should have received order between 8 - 8.30 but it was changed to 8.30 - 8.55 husband phoned Chatham Grill and they said its on its way, arrived at 9.30 pm. Missing the drink from the child order and the food was nearly cold

Food has been shown as delivered but hasn’t arrived after waiting more than an hour in the first place

food came quite crushed and not package well... food was okay maybe just not for us

As always amazing food and service with a smile :) the lamb doner is top notch

Nice food, was hot and arrived on time. Shame the pitta was too soggy to eat. Maybe it would be better to wrap the bread separately

The food was amazing and even a freebie box of doner meat which is one of the best I have tried - truly brilliant quality

i ordered it just before 8pm and it took over an hour and 15mins to do two small kababs and a pitta bread... surely it doesn't take that long and the driver arrived at the last possible minute before the delivery could be considered late

Nice place and staff, food is very nice delicious ordered the Family Meal included lamb shish, chicken shish, kofte, doner, vegetables, huge tub of salad, onion rings ,large chips, fried mushrooms, pitta bread and 2 sauces of your choice and a bottle of drink

Really nice food, arrived hot etc. polite delivery driver. I only have one bad thing to say: don’t charge an extra £2 for a “large” meat and chips but give exactly the same amount as a medium. Not cool.

Used to use the Chatham Grill many many years ago , it's a kebab tradition!! Loved the food tasty hot and a joy to eat thank you guys!!

food was cold, chips come as a small even though large was ordered and delivery was late disappointing as chatham grill is normally pretty good

Food was a little late, but it is bank holiday Monday and they were very busy, as far as the food it turned up hot and was delicious thank you so much guys we really enjoyed the food.

ordered here by accident I never order from here because they take well over an hour sometimes 2 hours just to deliver. when I found I ordered from here I knew it was going to take a long time, and years later this place is still the same. food came cold, late and the chips were so stale like they had reheated an older batch. I called about the order they said driver was stuck in traffic and I asked the driver of they was in traffic and she said she only just left the shop. just avoid going here

20-40 minutes estimated delivery time . Got it after 1h30 min Absolutely joke Food is cold already

Great food & plenty of it .and quick delivery

Food arrived on time, but never read any of the note we left for the restaurant. So food came wrong. Burgers were over cooked and chips were hard

Chips were soggy the meat was chewey, scampi was rubbery and oily, unfortunately we won't order from here again, sorry for leaving a bad review but it was our first time ordering and it was a bad experience I just like to be honest but it is only our opinion.

When I received my food the chips wasn't fresh

Driver gave us wrong food and 10 mins later came back with the correct food

The kebab was nice but the chips were dry as if they had been sitting there for ages. I saw the delivery driver was smoking a cigarette as she got out the car. It’s not nice at all knowing someone is smoking around your food, even if it’s covered, won’t be ordering again.

Scampi were a little overcooked

Won’t be ordering again been using this place since I moved around here and every single time I’ve ordered they’ve forgotten my drinks every time and this time I asked for them to bring them as I’ve had enough of saying dw and then when they was brought back it was wrong drinks and the food was absolutely freezing cold. It’s a shame as this was our favourite place

Way to much mayo and no taste in the meat at all, so a bit disappointed

Ordered large and medium kebab meal. Lamb was very tough/did not taste it was cooked properly. As it was meat not chicken no risk of food poisoning but still should have been better. Also broken naan was placed outside the box, not inside like it usually is. Service is great as always from the Lady and Gent but let down by the sheesh kebab this time.

Food was warm not hot but tasted nice had to warm it up in the microwave

1 star, because it won't let me score them any less than that. I have ordered from them a wrap and some cheesy chips for delivery. I live at 10 mins WALKING distance from them. An hour after i placed the order, order was stipl not delivered. Had to chase up the delivery, it arrived an hour and 10 mins after ordering. Wrap was not even warm, the chips were soggy!

Lovely food and service. The ladies are super friendly and nice! Chicken and chips £7.50 with salad and sauce. Cannot beat a cheeky kebab at that price. Didn't want to cook, but I didn't want to spend loads tonight's, well worth the short walk into town x

Great service haven’t used Chatham grill for a long time but glad I did today food was spot on and delivery on time !

Driver had instructions to call us when they were here and doorbell was broken, so they ignored this and banged on my door like the police and woke my toddler up. Burger didn’t have burger sauce so was unable to eat it. Sounds pathetic but pregnancy is finicky. Was looking forward to a kebab burger to not get further than three bites.

Food cold and pitta bread hard not up to the usual standard

Used this place for 20 years but last delivery I ordered 2 1.5 litre bottles but unfortunately did not received. Call them up three times two occasions was told they’d ring me back other occasion they said driver delivered. He’s obviously delivered to the wrong place and I’ve paid for the items.

Waiting time nearly 2 hours!!! Just eat showed food was delivered on time, as restaurant must have clicked to say it was! Rang restaurant they said just eat show the message early food was on its way. Food arrived another 20mins after phone call. Food cold when arrived.

Restaurant kept me updated so not an issue.

Called resraurant and guy on phones attitude stunk. Some rubbish about Just Eat system and should be here soon despite message telling me on Just Eat website " Enjoy Your Food" then when delivery driver arrives looks at me like I'm an idiot as wanted to check food......

Food was delicious, however I found that despite ordering a medium, both kebabs were on the smaller side, so i was still hungry after!

Kebab was a bit too greasy and not as tasty, chips were really hard - it was ok and edible but not the best I’ve had here

Ordered a chicken & Donner kebab, expecting chicken and lamb donner. Received chunks of grilled chicken, rather than chicken Donner,which I didn't eat. Lamb donner meat was nice

I had to call them because they forgot to deliver the food. The meals were not hot and £8.70 for two strip of lamb on a bed of salad in a pita is expensive. I won't be using them again.
