using the £25 credit and charging me the remainder £3.90 . Seems a struggle to use my voucher as don’t want to order again as will prob be charged again . Never adding a voucher again.

No.1 Chuneese Food In epsom !!!

The order was not only very late, after making two phone calls it was totally cold. In addition, the sesame prawn toast was inedible and the rice was plain not egg fried rice. The meal was ruined,

Most of our food came cold and extremely oily. A lot more oily than standard Chinese restaurants and as a result of this it gave my friend and myself a stomach ache. For the money you pay it's really isn't worth it for the amount of Greece that is saturated in the food for stop

Quick delivery - awful food - honestly the worst Chinese we have ever had - it went in the bin.

We received the worlds smallest bag of prawn crackers. There wasn’t enough for 3 of us to share. We received a vegetarian noodle soup that we never ordered. As regulars here this is disappointing

Overall the food wasn't good. The special fried rice was the best, but the chicken balls were just too bad... small pieces of chicken surrounded by 3x undercooked batter, got absolutely thrown off by them.

Our order was 1 hour later than expected delivery time. Food arrived luke warm and very very unsatisfied with the quality of the food. We have ordered from here many of times and have never had this disappointment. The food was all unpleasant - greasy and soggy and the chicken with cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce was inedible. I’m sure much of this food was reheated. We ordered this food as a birthday celebration and needless to say this is a huge dissapoitment and have remained hungry after ws

Food came early which was a nice surprise but the quality wasn’t very good. Seaweed was soggy, the pancake roll was basically just beansprouts which were chewy, the sweet and sour sauce tasted unusual - pretty poor quality overall.

Firstly the order arrived and the Chinese didn’t follow or read the order instructions. We asked for no peas in rice due to an allergy. The food arrived cold, the fish was cold, burnt and over cooked.

We’ve ordered from here many times and have always enjoyed it. There was a mistake with our order tonight which is a first but they were able to sort it out and quickly!

The food was horrible tonight. Fish hard chips soggy. All good was greasy. Pie was dry. Food looked like it had been there so day. Never order food from there on a Sunday again.

So pleased with the on time delivery and the person who delivered it was very nice. Called me as my Ring wasn't working to let me know she was downstairs. However, the food quality, especially the sweet and sour chicken balls were not too my taste, preferred my Chinese restaurant which was closed that day. Too doughy, not enough meat inside and hard to eat. The noodles were okay.

Brilliant service tonight was advised it wouldn’t be about an hour, delivered within about 20 minutes which was perfect for us as we had an appointment to get to, so early delivery really helped

The food was dry and overly expensive. I have always ordered from here but I won’t be from now on! The mini spring rolls had basically nothing in them and the curry sauce was in a smaller pot, it used to be double the size and was very glupy. Very disappointing and we ended up throwing most of it away.

Hi just eat took 2 payments out of my account for the same meal?? I rang the store who was aware of this and said just eat had contacted then and will sort it out Only one delivery was sent out so I have paid double for one delivery Please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency

They haven't closed off my last order so unable to review on that. I ordered fish chips and peas and curry sauce twice. When it turned up the chips were black. The fish looked nice. I phoned the restaurant to tell them, he said he would cook new chips and send them, I said my fish would get cold. He said he would cook the whole thing again! My husband at this stage had ate some of his fish but not all. I took both plates, placed them in the bag until the new delivery came. Once it came the delivery driver swapped the food over. I told him this had happened before with bad chips and this time I had enough. I then sat down with my husband to have the new food that arrived! I then receive an abusive phone call from the restaurant saying that we had ate some of the fish! Literally he was going ballistic down the phone!! How dare he, the restaurant definitely does not deserve to be part of just eat with that behaviour! To top it all I have been a customer for 15 years and never once complained before even though I have had bad food. Absolutely diabolical and appalling behaviour by the owner!! I'm disgusted and would never order !anything from there again!!

Awful had a man shouting at me in chinese when I complained about the rice being undercooked and the food being cold whilst the receptionist was sorting a car out the front of the shop avoid at all costs

I was not very impressed with the duck in orange sauce. Maybe too much fat for me. Fried rice is good and beef in mixed veg could be better. I always enjoyed West Ewell food but lately… not so good. Hope they will continue to improve and remain good.

The food was delivered very quickly too quickly to be cooked fresh to order and the food was very dry and mushy like it had been microwaved. Will not be ordering again.

The food was extremely disappointing, despite ordering from a restaurant that was highly ranked in the area through Uber Eats. The taste was bland and the texture of the meat was weird.The spring rolls were also overcooked, among other issues. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

As always, good tasty hot food delivered on time. We had the thai green chicken for the first time; very very spicy but good flavours, plus our usual crispy chili beef with the right amount of heat and king prawns with cashew nuts with plenty of veg, but could have done with a couple of extra prawns and a few more cashews. Always happy to recommend West Ewell.

Food arrived on time, I had ordered the noodles and they had been over cooked as some were burnt, guessing they got left in the Wok for a minute or two too long as some weren’t literally black. Would order from them again though as food is usually really good.

Food delivered on time (possibly even a bit sooner than advised but that was not a problem at all). Food was hot on delivery, we chose the meals so rice or noodles with your main dish choice, plenty of food in the box and what is nice they’re the re-useable plastic tubs which are perfect if you batch cook or for any leftovers. Ready happy with the food wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Terrible, didn’t even touch the pie after smelling it, had issues before but thought I’d give them another try, will not be going or ordering from here again!! Luckily the picture is not scratch and sniff otherwise you’d all feel sick!!! P.S thats a chicken pie not a steak, you maybe confused by the colour! So I decided after a few years maybe we should try the Chinese, mmmm avoid we just spent quite a lot of money and OMG the pie was better !!! I know the cost of fuel but is through the roof, but really you needed to microwave all the dishes to save on gas !!!!!

Ordered the Mango Chicken and Rice plus a cheese burger and chips . The food arrived on time, it was lovely and hot and delicious. Highly recommend West Ewell Restaurant and definitely would order from them again.

We had a set meal for two The rice wasn't fried and was a bit bland. The spring rolls were too greasy. The starters were very good, especially the ribs. The crispy duck was very nice
