Costa Coffee in Tonbridge and Malling

We had a lovely breakfast and coffee the service was excellent very freindly. We will definitely go back again

Another great coffee place cortado is my favorite always hot, only downside is it’s small and not many tables outside

Whole order wrong despite several attempts, coffee poor by Costa standard. Request for takeaway was ignored resulting in food being thrown away by staff and ultimately charged for items that never made it into the take away bag and out of the store.

Good friendly staff and atmosphere. Generally a clean shop a nice outside area for a coffee in the sun!

I know it’s a coffee shop on a retail park. Everything to do with the coffee and the shop were great. It was the staff that stood out, friendly, helpful and a laugh. A very nice experience. Will definitely go again.

Popped in for a sandwich and coffee with grandchildren.When choosing a sandwich we were told to move away so a member of staff could top up bottled drinks (why as there was a good selection already)priority should have been us as we were customers.Hot drinks ordered and stepped away from counter so other people could be served,my black coffee was put on tray on counter in front of customers while the latte was being made why was my coffee left exposed to peoples bugs and spray from mouth when I questioned this was told there was no where else to put it,Will not go back.

Any time of day a nice cup of coffee and a cake.Loads of choices tempting cakes and biscuits, nice to get out for a quiet chat.

I love Costa Coffee, but this particular outlet is perennially slow to serve and the staff often seem to be trainees or simply not caring (once the queue was 16 people long). Also the temperature is far too cold to be comfortable, summer or winter. It can't be right to have to wear your coat!

The visit was so enjoyable, served very quickly by two young boys who were delightful. Very generous with their servings, lovely seating area and amazing hot chocolate!

Coffee is always good here - blueberry muffins and toasties are great too Large place with plenty of seating Downside is there’s always a long queue and staff try their best to get you served quickly

Friendly and welcoming staff in a relaxed environment. Was served by a young girl Regan who was very helpful and seemed to enjoy working here. Nice food and coffee, will definitely return.

Visited this Costa recently and was pleasantly surprised at the clean tables and good service from James and Jack. They were very friendly and helpful and were keeping things well in order. It was much better run and looked after than some of the other Costas in the area.

Always pleasant service and nice coffee. I've only been here a couple of times but my wife and daughter frequent it much more often whilst shopping close by - they love it!

I'm guessing they were short staffed as dirty tables weren't being cleared for new customers to sit down at.

Tables not cleaned, toliets dirty - please note you need to clean under toliet seat and floor. Service average eas surprised that i didnt order a drink but i just wanted food & thats pricey enought without another few quid. Could do much better!

Coffee not very flavoursome,not very clean outside where the outside seating is,that is the responsibility of the coffee shop not the park also toilets were very dirty,if you can't keep things like this clean what's the prep area like?

Visited this Costa whilst waiting for my car to be serviced, so was early morning (8:45am).

Right from the get go, if I could have rated this zero I would have but it was not an option!

There was a long queue when we arrived at 12.30 and it was slow to get served. Food arrived quickly (toasted sandwich) but it wasn't the one I handed over. The staff member went to investigate but they had run out of the one I wanted (I think the one I picked up was in the wrong display section). The server was quick to offer an alternative - and it arrived quickly. I thought he dealt with the confusion well. Although it was busy there were still empty seats and some out front in the sun.

Food was poor! Service was not great and Staff were not motivated! Staff had bad attitudes! Not the best costa in the local area.

Can be a bit slow on serving but lovely and spacious and very handy on a Saturday morning! The facilities are clean and the staff and friendly.

We had several types of drink and here, and it's an excellent change of service and presentation. Keep it up the male & female staff were friendly and helpful. Ian

Popped into this coffee shop prior to doing some shopping this morning with my family, ordered drinks and was served on a what I would describe as a slightly grubby tray. While finding a seat my wife visited the ladies. minutes later she returned to say we were leaving due to the disgusting state of the facilities, these were obviously left uncleaned from Christmas eve, and though we visited this morning the staff had had plenty of time to make the shop and facilities hygienic. The thought of anyone touching any of the surfaces and then going into the shop and spreading the germs around the seating and tables quite turns my stomach. There is no excuse for facilities in these shops to be so poor. Being a regular to Costa ( but not this branch) I feel that there is a need for management to keep a closer eye on general cleanliness and upkeep to the facilities and to ensure that regular inspections are actually done and not just signed off without checking staff are completing their duties. Extremely disappointed in this shop and will not be returning there, would prefer to go without refreshment than to visit here again. Unfortunately M&S; cafe was closed today otherwise we would have gone there instead, but in future M&S; will get my custom at this venue.

Popped in for coffee, usual good generic coffe makers with great product. Was served the coffees and snakes on a filthy dirty tray. Place was quite empty with several staff not doing much. Good service but disappointed with the cleanliness of the tray.

As ever a Costa coffee shop always catches my attention and stirs an instant need for, well Costa coffee.

We are big costa fans but after several visits to this unit we are always dissapointed. From poor coffee, bad/unhelpful service, misreable staff, I could go on. I once asked for some cream (which I paid for) on my daughters hot chocolate which came out all runny (because it wasn't shaken up). I asked politely if it could be done again and was told 'that's the way it is!'

This cafe is, as the only other reviewer has noted, well-appointed with nice decor, plenty of tables and seating as well as some outside tables to enjoy the sunshine in. It has an excellent mix of background music at just the right volume.

This is a very typical Costa Coffee shop. The coffee is good and like all the others, they sell a range of muffins, pastries and snacks. It's new, clean and buzzing with activity.
