The food is so delicious 🤤 Nd we can enjoy it..the taste is very good Nd..Nd the quality is so good

I have a favourable opinion of their lamb and chicken doner. In my humble opinion, they offer the finest quality doner in the region. The establishment is spotlessly clean, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the service is prompt and efficient.

good food definitely recommend however wish it stated the sauce was just put in with the food and not it a pot as it ruined some of the chips it was on.

1st time ordering from Durus. Chips were a soggy mess by the time the food arrived. Kebab had no sauce, despite being requested. Wouldn’t order again!

All meat was overcooked, wilted salad, chips were chewy and the pittas were missed off the order

Went here because it was the only kebab shop in the area that was open and was pleasantly surprised. Doner and chips were of a decent standard and their chilli sauce was worth returning for.

I ordered it and it turned up very late then the man who gave it too us was sweaty stunk and was sneezing over are food then I opened the food it was wrong but I still ate but then I found hair which I though was pubes then I had violent poo later which broke my toilet then they would not agree to pay for my toilet but then I gave the kebab to my dog and he died god rest he’s soul

Ordered thru Uber Eats.Food come bland,waited over an hour for delivery,a salad was missing from order.Delivery guy said they weren't busy and the food just been prepared .Which wasn't true.First and last order with this shop.Disappointed

Possibly the worst food I have ever had from this restaurant. Chicken dried out and tough. Salad looked as if it had been rationed, all in all a poor excuse for a kebab. The chicken nuggets and chips were smothered in sauce not as shown in the pic of kids meals with a pot of sauce on the side. Really disappointed, feeling ripped off. Neither of us ate our food it was so bad

Ordered 3 XL meat and chips and the meat and chips was absolutely saturated in oil when you phone up they tell you to go through just eat which I did and guess what with photo graphic proof just eat can't offer a refund so just to let people know do not order from durus kebab shop in Gillingham as the food is absolutely disgusting that's why i have not rated the food

All food was stone cold 😔 and tasted like it was already warmed up in a microwave 😔

All the boxes were soggy, the kebab boxes had completely disintegrated, chips were cold and stale and the kids refused to eat them which should tell you all you need to know! Just Eat declined to refund despite photos being sent of the state of the boxes that were delivered to us.

Shoddy and insulting service. Items missing from my original order, called to complain as my order was packed so terribly, that the food had leaked and spilled everywhere. I went through the missing items multiple times only to passed from one person to another, and they sent the WRONG order out again. Honestly, save your hard earned cash. Piss poor customer service, owner had the nerve to moan at me! He knew the order was wrong yet STILL took my money. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my partner ordered Chicken kebab with pitta and salad. After eating my partner was throwing up all night unable to sleep, this morning i’ve also been throwing up. Had a fever, shaking, can’t keep any fluids down, had to ring an ambulance in the end due to us feeling that awful. when i complained to the restaurant all the said was we will get a “discount on next order”, i explained i will not be ordering from here again and he said “okay” that’s it. EDIT After contacting the owner, we’ve been told me can have a refund Friday, 2 days later. We ordered late at night so was probably was of the last orders, we did not order chicken on skewers - we got 2 Large chicken doners. after getting a refund i will happily leave another review and delete this one.

I was pleased it was early, as I was starving. The food arrived piping hot and it was very tasty, as always. A very generous size portion. I couldn't eat it all and I'm a big lad. Delivery driver was lovely too. Great all round experience. well done !

I was disappointed with my kebab. Lamb wasn't cooked properly. Chips were not packed properly and packet just ripped open when I picked them up. This was not up to duru usual standard

Ordered at 7.30 had a notification it was delivered at 8.30 which it was not, called the restaurant to be told there was a mistake and it’s on the way will be with me shortly got to 9.10 called again to be told it will be with me in 2 minutes, 10 minutes later it arrived and it was cold, and tasted awful, I will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusting. Freezing cold. Small portions. Chips were under the meat cold wet oily slip. Meat was freezing and capered smothered in burger sauce that had a funky taste. The Ben and Jerry’s was like frost crystals it was leaking from the side and seal was broken. I have pictures of everything shame I can’t post them. It literally al lent in the bin.

Ordered a 19.99 mixed kebab and expected it to come in a tray well presented but was crammed into a polystyrene tray. As the meat and peppers were squashed in it didn't look appetising and the dog ate it in the end. And also had 1 small salad between 2. Normally it comes in a silver tray and plenty of salad

Have used Duru’s in the past lots of times and sadly this will be the last. I had high hopes when I opened the box up to see how nicely laid out it was. However, everything was stone cold. The chips were flabby. The pitta breads were rock hard and nearly broke my tooth on it. The meat was atrocious. The lamb was just gristle and fat, the donor meat (both kinds) were just awash with grease and I didn’t even bother trying the kofte. The chicken was not to our taste either. So sad - what has happened

I asked for no onion on one of my burgers due to an allergy yet the burger arrived with onion! Unable to eat, complete waste of money! Had to chase where delivery was also, I get it’s a Friday but keeping the customer informed surely can’t be that hard. Won’t order from there again

Standards slip on a Friday night. Usually nothing to fault. New food containers gives the meat to much sweat and chip portion sizes are the same if you order small or large.

We ordered a mixed box and couldn’t believe how much food there was in there. It was amazing value and absolutely delicious. The lamb sheesh was incredibly tender and tasty. Excellent value and very quick delivery

Stopped ordering from here as quality was poor, decided to give them another go, food was OK, but no salad for either myself or my Mrs's. You live and learn stick to what you know!! Chips are still undercooked!!

Used this place 25 years ago when it was also a restaurant. The quality hasn’t changed over the years,still excellent and good valve at todays prices. Best hot homemade chilli sauce in Medway!! Try it if you are brave enough … excellent kebab as always guys - thank you !!!

Kebab wrap seemed very greasy but tasted alright.

Very disappointed because my order was for two kebabs one with sauce and one without! But they both had no sauce and I like my chilli sauce but my food was dry and not very tasty and what I've had from this kebab shop before!!!

The chips were stale and you can tell it’s been sitting there for a long time. A lot of burn bits as well.
