Sancho's Kebab & Pizza in Tonbridge and Malling

Had a very nice and tasty kebab. Salad was fresh and tasty too. Only thing I would say, is delivery was slower than I would like at nearly an hour but the food was perfectly hot when it arrived.

Went here tonight after a few beers 4.50 for a bottle of orange tango they tried to charge. Tried to rip me off but didn’t succeed.

Kebab wasn’t horrible, but also wasn’t good. Same with the chips. Did I want to complain? No Was it below expectations? Yes

I ordered food this evening. We waited 2 hours baring in mind we live 15 minutes max from the shop. We then called and they told us the driver would be 5 minutes. Fast forward 25 minutes still no sign so we call back and they just offer to send new food. We said no and then the original driver turned up with cold food and said he put the wrong post code in. Not my problem at all and he should have told us that when we called the first time. The food was vile, wouldn’t feed it to an animal. Then another driver turns up with new food to which we tell them we don’t want and we told them the food wasn’t edible and they just say “ok so you don’t want new food” who would want new food when you’ve waited all together 2 hours. Disgusting service, will not be ordering from here again. Used to swear by this place but never again!

My Nan fort she would treat her self to chips and they were disgusting and the chicken burger was dry and unacceptable as well not happy as spent £20 would like a refund Wait to here from you soon not happy

It was actually an amazing eat. Very good. Only problem,.. I added cheese for £1.50 and no cheese was added. Disappointing but besides that. 10/10 on the food.

The food is ok. The service horrible, every time I go back they change me a different price for the same food. Twice when I paid they weren't going to give me the change when I paid, I had to ask for it!

Chips were not fresh, they seemed to be yesterday's chips. Hard and rubbery. Sine of the kebab was hard, and the salad was not fresh. The tomatoes were far too soft. For the prices paid the food quality should be fresh.

This used to be a great place. The food quality has gone down. Very dry chicken wings and poor quality meat. Plus two times they have messed up with my order - 1) once some doner instead of chicken diner which smelled like dog food and 2) large chicken doner when I ordered extra large. The practice looks more like cheating. On top of that pathetic customer service, they shout at you if you raise any problem with the order.

Great experience every time I go here totally recommend, food is great, service is amazing, very good kebab 👍

Chicken kebab dry like rubber. Won't order again. Gone right down hill.

Nuggets were rubbery and cheese didn’t really taste of anything and wasn’t very nice at all.

I had a medium chicken doner kebab. My first experience of Sancho's on my first visit to Broadstairs. What a fantastic kebab. Just superb. But what really blew me away was their chilli sauce. It's simply the best kebab chilli sauce I have ever had. Different to your average kebab chilli sauce. SO rich and full of flavour. Just fantastic. I am tempted to venture from London to Broadstairs again asap just to have one of their chicken doner kebabs with that incredible chilli sauce. WAY TOO GOOD!!

On the 25th of July at 1100hrs i entered Sancho’s with a friend with high expectations as the pictures outside suggested michelin star quality! However after ordering my cheesy chips (large) and large chips i was deeply disappointed, as he served my chips he scattered a dry cheese over the top, not justifying the 5 pound sterling price they were charging. Attached below is their awful attempt at a meal , with the cheese being sub par uncooked cold cheese, my experience of the meal was ruined as the cheese was poorly done and the food was rushed. not impressed and they also didn’t have the common decency to ask their customers if they would like condiments, leaving my poor friend with plain mushy chips. i will not be returning and i hope to deter any people looking to go here, it’s underwhelming.

Piping hot.. could have done with complementary can of drink considering price.My only criticism delivery fee and no free drink... Yes I'm aware of fee, but still. But was tasty

Pizza was fine. Unfortunately the chicken was overcooked and bone-dry - completely inedible, I had to bin it. Lamb shish came with meat smothered in too much sauce on a pitta, and a tiny pot of salad - inadequate and not worth the money. Stick to the pizzas.

Ordered a chicken burger with no salad..got delivered a burger with a rainforest hanging out of it. And the pizza I ordered was stone cold. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

This was absolutely awful!! Our food was freezing cold we ordered a large portion of chips and hardly had any in it! The burger was all fallen apart and we asked for salad in the wrap and there was none! We are regular customers and have always loved sanchos but tonight was awful and we won’t be ordering again

Just received my order to Quarry Rise about 15 mins ago and have already finished it.. very very good! What I'm most impressed about is the fact that it is a Saturday night , and yet they delivered my food in less than 30 mins.. it was piping hot and fresh ! I'm home from University for the summer but I'm from Tonbridge originally , so coming home to get a Sanchos is a real treat . And they didn't dissapoint! I do love my lamb 😍🤣 will miss Sanchos when I go back to Uni !

Had a pizza delivered and a lamb Donna and chips and only had couple bits lamb as it was my mums with in 15 mins of eating it we was both running to the loo and we was both sick definitely not impressed about this loved coming to you for your food but won’t be coming back again that’s for sure!!!

Ordered a mixed grill and chips for dinner. The kebab meat was very dry, tasteless and that rubbery you could have played tennis with it. Woeful attempt at a kebab and won’t be ordering from this place again. AVOID!!!!!!
