Cold food long delivery time unedible kebab full of salt disgusting chilli sauce too much cumin and cold chips mind you chips were edible . Chuck it down the toilet witch it's served from

I've used this a few times and always been spot on. But since the place has been refurbished. I thought I would order from here tonight but was very let down the food wasn't all that I don't know if it's new management or what but definitely not up to scratch 🙃

Looooove this place! My first choice to go if I fancy a delicious burger or kebab. Staff always very friendly and their food is so good - not had one bad experience in the years that I've been going there. They do get very busy at peak times (evenings/weekends) so, if I fancy something from there, I normally go at lunchtime when it's quieter. Ten out of ten would recommend.

One of if not the best kebabs in the county. Staff are always incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. Ordered both in person and for delivery and the food was delicious and quick via either method. Incredible value for the quality of the food also!

I ordered Extra large meat and chips. A very large meal in two boxes. Fresh salad, really good meat and fries for the price. I recommend

I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit and would recommend this kebab place to anyone in search of a delicious, high-quality meal. Will definitely order again.

Absolutely spot on every time! I wish they would extend and offer more Turkish food for example lachmacun,bulgar, Turkish rice and pastirma! This would be a great hit for the area and I think they are missing a trick!

After placing a order on app I called to confirm what I wanted the lady was polite and understood and assured us we will get that as I stated in the notes , on arrival order wasnt correct when called it was instantly rude and not listening and basically told that wasn't told that in order

On Saturday we ordered food for 4 people on the food hub app. All 4 salads were filled with all the items that were specifically not requested and the chicken shish came as lamb shish which my partner doesn't eat. Having waited 1 hour and 20 mins for our food (and that's when I called to ask where the food was), they said I had to contact the food hub for a refund. When food hub contacted them the manager (she) denied there was any problem with food and declined the refund. Awful place Never again.

Just reopened after a fire and refit, the food was outstanding and the salad was really fresh and tasty, thank God they've started putting cucumber in their salad. Highly recommend

Had a chicken shish, whatever seasoning was used overpowered the chicken and it just tasted herby, salad was just lettuce and onion and hardly any sauce, won’t be ordering again

The driver turned up knocked on our door try opening the door but the door wouldn’t open went out by the back door and the driver drove off phoned me and ask me why I refused the delivery and he was really rude to me and my wife our food was cold

First visit to this kebab takeaway on Hook Meadow,Walderslade. Was welcomed with a hello, my order was taken quickly and freshly made in a few minutes. I opted for two small kebabs which were more than enough for my wife and myself and some for the ever hungry hounds! They have the usual range of Diner,Shish,Chicken kebabs plus burgers etc. You can get food delivered via the usual food platforms. I would use them again

Large portions, arrived hot and on time by a lovely delivery guy. Was recommended by my cousin and will definitely order again.

Food arrived 40 minutes late and was only warm. The tracking said that it was out for delivery for over and hour.

I have had many a nice kebab from here last nights was rubbish the chilli sauce was like curry powder no sauce that I could see and I'm an opticians

The Food was cold, when I buy this in the actual shop chips come with it and I normally get given a bottle of coke. It's more expensive on here and seemed to have less food then normal and it didn't come with the correct sauce on it.

I’m gutted that the both times I’ve ordered a delivery from here it’s been a far cry away from what you get when you go and order in house, I totally understand that this platform takes a percentage for advertising but come on it should be the same portion and quality you get when you go directly to them. Shame really as I don’t feel like I will order again. Sorry but had to view my point.

Absolutely disgusting food all dripping with grease... drinks missing... failed to say on their menu that the king burger is actually a child's burger... onion rings all burnt and full of oil... chicken shish full of oil... Will never order from here again. 😒

Absolutely disgusting food.. i ordered a chicken shish (the healthier option) for it to arrive swamped in grease and inedible... onion rings are burnt to a crisp also inedible... and my husbands burger well... when you order off the adults menu to receive and child's burger that is also swamped in grease... at least the foxes have dinner tonight I guess!

Used to be very good and tasty food.This was the only place from where i bought my kebabs. Unfortunately the last 2 orders the quality of the food was very poor.I wish they would bring back the previous quality.

Positive : Food looks good Negatives: Turkish chaps looks miserable not smiling and no parking across road usually and you have to wait outside in rain or snow while waiting in queue. Use the money from locals you charging so much to extend your shop and make it better quality

Really not happy with the food tonight I got some extras that I did not order ,A MEDIUM SIZE SLUG . WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM THERE , DISGUSTING PLACE. I said I would not order again but did tonight and by God I wish I hadn't, it was for the dogs as I had 1460 loyalty points , the portions were very small 2 large donners when I called them they were rude and didn't care .the food is only fit for animals . STAY CLEAR AS THEY ARE FULL OF BULLS##T .

Ordered tonight and was highly disappointed with the over all quality of food tonight after waiting 2hrs I expected a lot better, it is a shame that they seem to be going back to there old ways. I hope they read the reviews and take a step back and start bringing the quality back to how it was on our last orders.

Food was nice. Warm at best. Big portion. Just disappointed in the time it took as before delivery it said 30-40 mins delivery time but once food was ordered was more like 60-75 mins.

Food arrived cold. I ordered an XL meat and chips, there was barley any meat. I will not be ordering here again, proper sad day for me, I’ve been eating with these guys for years And I do mean years and they did me like that shocking.

Ordered at around 20.15. They said they delivered at 21.15 which isn't true. I sent just eat an email to say I haven't received my order, then at 23.29, I get a knock at the door with my order. 2 hours after it said it would be delivered. I was woken up....terrible. I can't rate the food quality as I never got to try it.

The kebab was rubbish, they cut chunks of chicken like 5 peices and they added stew as chilli sauce. It was so disgusting.

Fish was not edible and went straight in the bin, the chips were over cooked and the kebab meat was cold and greasy. I won't be ordering from them again
